I have been using this Acura location for service for over five years. The overall customer service is top-notch. Mike has been my service advisor, and I always appreciate his expertise and advice as I have made, at times, difficult decisions about unexpected but needed services. He and the service team at Acura of Laurel are always professional and ensure that every customer’s needs are met. The courteous and trustworthy service I have received from Mike will continue to be one of many reasons I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.I recently purchased a new vehicle from Acura of Laurel. The experience was seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. Let’s be honest, when have those words ever been used when describing the car buying experience? I worked with Allen, who is about his business. Allen got me the exact car (down to the interior color) and price-point that I outlined during our initial consultation. I can tell he works hard to satisfy the customer. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout every stage of the process. Every dealership needs an Allen on its team. A salesman who will go the extra mile to secure the deal and ensure a gratifying customer experience. I can’t forget about Victor, who was equally awesome throughout the process—great sense of humor!

Acura of Laurel is my go to location to keep my 2007 TSX on the road! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My most recent experience was great due to the efforts of Devin, Mike, and Jackie( I think that’s her name). Shady business tactics… Went to the dealership to test drive an Acura MDX to make sure I liked it, and pick what color I wanted. I knew I wasn’t going to buy until the following week when I had the insurance money. Test drove a 2020 MDX and loved it, asked price and was given a sheet of paper that said 46k. Okay, a few days later the same exact car, was posted on their website for 43,900. Of course the sales associate follows up with phone calls to see if I am ready to buy. Go back the next week to buy and they tell me 46k again. I asked what about matching what is on your website, 43,900. Associate talks to manager, and they say it is “an update mistake.” So I check their website then and there and it still says 43,900. They would not bring down their price to match what was posted on their website! They are shady and deceitful and post prices thousands of dollars lower to get you there. Immediately left there after showing manager a screenshot of exact same car, 1k less mileage, at Sheehy Toyota down the street for 41.9k. He still would not bring down the price. Went to Sheehy Toyota right after leaving Acura of Laurel and purchased my 2020 MDX for a great price! The next day, of course I guessed it, they contacted me and asked if I bought a car. Yes, I did from a dealership that doesn’t lie and post lower prices to get people in the door and then hike it up by thousands when I am there. Errol was very nice, poor guy was just stuck in the middle. Noah the manager, shameful you couldn’t even match what was posted on the internet. I don’t think that is even legal…..

I consider myself very lucky. I first found Alan Weber at Acura of Laurel and then found my dream car. I knew nothing about Acuras as i was always a Toyota customer. BUT thanks to Alan i learned and fell in love with a RDX advance technology model. He spent alot of time with me introducing the features and the value of an Acura. I bought it that day and have not looked back. He makes you feel ok to contact him .. ask questions. He wants you to love your car. Typical car dealership - tries to hide the numbers until you are ready to sign the contract documents for vehicle purchase, and then rushes you through the signing process. What surprised me was that they were being dishonest on pricing of the vehicle so that they could make a few more dollars on a $50K+ vehicle. I trusted their word on the price and that was a rookie mistake. I wasnt left poor by their antics, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Thank you Acura of Laurel! I cannot express how easy Aubrey, Tony and the team were to work with in purchasing my Acura MDX. I contacted the dealership through their website and two phone calls later I was signing paperwork. I did not have to haggle, no games, pure transparency and communication. I never stepped foot into the showroom. This afternoon the car was delivered to my home. Oh, and did I mention I live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership? I HIGHLY recommend Allen Weber!! He was amazing! I emailed him and he responded very quickly. He listened to all of my concerns and questions. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. My first time there I felt very welcomed. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. The guys at the desk were very polite and got me with a service advisor. The lounge was very neat and filled with complimentary snacks and beverages. My service advisor was Mike. Mike was very professional. Mike kept me updated on my car while I waited in the neatly presented lounge. I was in & out in less than an hour. The complimentary car wash was excellent. My baby was clean! After I was done checking out at the cashier I thanked Mike for the excellent overall service. However, throughout our interactions I noticed that Mikes breath had an odor. Bad breath is caused by odor producing bacteria that grow in the mouth. So Mikes breath would be my only complaint about my experience there. Besides that I will definitely be back to service my vehicle at Acura of Laurel!

