I’ve been coming here for a while after being ripped off at dealerships. I called the shop to get an estimate and the immediately scheduled a diagnostic appoint the next day and then the day after i had an appointment with Eddy. He was very informative about the issue and the potential impact of not repairing it soon which was good for me because He took his time to explain everything. He was patient and professional and the work was completed with care and attention to detail. He also sent pictures and videos to keep me informed on his progress. The best part about this place is their prices are FAIR. The Lexus dealership was trying to charge me almost two times more that what i paid for him to replace the water pump and belt. I found H and H auto service online,I looking for someone with great reviews ..they had wonderful reviews.I called them and they got me in straight away we found out there was a few things wrong with my daughters car.Eddie found a crack in the engine that we didn’t know about .So we had to replace the engine which he did finding us a great new engine with only 77,000 miles on it.Eddie put in the new engine, did the brakes, changed out a frozen caliper and looked at the AC.He did all this in a week.Everyone working there was great, friendly and knowledgeable.Nobody ever likes to pay out money but the price was great and I’m so glad we found H&H. We will definitely be using Eddie for all our car issues.They definitely deserve the 5 stars.Thanks H&H.

It was my first time working on my SUV and Sedan at this shop. Felt like I was at a family members shop getting my car worked on. Marvin, Eddie and Hector are a great group of guys who know exactly what theyre doing. They were able to order parts and it arrived within 30 min of ordering. For both my cars, although the work was extensive, time just flew by. I felt the quality of the work and the price for getting my rotors and brakes replaced were very fair on both cars. Originally went to AAA and felt a little like I was being upsold instead of really being helped. That was not the case at H & H. Not to mention I received a courtesy wash on my SUV so I felt like I was driving off the lot with a new car. With everything included I rate this shop a 10 out of 10 for workmanship, service, pricing and overall convenience and experience. I will certainly be going back for any important work that needs to be done on any of my cars. I promise you will leave a satisfied customer! P.S. The music was excellent. As a DIY owner of many foreign V12s I rarely if ever let anyone touch my vehicles but I’m glad I stopped in today and met with Eddy!I called multiple indie ships and none wanted to touch my S600 or wanted me to pay outrageous fees just to take a look at the vehicle. My wife and I were interested in getting our Hyundai fixed because of a stalling issue. We were overwhelmed with car troubles for a few weeks prior to our visit at H&H. While we were talking with the lead mechanic he was noticeably offended that we decided to not move forward with his services (we wanted a normal diagnostics test that was comprehensive, which they did not offer). On our exit, he made a boastful comment to my wife, stating “you saw our reviews” as if our decision was somehow bad because we were leaving. Well, a few hours later, and after searching other mechanic shops, my wife called and asked to come in a second time, only to be refused service. “Good reviews” is a relative characteristic to describe a company. Just because a company has 4+ stars doesn’t make them a “good company.” This company is not friendly nor kind to new customers. Please steer away from this place. Dont be fooled by their “good reviews.” It’s one of the most unprofessional places that I’ve been to.

Phenomenal service. Efficient diagnosis of the problem. I was in for five minutes before my vehicle’s issue was diagnosed. I was even able to call the day prior and get an appointment the following day. These guys are professional. They didn’t try to tack on any extra costs. They took care of my problem and did it fast as I was shipping my vehicle out of the country the next day and needed a part quickly.

Got recommend this shop, so glad I got sent here. I think theyre very down-to-earth, and find the best solution. Ive never had any issues with their work. I was in the middle of a four hour road trip when the dreaded Service Engine Soon light came on just outside of Laurel MD. I had NO IDEA about where to go for car trouble, but H and H was the closest garage I could find on Google. I LUCKED OUT! They diagnosed the problem, got the parts, fixed me up, and had me on my way in a couple of hours. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They ran extra tests on what they fixed plus a couple other things, but they didnt bill me for any of that. They just wanted to make sure I was good to get right back on the highway. Its been over a week and the cars still running like a dream!

Since we moved to Maryland in 2012 we have been going to H&H. We didn’t know many people in the area and we needed a mechanic, so a friend recommended us to this shop. We were a little hesitant at first but after getting to know Tulio, Kevin and Eddy and the excellent service they provided we are so happy we made the decision to continue with them. My heater went out one month before winter started. I was so nervous to go find out what happened because I didnt want to pay too much. After coming here, I was informed that it was just a blow motor replacement problem. With about 40 minutes of patience to let the mechanic work I paid $340 and was all set. Proud owner of an Acura TL. Will be back for other services when needed.

I want to first start this off by saying that Im truly appreciative (words really cant express) of H&H Auto Services, especially Eddy (the shop owner). I dropped my car off here due to some issues that I was having due to the great reviews I read online. Unfortunately, my car was not able to be repaired here due to my car being affected by a recall, and had to be taken to a Hyundai dealership in order to be covered for repairs at no cost.To give a little information, I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and after Eddy looked at my car, he basically told me I had metal in my engine and it needed to be replaced. Eddy recalled to me that I had mentioned a recall and I should check with Hyundai to make sure I had the recall done. When I reached out to Pohanka Hyundai Service, I was told it would not be covered as I was out of warranty and the second owner of the vehicle. I called Eddy back to take care of my balance and ultimately have my car towed home. I was distraught because I didnt have the money for a new engine, and on top of that I still owe money on this car! When I called Eddy, he had did the legwork and found out more information about my recall and advised me to not to take NO for an answer. Because of him and his research, I was well informed and was able to push back on Hyundai and am now getting a brand new engine for free!!I feel that he didnt have to do that considering that I was no longer his customer. That just shows me the type of character he has and I will definitely return to him in the future for ANY of my car needs because there is now a level of trust there that is sooooo hard to come by with mechanics (especially being a female with little knowledge of cars). This place came highly recommended and now I know why. I had been hearing my brakes make noise for sometime and sure as day my maintenance light turns on as well. I have a 2012 Camry and I have no doubt that it’s a pretty simple/straight forward car to work on but I was so taken aback by the fact that for once someone wasn’t trying to take advantage of me. Eddy was very straightforward, nice, and friendly. He checked out the car at no cost and explained everything that needed to be done starting from what was need immediately and what could wait to be done in maybe a couple of months so I didn’t feel like I needed to drop a load all at once. I have had a tough time finding somewhere nearby that I could trust and now I can’t stop telling everyone about this place. It’s also great for waiting because they have shops right across the street and when they ordered the parts I just dropped my car off the very next day. Super fast and super convenient.

Came in today with a Check Engine light in a car that shook at stoplights. They identified the problem in 5 minutes and told us exactly how they could fix it and at what cost. In about an hour we had two engine sensors replaced, and a new air filter and oil change (we knew we needed both anyway - convenient!). Truly excellent service

Amazing! Went to two different car shops to see what the problem was with my AC and both car shops wasnt able to diagnose my car including that my car had to be torn apart! When i came to H&H, Eddy with his expertise diagnosed my car in less than an hour without having to tear my engine apart! Thanks to H&H he saved my son and I from riding in this Maryland heat!! Im so thankful to have my services done with you guys... I will definitely be coming to them from now on!
