We drove 4.5 hours to Ourisman Mazda (and then 4.5 hours back home) because they had the vehicle we wanted and gave me a great deal on my trade. Everyone was kind and courteous. Our sales rep Jonathan went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect before we started the long drive home. He even called the next day to make sure we arrived home safely and were happy with the car. After our previous strike-outs finding a Mazda6 Signature, Ourisman provide an outstanding buying experience. Thank you!

Pretty good with salesman nick. Car was priced up due to chip shortage but that’s everywhere. But when I went to sign documents felt the manager was trying to pressure me to buy warranty extension and gap insurance. Didn’t care for his style

Appointment at 7:30 for my car to be serviced: tire rotation and an oil change. Left after 10am… what is the purpose of an appointment? They don’t take your name or info when you make the appointment, just tell you to come. This system could use a more organized update to avoid these excessive waiting times… and make you feel like you actually have an appointment.

Worst car dealer place I ever visited. Nobody returns any call. Called the General Manager he never at the desk neither return any voice messages. My temporary car tag expired few weeks ago. No response from the dealership. Called the Tag/Title contact number more than 10 times. Nobody to answer the phone or return voice messages. I would never buy any car here again. If anyone know where to file a complain please let me know.. Thanks

If there was an option for 0 starts thays what I would give this dealership. I bought my car a year ago. The salesman was nice. Everything g on the day of purchase went well. The tag and title department is a nightmare. A year later Im still having issues with them and I cant get a call back. Not even from the general manager. What a joke. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dump again.

Before I went in for warranty work I tried to use the online appointment booking service and no one responded after nearly a week. So, I called and referenced a service alert and that my car needed said work done. I wanted to make an appointment to make sure the part was available. The associate on the phone assured me that they had part and to just bring it in to the shop. He also seemed very dismissive, because he kept talking about a repair to the screen, not the replacement as stated in the service alert, and was ignoring my mentioning these details in the service alert. After I brought it in I was asked by the associate if I needed it right away, because they me told it would be a day or two till it was ready. I said no, because we have other vehicles. I complained that when I called I was told it would be only a couple of hours. Instead it didnt take two days it took over a week, because a part had to be ordered. Also, once the part arrived there were issues with your computer system. Your computer system was confusing me saying that it wanted to charge me, but even after the associate said that his system said it wouldnt charge me, it kept saying it wanted to charge me. In the end I wasnt charged, but I didnt like the idea of agreeing to a charge that wasnt supposed to be there. I felt like it might be used as a scam to try and charge me $310 when I got there. Even after all of this and my complaints about this there was nothing done to compensate the inconvenience I had. This was our family car and we had to make concessions for our childrens safety to transport them in our smaller car that cannot accommodate all their car seats. We also couldnt do certain leisure activities to prevent usage of our vehicle illegally. A couple of days wouldve been fine, but underestimating the work timeframe of needing to be done by a factor of four (If you count the just a few hours estimate over the phone you are probably somewhere around 20) is a gross negligence on your service teams part.

My salesperson, Nick, was fantastic. He promised quality in service and product and he delivered, exceptionally. I gave him my preferred list of vehicles for my test drive and was very pleased with how quickly that process went. The car I chose from my list was my first choice.I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered, after the fact, my car had low miles and other luxury amenities I did not expect. I am over the top with my purchase and have already started referring people to see Nick. This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Thank you, Nick.

My wife and I went in 2 weeks ago to just look at a vehicle. Went in and made it clear we were just looking. Absolutely NO pressure and everyone was very accommodating. Called this morning to inquire if the vehicle we drove was still available. Told them we wanted it and they began getting things ready. In and out with a brand new vehicle in about 2.5 hrs {with a 3 hr lead time} It was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, No BS and a very nice staff. All in all very pleased with our experience.

My sales consultant was Dwain Legall, and he was crucial to a smooth experience interacting with the dealership. I was able to facilitate all my communications through him via phone and email, and he was very responsive and attentive to my requests. He also was willing to do a home delivery of my vehicle and was easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend working with Dwain!Overall, the dealership offered reasonable prices and was able to get me what I wanted.

UNPROFESSIONAL + RUDE they completly wasted my day! Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced somewhere else!Had an appointment for 10:20 am, after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge Im standing there. I am told that they cant service my vehicle (Apple car play installation and keyless entry malfunction) today at all because of what I was asking them to do. Then what is point of making an appointment?!The man at the front made no attempt to rectify the situation and showed no concern with the fact that he had me wasted an entire sick day for this. Even going as far as telling me the online system doesnt really apply to whats actually happeninghere... Then why have it all?!Definitely will be taking my bussines somewhere else where they actually respect their customers.