I worked with Alex Pena (salesperson) and Victor Hong (financing) and highly recommend them! From the start Alex worked very hard to meet us where we were at financially and found us a great deal. My boyfriend and I felt very welcome and listened to, and they both made the experience very enjoyable. Simeon also pitched in with explaining the warranty package and giving us a few laughs. Everyone made sure to answer all questions, but also move through the process promptly especially since we travelled from central VA for this car. I felt like Alex was just as excited as I was over getting this car, which made my first car buying experience that much better. 10/10 go see Alex, she’ll make your day!

I was going to give this place one star at best, went there to get a windshield winner, waited 25 minutes for someone from parts to help me, then finally he came out ask what I needed, then came back with out of stock. Ask for help with the one on there, first needed to talk to service since 7 were standing i just decided to leave, then the part man said let me look at it, and after 2 minutes he fixed my issue. So part man gets 5 stars and the rest gets 3 stars. SERVICE MEANS HELP, NOT ASK SOMEONE ELSE.

Super unfortunate experience. I got a great sales person (Ron Davis) who I highly recommend. I called the dealership three times to make sure there were no surprises before taking the family to see the car (2018 Tiguan SE). The car was in good shape but pretty dirty with a few dents.After brief test drive we were ready to buy...and then they did the numbers. And added $1000 reconditioning fee for dirty dented car that was not shown on car gurus or carfax where I saw the car.Total waste of time!

I emailed in to get a price on an MDX on the pre owned side. The sales manager Aubrey Farrare responded to me. I asked for pricing in the email. He sent me numbers on the MDX. The price included a $1495 Acura Certification cost. I double checked the website to make sure this wasnt disclosed. It is not disclosed. Sell the truck for whatever price you want to just be up front about it. Another slick car dealership.

On Friday April 9th, 2021 I arrived (without an appointment) at Acura of Laurel to arrange a buy-out of my leased 2019 Acura TLX. I was warmly greeted by Mr. Allen Weber who escorted me to a waiting area right outside of Mr. Victor Hongs office. Immediately upon his arrival, Victor also welcomed me, seated me in his office, and began working on my buy-out. I was surprised that the process was so smooth and stress free for me. Victor even emailed all the completed documents to my new lender, and saved me from having to upload and transmit them myself! I really appreciated that! Before leaving, Mr. Weber had my car washed, and my temporary tag installed. He even parked my car closer to the doorway near Victors office, for my convenience. Victor made sure I was clear on every step of the process; and made himself available for any follow-up questions from either myself or my new lender. Victor Hong and Allen Weber were consummate professionals throughout the entire process! Thanks to their team work, I had a wonderful experience. I recommend them to anyone going through a buy-out process.

So when I arrived someone came to me & got me checked in he was very polite & courteous but I forgot his name. Brandon came by introduced himself, he was helping someone else but he kept me informed of the progress they were making. The complimentary vacuum & car wash was the icing on the cake for me. This is how buying a car should be. I browsed online on Saturday and found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted a request for a special “e-price” and indicated that I wanted to trade in my current vehicle. Within 10 minutes, I received an email from Aubrey Farrare (sales manager). After a few emails back and forth to get more information on the vehicle that I want and the trade-in, Aubrey sent me a price quote. I am very pleased with the number and the trade-in was priced above KBB... above what other dealers have quoted me. Everything is very clear and transparent. Since they are closed on Sunday, I came by the dealership on Monday. My new car was ready and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The process is so smooth and more importantly... there is no surprises. Aubrey and his team really make the car buying process so simple and more enjoyable. Thank you, guys.

