It is rare when one can say it was a good experience at a car dealership. We had to wait for a long time but besides that it was pretty straightforward. I feel like we got a good deal. And as usual in the finance area where offered the extended warranty etc. But thats how they make money so I expected them to do that. I worked with Carlos he was a really genuine and easy going guy. Its a second car that I purchased from this dealership.

Took over 3 hours to get a new tire and alignment done, And After the job was done when I got my car back the wheel that got the new tire was dirty and full of grease. And when I got in the car the steering wheel was smudged of the same grease! Workmanship definitely needs improvement.

They be getting you instead of helping you when me and my sons and my husband had came to get two keys made they made the keys and the keys was program but the security light came on and we call first and ask them about it. the security light on they saying that they had to charge to make a key and program it.the only thing that my want them to do is take the security light off of it but they couldnt take the security light off of it unless he pay for another key and get it program for that much that he paid they should have gave him two keys

I had my previous Honda serviced here for years and had been very happy with the crew and work, so when it came time for a new car, it was an easy decision to keep coming back here. I actually recently bought two new Hondas, working with Brandon both times, who made the process easy. He was willing to answer my questions over email, which saved me tons of time -- other dealerships in the area insisted I come in and talk to sales people directly. Yes, going to a dealership is a bit more expensive than other options, but both sales and service here have been great, so totally worth it in my book.

I cant speak highly enough about the staff, service, and efficiency of this place. We take our company vehicles to this location and theres never a wait for service and never a need to call ahead. Employees dont try to force service packages on you either. They just suggest whats needed and if you say no it ends there. Service always done well and have never had any issues! If youre looking for a friendly dealership or just somewhere to take your car to get serviced I recommend Ourisman Honda.
Pretty terrible place for getting repairs done. Id probably be better off buying a new car than playing this never ending game with repair salesmen.

Hands down, this has been the best car buying experience ever, for both my fiancée and I. The guys at Ourisman Nissan were fantastic, especially our salesman Derrick (Ty). Such an awesome and stress free experience. It was especially nice being he first people to purchase a Nissan from Ourisman after they were purchased from Tischer - we got an awesome 2017 Nissan Rogue CPO for a great price.Everyone at the dealership was great - Id like to give a special thanks to the salesman Ty Derrick, James the finance manager, and all the rest of the staff who were polite and helpful. Unlike most of the dealerships we visited, these guys werent pushy, they were fair, and they didnt try to play games. They were straight forward with the value of our trade, worked with us on the price, and didnt change the game halfway through the sale like some dealerships did before we met with them. The only criticism I have is that it took us a while to complete the process, but in the future I will happily spend twice as long as I did with them to get the experience I did this time around.Im sure the rest of their salesmen are fantastic, but I cant help but suggest you ask for Ty - he helped us throughout the purchase, to include long after we signed on the dotted line. I know this review sounds too good to be true, but thats how it felt. Im just so thankful to have spent my money without feeling pressure to do so, and without feeling pushed around! Unfortunately they havent updated their Google info, so the Ourisman Nissan is still showing as Tischer - Im so pleased with the purchase I cant help but give them a shout out on all the Ourisman dealership reviews here on Google just to make sure my experience with Ourisman and Ty gets around. *** please press that like button if my review helped you out -thanks ***First thing first if you have a hole in your tire go to a local ma-and-pa tire shop or service station for a patch. Not only will this be faster, but you could save hundreds! They can permenantly patch what larger businesses commonly call the unpatchableNow on with the review:When I purchased my car a few years back Ourisman really delivered. It was honestly one of the best automotive buying experiences I have had to date. I told them exactly what I wanted, they found it, had it delivered to the dealership, and sold it to me same day.When it came time to service my vehicle for the first time a few years back... eeeeehhhhh... I canceled my service contract after the first visit.Fast forward a few years, and I gave them another visit for warranty service, and it is little better. However I think there are still some climate issues and/or habit loops that need to be addressed. The service advisor I had this visit was really great; the dealership would probably be in a much better place if they promoted him to service manager.While I am mostly satisfied with my most recent service, here are some things I overheard in the waiting room that drove me nuts:1. If you get a survey email anything less than excellent is considered a failure to us. With that statement they have essentially just ruined the survey process. They are either going to get great or terrible submissions and nothing in the middle. Unfortunately the most valuable results come from the middle, which could lead to great improvements in this service dept.2. It really seems like a lot of the service advisors are not driving Hondas. Some even down talk newer model cars, which is not great considering the entire customer base is driving newer model vehicles. Probably time to hook service advisors up with some demo vehicles.3. Lots of excuses. No customer wants to hear excuses. Stop saying them, and just talk solutions.4. A bit of splaining to customers. No customer wants to hear how they are wrong, or how things are supposed to go through the eyes of the dealership. Again I think they would be in a better place if they just gave solutions, and watched tone and attitude in the delivery.5. Avoid the apocalyptic talk. One lady came in with a leaky tire. I heard someone say it could be the rim was corroded! Lol. Turned out to be exactly what you would think; there was a nail in the tire. Guess what?!? Hole was in the sidewall and too dangerous to repair, so new tire. Again, do yourself a favor and hit the local ma-and-pa tire shop/service station.6. ...and from my own service experience; I would advise them to be brilliant at the basics. Dont scratch or chip interior panels. Ensure replacement interior panels fit tightly. Put glove boxes back together correctly. The dealership should be the absolute best at servicing, repairing, and getting peices installed just right.Bottom line: I would service my vehicle here again. Especially if my current service advisor sticks around.

This Honda is the worst Ive ever visited. They are very slow, which could be a result of the fact that they dont take appointment for some services. The inside of my vehicle always smell like gas/oil when I get it back after a service.
Did not honor rust through warranty.