If you are coming here to get a car go to Samuella!! She is so amazing. She was very patient and friendly. I am a first time car buyer and she walked me through everything and made sure I got the best deal. She responded to my emails and calls very quickly and had an answer for any question I had. 2 and half years of my experience dealing with this dealership is so far the worse experience. I bought Mazda CX-5 two and half years ago. They advertised on their website that there’s zero % apr on the car. I emailed to confirm and salesman confirmed that website ad is correct and there’s 0% apr on CX-5. Before signing all the paperwork, I confined again and was assured that yes there’s 0% apr. once all the paperwork is done, the finance lady showed up and congratulated me that I have been approved for .9% apr. Now you might think and that’s what their finance manager who’s very rude told me at the time that what’s the big deal, it’s just 1% apr. He started showing me the invoices of cars that there’s no 0% apr on these cars. The big deal is they lie and cheat. Falsely advertised on their website, lied multiple times. Just recently, I paid off my car two years early and cancelled the gap insurance and gave it to finance manager Shan/Shawn however that spelled. He said it might take a while to get that refund. Two and half months passes by, I didn’t hear back anything. I called multiple times, left voice mails but no reply. Today, I stopped by and finance manager told me that there was no gap insurance to begin with. Two and half years of me dealing with this dealership started with lies mistrust and deception and ended with the same attitude and same mistrust and lies. I would not recommend anyone to give any business to this dealership unless they get rid of their current crooked staff. I’m looking to upgrade but done with this dealership.

Although most people dread buying a car, myself included, I had a surprisingly good experience buy a car from here. I worked with Gary Collins and he was very helpful and easy to deal with from the start. He continued to work with me with every bump and setback we ran into, and would come in early or stay late in order to accommodate me. Everyone there was very professional and helpful and I definitely recommend them as a stop whenever youre in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I purchased CX5 last week and I had a terrible experience here at this dealership.I had an email conversation regarding the vehicle and its quotes with one of the salesperson and finally, I scheduled an appointment for a test drive and purchasing it the same day. However, as the person who assisted me through emails is not available that day and routed me to his co-worker.I walked in at 10:30 am and gave a test drive for Touring and GTR. I liked GTR and started to ask details and quote. To my surprise, the difference between the email quote and the price he said is almost $2500. However, I have shown the email conversation I have and his response was unbelievable-- Im being honest with you and it is the best price we are offering. I want your friends and family to come here and purchase, he even said the person who emailed me with the final quote was playing games with you. How can he even say that thing about his co-worker? and they were doing business together. I immediately said, No, You cant talk like this about your co-worker and ended the discussion. I even changed my decision from GTR to touring just because I couldnt prove that their email quote was right and have no energy for it.Later, I asked the quote for touring and as usual, it went some 1.5k high from what initially was offered. This time I also had a conversation with the person whom I am talking in my email with some lower price, So I have shown it to him and immediately he changed his words saying, Okay I will give it, take it. Then after he started telling my friends who came with me He is not giving any profits something like that. How can somebody do if I dont give them business? They literally ask me to leave if they cant make profits. I felt bad with those words.Then around at 2 pm, I started my paperwork for the vehicle and they need to bring the vehicle from somewhere which is 30min far from the place. I dont know what these guys are doing when I am having my paperwork done. The literally delivered my vehicle at 6 pm. I kept on asking from 2:30 pm on the status of the vehicle as I have other appointments. The answer from them was the same, 15min sir, Please wait.I was completely fed up with the false information they provided me and I will never recommend it to anybody. I walked in at 10:30 am and walked out at 6 pm cancelling my plans that evening. I even changed my plan on buying GTR which I am comfortable with the email quote. I would have gone somewhere else but as its being my special day I have no time to go to another dealership and start a new deal.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. I originally went to Mazda dealership because I was having problems with my car. Wayne assisted me in the service area. Come to find out my transmission needed to be replaced. Wayne really went out of his way to help me and recommended to trade my car in, because my 2015 Mazda 3 with 117k wasn’t worth spending that amount of money on to replace the transmission. He specifically went to get Samuella to assist me and everyone was fine with me having my dad on the phone to help with the process. Samuella found me the prefect vehicle a 2019 Mazda CX-3. It rides very smoothly and has a lot of safety features that my previous car did not have. She was very kind and patient and she and Wayne waited until I finished the entire process before leaving. They helped me take my things out of my old car and also changed the tags over to my new car. Between Wayne, Samuella, and even Zach in finance they made a stressful situation less stressful. I purchased a CX-5 from Dwain L. over the weekend, and I was very pleased with my experience. I am a first time new car buyer who visited other Mazda dealerships in the area (MD and VA) and Dwain was by far the most informative salesman I came across. He knew everything about the car, and was able to clearly and honestly explain the differences between the upgrade packages, 2020 vs 2021, models, etc. I went on a Saturday and the dealership was pretty busy, but Dwain took his time with me and I never once felt rushed. He was professional, respectful and personable. I would absolutely purchase a car from him again. While I didnt personally go to this location, I was in communication with my friend who did purchase a vehicle the entire way through. She had been looking for months for the perfect car, had gone to many different dealerships with no luck. Everyone seemed uninterested in helping her and only wanting to make a sale. I took my car in for an oil change and later that day my wife saw scuff marks on the bumper. It looked like only a scuff, so I didnt make a big deal about it. A week later, the entire fender liner came off while I was driving. I had a local mechanic look at it and he told me that my car was crashed and someone used a zip tie to keep the grill aligned. This damage put myself and others at risk of injury because the fender liner could have caused an accident. I brought my car back and of course they wouldnt accept any responsibility. I would never bring my car back here. If you use them, make sure you fully inspect your car.....totally unprofessional! Management needs to hold their employees accountable. Accidents happen, but to cover them up is unacceptable. I guess this is how they treat military veterans.Follow-Up:I contacted the service manager, as he requested in his reply and it was a complete waste of time. I believe he only wrote his response to mislead others that they take customer service seriously. It was nothing more than lip service. I had the damage repaired ($882.00). If they wouldve properly repaired the damage at the time, instead of covering it up, the repair cost would have been a fraction of the amount I paid. I believe in giving people a chance to make things right..... it didnt happen here. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

