Brought my Acadia in for a10:30am appointment for an oil change and to find out why my display freezes when I attach my phone. Was told I have to bring my Acadia in early in the morning if I want that diagnosed...
This is by far the worst service center in Maryland. Do not do business with this place or you will severely regret it. They are unprofessional and unsafe. Also, good luck getting a loner car.The short version is this: they lied about receiving my car. They forgot to check my car in for the appointment. It took them a week to get my car. They ordered the wrong parts for my car. They forgot to replace pieces of my engine and bumper. My engine hood almost flew up on the highway because they didnt tighten the latch properly. They told me there were problems that didnt actually exist. (They didnt know I have an OBD reader and a trusted mechanic.)Basically, they lied to me several times, tried to charge me for things that I didnt need by lying to me, they took a week to fix a starter, they made my car unsafe to drive before sending me home, then they wouldnt call me back after I left a voicemail about these issues.
Fixed the problem.
I absolutely dread going here. But they are closer. I will be going out of town for service on my truck next time

This by far is the worse dealership Ive ever had to deal with. My oil changes take 2 hours plus minimum. I had some issues with my car so I brought it in for inspection and found out what was wrong. I mentioned I had insurance but was told that I didnt. So instead of arguing I call the original dealership I purchased and asked them about my warranty sure enough they pull it right up. I dropped my car off at 7am I had to call them at 3:30pm to see if it was ready to find out it was done at 1pm and no one called me. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I honestly could keep going but the moral of this post is that this service center needs to work on customer service and the service that they are providing.
Ive had a Dodge and Hyundai. Have been in both dealerships and the service sucks.I recently bought an Impala Pre owned and came to this shop to get an oil change. It was nowhere near my other expiriences. The do the safety inspection on your vehicle something that other dealerships are supposed to do as well but dont do it.The staff is very friendly.This will be the place where ill be getting oil changes from now on.
