When they say They work for you, not the insurance company They mean it.I had to fight tooth and nail with progressive about using junk parts on my car. Estimates are great they are just pretty pricey compared to competitors

I had some hail damage repaired at one of those fly by night repair services. They pulled a plug of paint off my driver side door while pulling dents out. They’re tried to patch the spot and it looked terrible. I took my truck to Roy Rodger so they could make it right and now it looks like it never happened. Everyone at Roy Rodgers was very professional and I am very pleased with the work. Thanks guys!

Installed spray on bedliner. Told me it would take 1/2 a day. The first time they didn’t do the bottom two inches of the tail gate citing it would keep the gate from closing. There was nearly a 1” gap between this part of the gate and the bed of the truck when it was closed. There was also a gash in the fender well that you could see the paint in. They did finish the tailgate same day. It looks like they sprayed black paint in the gash so you couldn’t see the paint and told me that was really all they could do. Ended up taking all day and multiple trips up there. Just wasn’t satisfied with that kind of service for $450.00 plus tax.

Tracy and everyone there are extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & skilled. They were able to give me an estimate the same day I first called, which took about 30 minutes. They took care of all communications with my insurance company, resulting in me paying my deductible & not a dime more. In less than a week, they had my car back to me in great condition and looking brand new - even washed it for me! I would absolutely recommend them, you will be very satisfied!

I have used Roy Rogers Body Shop several times over the last 15 or so years. Just picked my truck up today. Michael and the guys always take excellent care of me and my vehicles. Great customer service and even better repair work. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Got my sons f250 fixed from the hailstorm damage. It looks like it did the day it came off the lot. They did a amazing job as always.

I was on a trip and on the way home about 300 miles left I had an accident on I59. I was lucky that Roy Rodgers was on call to retrieve my car and take me to the nearest Hotel. My car received extensive damage and they did an excellent job bring her back to life. I dealt with Tracy and his staff, they are very polite and professional. The repair was done faster than I really expected.

I was kind of disappointed they didnt do the work today I actually needed to done and was going to be really costly also I was only there to get an estimate to I wasnt looking to get ahead of other potential customers that you have on your business since you are so busy and you do write a lot of commercials you know I understand this and even on a 10-year old car I need to be treated with respect like everyone else even though it was after your business hours excuse me

Took care of everything when someone else hit me and damaged my bumper and custom hitch cover. They took care of everything, even ordering my custom hitch cover.