After many many many dealerships either being disinterested or downright dismissive (Heritage Mazda in Catonsville.) We came to work with Nathan Choe.Nathan was absolutely amazing. Ismail truly made my search for a new Mazda awful. He refused to listen to what I was actually looking for and just tried to upsell me on a car he had in the lot that was the wrong color, trim, and had additional unwanted packages. He was rude and didnt want to talk any numbers, then called me back the next day asking for my business back for the right price. Very unprofessional. The dealership itself is dark, dreary, and depressing inside.

My friend and I went to several dealerships in the DMV area over the span of 3 months while looking for a new car, and we had by far the best experience here. We worked with Nathan, who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles, which made the shopping experience so much better and easier! He was also extremely accommodating for me, since I often came to the dealership late in the evening, and they were happy to do a dealer trade for me to get the specific vehicle I was interested in. The buying process was also very simple and their rates were competitive. I would highly recommend coming to this place if you are interested in Mazdas or Hyundais.

Just spoke to Tonino. The most unprofessional manager ever. I spoke to alexandria first and she agreed that the msrp on the car i liked on their website with 0% apr will be $20,608. But when she sent me an email, she changed up the msrp to $22000 something and then she added bs fees to it. I have attached below an image of what she added. I called and spoke to the manager. at first he argued that I do not have time for you, and I kept respectfully telling him that I genuinely want to do business with you and it will be nice if he listened to me. He was very ill mannered and kept arguing with me. I asked him only that why were they charging me for freight when I was coming to pick my car up and all other questions, but he was too stubborn to respectfully answer me. Also, they did not even know that the car I was talking about, was on their website. At the end I went ahead and told him that I will be speaking to the corporate office, to which he saidaight byebye man, get outta here.What kind of business ethics are these?I bought a mustang from ford just last year and they agve me one of the best service ever. This has to be one of the most unprofessional dealerships ever. They are going to tell me my msrp as $22179 and then add $4600 of fees to make it $26775?? I have nothing but glowing reviews for my experience at Ourisman Mazda. Im writing this less than 12 hours after purchasing a new Mazda3 so that it reflects the most accurate depiction of my time there. Mike and Alex worked tirelessly to find the best deal for my new car as well as my less than stellar trade in and were as up front and patient as could be. Though we went through some of the typical new car buying frustrations while trying to compromise a deal, they kept us informed and took our wishes into account. Ismail spoke to us often and was very patient when it came to breaking down numbers and looking into additional deals. The real MVP of this whole experience was Dina. By the time we arrived at the finance office, we were exhausted and ready to just wrap things up. She took into account that this was my first car buying experience, and even though I had knowledgeable help with me, she explained everything to ensure my purchase satisfaction. She was personable, entertaining and understanding. She spent so much time exploring additional rebates and discounts that saved us a significant amount of money. At the end of the day, we all shared truffles, hugs and I rode off with my new car. I couldnt be happier with my first car purchase and I absolutely recommend Ourisman Mazda for the staff and the quality cars.

