I went to get an oil change and the man who works there turn me away twice because “he was working alone” I’ve done plenty of oil changes and most places have no problem doing it since is something that doesn’t require much time to get done. Instead of telling me to come another day or at a later time he was very dismissive and “suggested” looking for another place to do my oil changes from now on. Very unprofessional.
Inexpensive high quality gas. Pleasant cashiers.
This place is dangerously located where MD-198 splits and enters Laurel. The facility is dingy looking and desperately needs an update. I wouldnt mind that so much if the gas wasnt typically more expensive than every other Shell within two miles if this one. Its like, what am I paying extra for? I havent had the pleasure of popping inside the convenience mart yet, or partaking in inspection or service amenities. Judging from other experiences, though, that seems to be a good thing.
DO NOT take ur car here for inspection. I dropped my car off and handed man with Spanish accent keys only to be told 3.5 hrs later that my keys had been lost and they tried to claim that I never gave them the keys. We argued about it for about 5-10 minutes when he found the keys. They apologized. However-older man with beard who is inspector refused to inspect my car because shop was now closed and told me to bring it back following Saturday. Do you really think I’m gonna waste another Saturday on you?! Smh! He kept rubbing his beard and looking at me in creepy way not saying much. He was person in charge. Worst customer service ever! He didn’t seem to care that they inconvenienced me and wasn’t interested in making the wrong they created right. In the end-I left shop angry and with no car inspected. Wasted half my Saturday on issue for nothing. Car just sat in their lot for 3.5 hrs untouched. I highly recommend just about anyone else.
These 5 stars are for the repair shop and only the repair shop. The guys that run the repair shop are honest mechanics and give fair prices. The actual Exxon staff that run the gas station are rude somewhat lazy and always seem to have a attitude. But if you need any form of mechanic work done I highly recommend this repair shop.
Great area. It is easy to pull in from either side. Not cramped like some gas stations. Employees are very curteous
Ive shopped here several times and every time the pump says it fills my car up with 13.2 gallons. But my car only holds 13 and the tank wasnt even empty. Something very suspicious. Will not shop here again. Also very slow pumps.
Self service, ok prices. Ive been pumping gas here for 16 years now. really close to interstate 95 and rout 1 in laurel, easy access,
Pretty good prices easy place to get to two exits that go two different directions
Standard Shell station. Theres a tiny store area that sells limited selection of candy, soda, etc. Theres a 2 bay repair garage with mechanic on duty normal weekday hours. Gas prices are average - not excessively high or low.
The new pumps are wonderful.
I took I took my car there to get it Maryland inspected the mechanic told me my rack and pinion was leaking a very expensive repair a year later aint one drop of fluid been missing for my power steering unit so obviously he was mistaking or he was trying to get work out of me but I wouldnt let him inspect my tricycle
Need change there gas pump.. just too crowded
Great gas prices!
Bathroom broken and almost no soda selection. Gas prices were fair.
The Indian cashier is so rude and unprofessional