I purchased my new TLX on Monday night all thanks to Brian Keys! Brian emailed me asking me would I like to come in the same day I inquired about a car and it was a great decision that I made. He explained all the details to me and let me explore my options while showing me what fitted my budget etc. The car he suggested is the car I purchased and I have not seen anyone with a black copper Acura and it is amazing. At first I was like I dont know, I want all black but once I took it for a test drive I was sold and it is extremely luxurious inside and out. I love the speed and the technology of the car. I am a hard person to sell and he sold me on this one. Everyone loves it. Brian, Bruce and Noah (the finance manager) worked with me and gave me the best deal. They did not try and get over on me and did everything in their power to make sure that I left satisfied. The entire staff is amazing from the time you walk in the door. I took my RDX to Laurel for a B-1 service. I arrived a little early for my scheduled appointment...but that was not an issue. The service area was very clean, the employees were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The waiting area was fully stocked, very clean, spacious and quiet. This was my first time visiting this location as I generally take my vehicle to Chevy-Chase...Trust me...I will be back and have already recommended Acura of Laurel to a friend. I was in/out in about an hour and change - I didnt get a car-wash(to cold out) but they did vacuum the inside & I totally appreciated that!

Experience was good, the car is fairly new so this was my fist time coming to an Acura dealership for a service. When I first arrived, I was confused about the process (where to go, who to talk to about the service). However, I ended up speaking with Gage (I think a manager) and he was great. While I did not purchase my car here, I did want to ensure that my Acura was handled by experts. I have had a few regular maintenance services done here, and while it may be a bit pricier, what youre paying for is the peace of mind of knowing that your machine will continue running in optimal condition for as long as possible. The service department is beyond cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient. Example: when there was no shuttle to get me back and forth from my appointment, they called me an Uber! Hell, maybe I should have bought my car here!TL;DR: If you have an Acura, and want it running its best, you owe it to yourself and your car to stop in at Acura of Laurel.

I went to Acura of laurel to have my A.C. checked out due to it blowing out hot air. My car is certified pre Owned, under 40,000 miles, and I only had it for 8 months. I was helped by Brandon who was very professional and helpful. I was told that the warranty would cover my car as long as I hadn’t been in any accidents, or if I hadn’t had anyone else work on my car. If the warranty for whatever reason wouldn’t cover the fees, then they would go through my extended warranty. The next day, I get a call from the Service Manager Jeremy who tells me my car would not be covered under my warranty because it was not a mechanical issue. I asked him if they could try through my extended warranty and he flat out says no. He told me to try through my insurance. At this point, I am highly upset because I was under the impression that my car would be covered through my warranty, or extended warranty. I go to pick up my car and Jeremy was not there, so I was helped by Brandon and Michael. I told them that I would not be covered by my warranty and had them explain to me the issue with my A.C. They were so helpful and even offered to give me a loaner for the weekend to see if the extended warranty would cover the fees. I called customer service that Monday morning because I was not pleased with Jeremy’s customer service, and was told I’d be contacted in regards to this matter. Thankfully, not even 5 minutes later after I hung up the phone wit customer service, I get a text from Brandon telling me my extended warranty would cover the cost and that I could hold on to the loaner until it was fixed. I was so grateful that Brandon actually took the time out to help me and do his job thoroughly and professionally. Had I continued to deal with Jeremy, I would have been paying almost 1,000 dollars to get my A.C. fixed. Customer called me back and I let them know the problem was being handled. The next day after picking my car up, I had to take it back up to Acura because my car alarm would not work. Michael was able to help me again and get the problem resolved within a few minutes. Needles to say, all of my troubles could have been handled in the first place had Jeremy done his job correctly.