I bought my CX-5 from this dealership and the is car amazing. When I went to redeem my free car wash that was promised when purchasing the car (which apparently is not even a service they offer), the service department took my vehicle and performed a full wash. The service department placed a key tag on my keys before taking the vehicle.When I got home I noticed that the hood was significantly scratched during the wash. I spoke with the service manager about this issue and he said they had no record of ever servicing my vehicle and would not assist with the damage at all.Message to Ourisman Mazda of Laurel: If you take ANY customers vehicle, you are responsible for documenting any services and caring for the vehicle.

I traded in a leased Mazda for another one. I love the way they drive! Ive purchased many cars and dread dealing with auto dealers, wearing you down all day, etc. I worked with Sharon, who is a very pleasant sales rep. She listened/heard what i wanted and made it happen. Ishmael, the manager, did speak with me directly, as well, and expediently worked out a deal I could be happy with. He also made grounding the old, leased car painless. Sharon worked hard to make things happen as quickly as possible, too. Shes all about customer service! The only negative I have is on the Service side. Service people get 1☆. They couldnt answer my questions by phone, or in person, figure out why my keys werent working or the latch on the trunk. I later took the car to Catonsville Mazda, and they figured it out in 5 minutes, checked on a minor recall, and had someone come out and show me how to use a feature of the Android Auto that I had also asked Laurel Mazda about, but they couldnt answer. I will definitely be using another dealer for service.

We initially came in on a Wednesday and Bobby and the Mazda sales manager Ishmael were very patient with us, showed us a variety of cars we were interested in, and were very transparent with us discussing pricing. We came back The next Saturday morning and closed the deal. It was a really smooth process from start to finish, and we’re very happy with the car. I was going through a difficult time and had to declare bankruptcy. Unfortunately, after filing for bankruptcy, I realized that I needed to get a newer car. My car was older (2006) and needed more work to it than I could afford to put out at the time.I had at least a dozen dealerships send me letters wanting to sell me a car and help me to rebuild my credit. When I finally went through all these letters, I decided to give Nick Cutlip a call. He was the only person, out of all the correspondence that I received, that put a personal touch to his letter and told us a little bit about himself, and that he had experienced similar difficulties at one time.Nick was kind, courteous, and compassionate when I spoke with him on the phone. He was able to find a bank to approve me within a half hour, and he let me know right away. I came in the next evening and we test drove some cars and then I bought a used one. Not only was Nick able to get me a loan, with my still being in open bankruptcy, he was able to get me a great interest rate as well, considering my credit challenges.I appreciate the time Nick took to work me and make my car buying experience one I will remember, in a very good way. I would definitely recommend Nick to my family and friends should they be searching for a new or used vehicle.

Ricky was very easy to work with and very responsive. I really liked that he was not the pushy type. He made the experience pretty stress free. In addition, the finance staff was extremely pleasant. It takes a lot for me to write a review(because I don’t review often), but I am not satisfied with my visit. I came to get my car checked out for 2 small problems that I had. I spent my money on a waste of 4 hours and I was told it would take 2 hours. I was told that there was a solution to the issues that I had and that progress was being made on fixing my issues, but in the end, there wasn’t a solution to my issues and I’m still coming out of pocket for this. I feel as though it was a waste to come here and will not be coming back. On top of that, I was told “it would be 15 more minutes. 15 minutes turned into 1 1/2 hours. Then I was told, to calculate the pricing it would take “5 more minutes.” It’s been about 50 minutes. I understand that it takes a little bit of time to handle problems, but for my problems I know for a fact it would not take 4 hours. Even people who came in after me left before me. And I was almost giventhe keys to SOMEONE ELSES VEHICLE. Very unprofessional. There is a lot more to this story than I will write, but I will not be returning here again.

They were fine until I tried to get something done after i bought the car. I took voluntary gap insurance because i was fairly under water. Now that Ive paid the car below any potential gap, I still have a significant pro rated amount that can be recovered. Ive called 5 times, each with a promise to get me the paperwork and a call back, nothing yet. So I called the gap coverage company in my paperwork, apparently they dont have a record of it and they dealership never even filed for the coverage. So I filed a complaint with the Maryland insurance commissioner. Hopefully that gets a response. Good luck getting any service once they have your money and you need something from them.

I was upside down in a loan. The car I had was worth way less than I was buying it for (Scammed by another dealership). I came in to Ourisman wanting a Mazda 3 with little to no hope in getting out of my current loan. I left that day, with a brand new 2019 Mazda 3 thanks to Courtney & Ishmail!!! I needed a car, but my credit is low and I havent worked consistently at a full time job since I got married in 2011. I contacted a few dealerships regarding financing and actually had one willing to work with me; however, I had major concerns with the guaranteed certification inspection they did on the used vehicle I was going to purchase. I rejected the paperwork and asked them to make the necessary adjustments and to make sure the car had been properly inspected.The next morning I received an email from the sales manager about my experience and shared my concerns and asked if he could get me in a new car. He said he would check and told me that they could for around the same price however he didnt share this with my sales rep. When I told him, he checked but told me that I wasnt approved for a new car and that I had to settle with the used one. I almost went through with that deal until my sister told me about Nick and her experience with him at Ourisman Mazda. Nick and I spoke and he said he would do what He could. About an hour later, I was on my way there to test drive a Mazda3. Nick was great! I test drove the car and 15 minutes I was purchasing car insurance and getting my new 2018 Mazda3! The BEST part of my experience and what impressed me the most was their professionalism and attention to detail concerning the car. It was straight off the truck and needed to be inspected. That took a bit of time, but because I wanted them to be thorough, I waited. When the car was finished, the sales manager, took the time to sit with me in the car and go over the various components. I went there to get mazda 3 2019 premium. It was listed around 21.5K. After negotiation I got an out of the door price to be 23.4k. I didnt get the car. Nothing wrong so far. So, after few days, i saw a 1k dollar incentive on their webpage on top of 21.5k. So, the total price of that comes down to 20.5k. When i saw that I called and asked hey i know you guys gave me an out of the door price of 23.4k and with the new incentive the price should be 22.4k and I can go with that price. But the sales person wouldnt apply the incentive and told me that my math was wrong. Anyways, just a heads up, the internet discounts might not reflect during negotiation process. They might lure you and inflate the price. That was my experience with them.

If youre looking for a vehicle, Id look elsewhere. While I dislike leaving negative reviews, I hated our experience here more.We had been working with another dealer but got a lower quoted price here. While they honored it after some discussion, they tried a bait and switch when we sat down and said it would be $500 more than quoted.As cash buyers, we also really didnt appreciate being lied to about pulling our credit reports. Four times we were promised they wouldnt run our credit and that they needed our SSNs for MVA paperwork. Not a fun surprise when we went to write the check in the finance office.The whole process took 6.5 hours of our day, despite very few people being in the showroom. They seemed fond of using attrition to try to wear us down. Same went for our finance officer, who just wouldnt accept no for an answer on extras.Shop at your own risk, but be ready to walk.

I dress “hip” so I suppose I don’t look like the average adult looking to buy a car.Anyways, me and my fiancé came in to look at the new Mazda CX-30. I came to see what the car looked like in person. When a sales man asked if I needed help I POLITELY declined as I was just there to see the car in person (comparing with another car I liked) the sales person mumbled something under his breathe about me being able to afford the car.The other sales men were very dismissive of my fiancé. He also looks very young, and as a not so “adult” hair do. I noticed one sales man point at my fiancé as if he was confused why we even walked in?I left shortly after. Don’t judge you for people by their looks. I was planning on coming back after comparing and buying the car, however after that experience I’ll go else where.

I was very impressed with Ourisman Mazda of Laurel sales team, particularly Courtney Williams. Ourisman had a great inventory of cars. In my case, I wanted a 2019 Grand Touring Mazda CX-5 (last year’s model). My car had 2 miles on it, that was a nice surprise. Ourisman was very competitive on the pricing. Ourisman and Courtney included a loyalty discount that was not mentioned in the internet price.Courtney was very professional and well trained. She was very knowledgeable about the Mazda CX 5 that I was looking to purchase. She highlighted the features of the car. Salespersons at other dealerships did not have the same level of knowledge that she provided about the operations of the car. She was very helpful in making personal adjustments to the car. For example, she showed me how to adjust the driver’s seat and how to change the maximum height of the tailgate. She was very diligent in ordering a missing navigation chip for the car. It arrived 3 days later at my home by mail. I was happy with the very timely delivery of the chip.Overall, I learned a lot about the car and about where to buy it. I had a great buying experience with Ourisman Mazda of Laurel and the sales person, Courtney Williams.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service with Ourisman Mazda in Laurel and had a great experience. The service advisers and porters were really attentive, helpful, and very informative. As a female, Im always uneasy getting work done on my car, as I feel that some shops try to take advantage of you. I never felt that for one moment here, and I generally felt at ease throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was finished with service in about an hour and the checkout process was simple and fast. I came all the way from D.C. and will continue to do so in the future due to a great experience. Keep up the good job!