He was so attentive and kind and helped us to find the perfect car for our growing family. We wont be buying cars from anyone else. I was having issues with my car making noises and I wanted to take it to the Acura dealer to make sure it was diagnosed properly. I made an appointment for the next day and was assigned to Service Advisor, Ellen Tardiff. The day of my appointment, my car would not start. I called Ellen to let her know that I wouldnt be able to make it to the appointment on time because I had to get the car towed to the dealership. She was so nice and said to take my time and be safe because it was snowing outside. When I finally arrived, immediately I could feel her positive vibes. She was extremely polite and helpful. She said she would call me by 1pm to let me know what the problem was. She called a lot earlier than expected. She told me the issue and quoted a price. She said the car would be ready by the end of the day.Ellen sent me a text message letting me know that the repairs was going to take a little longer than expected and it would be ready the next day. However, she offered to provide a loaner car. She said, she wouldnt be there when I arrive but her colleague Gage would be there to help me. Gage knew exactly who I was when I arrived. He was also very polite and helpful.The next day Ellen reached out to me to let me know that my car was ready and my car passed the multi-point inspection with flying colors! Another thing I expected to hear was I needed to get a bunch of other repairs but that was not the case. And to top it off, the repairs were a lot less than originally quoted. I was ecstatic about that!! I picked my car up and it was washed and vacuumed.For some reason, I didnt expect stellar customer service but these two employees are the best! Especially Ellen!! She is so personable and I felt like I already knew her. It was also refreshing to see a female service advisor that knows her stuff!!It was my first time going to this dealership and it wont be my last! Thank you both!!

We were not pressured but instead comforted with compassion with our stress with the accident and gratefulness of no lives being lost. Replacing a car was so much better than replacing a loved one. I visited this dealership for service, and let me tell you, I was treated like royalty, the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful the minute I walked through the doors. The guys in the service department were very friendly and nice. The customer service is phenomenal. Now days, great customer service sometimes can be hard to come by, unfortunately great customer service is not something you can train for, you have to be born with that skill, and those guys sure have that great skill. Keep up the great work! I hope the BIG BOSS sees this review. Those guys deserve recognition.

While I was treated professionally and with courtesy when I came to test drive cars this was not the case when I came to purchase. The sales manager, Noah spoke to me in a condescending and sexist manner by comparing my request to negotiate the price with shopping at Nordstrom’s during a 50% off sale. Stating I would not ask for a different price and both are retail when I stated they are not the same. I was also told that I was taking advantage because of the price that was listed on the website vs the sticker price. When I stated I was not taking advantage of anyone or anything - I received a lecture about the price on line vs the sticker and the ball was dropped on their end and he wasn’t happy about it and it was working out to my advantage etc..etc. I then was questioned did I even want the car. So now I was being intimidated and bullied. How down right demeaning! I guess in 2020, a woman and especially a woman of color can’t advocate for herself, negotiate or question fees. I also reached out to the Principal Dealer who has yet to respond. Should I be surprised? Will not recommend them. And sad part is Noah was recommended to me. No excuse for the unprofessional, demeaning and disrespectful manner in which I was spoken to.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The facility was clean and welcoming. As soon as I pulled up, I was warmly greeted by Jeremy to take in my info. No long lines or rude staff here! Jeremy was professional, courteous and above all, tried to resolve other issues I was experiencing with my car. He was knowledgeable and explained with care everything at the end of the service. Kevin Handy, my sales consultant at Acura of Laurel, was great. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Given that I was in the market to purchase a car unexpectedly, he was very understanding of my current car situation. He was patient, accommodating, flexible, honest/trustworthy and fair. He answered all of my questions, and his willingness to work with me was something I appreciated most about him. Given that I encountered an unpleasant experience with another sales consultant at a Honda dealership in the DMV, working with Kevin and Aubrey was like a breath of fresh air. Mike Powell is my go to guy. He offers outstanding service and listens to what my needs are. After years of experience with Acura in Laurel, MD, I am pleased with their customer service. What I am not pleased about is the fact that my history of service there has been deleted from the system under this new management. Good thing I still have some receipts that show previous work done on my car.
