This place was really helpful. They had a ton of gear and parts. At first, the place felt like it might cater to mostly dirt and sport bike riders, which is totally cool however my wife and I being Harley Riders, we were happy the boots for her and the gloves for me that we were both in need of. Greg took great care of us. We will be heading back soon, Im sure.

Went in to check out the inventory for a replacement helmet. Was greeted immediately. The staff was very attentive and provided information on the products I was looking at. Unfortunately I did not find a helmet design I liked, but still purchased a Sena comm device to get myself prepared for my next helmet. Jessica was attentive and assisted me with all the info I needed to make the decision. Great dealing with everyone.

First off, the new location is amazing and spacious! Anyone would be comfortable shopping here, whether a rider or friend of. I purchased a Bilt jacket and both staff members were fantastic. I had to return the following day to pickup my order and Jim was really good about answering my questions and just being present. I really enjoyed my time with him and will definitely be back! Wow, so normally when you go to a store or dealership you know the prices are normally pretty high. I would almost say this place is comparable to like a wholesale. Not one item in the stores overpriced. I came to get a helmet and I ended up getting full gear. Boots pants jacket gloves and helmet. I talked with the manager Matt. And I truly love this store and I would highly recommend it to everybody.

I had a great first time visit! As an upcoming new rider I went in to get some gear for my CSN course. Mason and the staff were not only very helpful, but also very knowledgeable and informative. I went to Cycle Gear to get a coolong vest as I would be crossing the desert in temperatures between 110 and 120 degrees. Gregg and Jim were extremely helpful. Gregg is a great salesperson; very informative but not too pushy. He took the time to show me the product and explain how it works. He got me the correct size, (I would have gotten a larger one). I ended up making additional purchases on his recommendations. All items that proved invaluable while making that desert cross. He shared plenty about Cycle Gear and their products. I was impressed.

This place is great. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They are all riders too so they can usually help you with any questions you might have. I have been coming to them for years and will continue to bring my business to them.

A shout out to the Cycle Gear in Henderson Nevada. Yesterday my daughter and I were in the store to replace her helmet. She unfortunately had to use said helmet, a few weeks ago during a Ride for Kids charity ride. She got into an accident as a passenger on another bike. Shes fine, all her gear did their job, hence the new helmet. Her old one was toast. As we were looking at the helmets, the employee asked why we needed one. We explained what happened, and he said he witnessed the accident, he was on the ride too along with two other employees from the shop, and they pulled over to help. We thanked him for helping, and informed him we would be back to get a new jacket in a few weeks, since the jacket was toast too. Today, I received an email from the store, and my daughter was invited to the store to pick out a new jacket on Cycle Gears dime! We just got back and Hannah now has a new Sedici jacket. They even threw in the optional back plate! Cycle Gear corporate was a big sponsor this year for the Ride for Kids event, that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. My daughter is a 17 year survivor of a brain tumor, which is one of the reasons we attend the event. I have a closet full of gear and helmets in my garage, that I have purchased from Cycle Gear over the years. Always liked doing business with them, and of course Ill continue. Thank you so much Gregg, Jim and Robert for stopping and helping my daughter, and gifting her the jacket. It was unexpected but much appreciated, and we thank you!

Cycle Gear on Pecos has always been a good places to go. They took care of my Freedom 4 music for my helmet. One speaker quite working. They also recommended a neck cooler and a vest that keeps you cool. Both worked very well in the 114 degree heat. Ryan was the employee that took care of everything.

Great guys here. I needed a few specialty tools, maintenance supplies, bike tank and seat bag. The manager quickly got me directed to his sales associate who showed me the rack of tank bags and bike bags. Even got me a bottle of water and showed me where the bathroom was.

Guys were so helpful. I’m a complete amateur and they took time and patience to get me the right kit and also looked out for me to get decent deals. I’ll be back again without question.

These guys are always awesome! If you are looking for something particular, they either know if they have it or are automatically looking it up to see how fast they can get it to you. Even when short staffed, they still are happy to help. I drive over 100 miles just to shop here.

Bought Head sets and friend ordered a new helmet. WILLIAM took care of us and was patient and explained and helped with features. Did installation etc. BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Other sales people were available for questions and help. GREAT place to shop. Highly recommended.

Greg (hope that is his name 20 yr emp of CG) was super energetic and helped me with all of my questions. After frustration with Shoei and their lack of performance getting visors out for the 1400. Waiting almost 8 months with no resolve I headed back to CG to purchase another brand of helmet that actually could supply there customers with visors. Greg was simply amazing, we talked on all of the ins and outs of the helmets that I was looking at. Right up front I let him know what I was looking for. I really appreciated him being so up front, with “No not a good helmet for what you are looking for” etc. He truly helped me get to my pick quickly! Then with the Labor Day weekend sale, it was even more AMAZING!!!! Thank you for all of your help Greg.

I dropped by the Galleria Mall location by chance, as I hadn’t realized they were a relocated branch that was originally closer to my home. I wasn’t looking to buy anything; i was merely browsing but after Jaime approached me and answered some of my questions on riding jackets i felt comfortable making a purchase.As a beginner rider who is only now taking the MSF course, they didn’t try to upsell me on gear I didn’t need and made sure that i had a proper fit. I left with a mesh Bilt jacket with a Dainese spine insert and it fit like it was made for me. I wore it to work on my daily ride and loved the fit and feel. Thanks again, and a huge shoutout to Jaime for helping me out throughout the whole process to make sure I got the proper gear!

I ordered a tire with 1-2 days lead time, week and a half later no tire and missing my track day upsets me! I find out the Pecos store actually has two in stock on their shelf. This is the store I ordered it too! I had to buy another??? Seriously!! I had to buy another just to put on because they wouldn’t release the same tire from the store I ordered it too!!!!!! UN-Fing-acceptable!! This organization or this store need to figure out how to sell products properly and utilize inventory strategies better! I mean 300 bucks for one tire? I got a buy two get one deal. Very sad!!

I had a great experience at cycle gear. I went in for a couple specific items and was immediately greeted upon getting entering the store and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I needed a helmet lock, and he started walking me to the section. He took note of the helmet I was carrying and knew immediately that certain locks wouldn’t work because the helmet doesn’t have a D ring that most locks can go through. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and also told me about the Bluetooth system designed for my helmet when I mentioned wanting a communication/music device as well. I was also surprised to know they of free installations of those as well! It was a great experience in the shop and I will be going there again for any other needs I might have! Thank you!

The staff was having phone troubles and being bombarded with calls when I walked in, but they still took the time to make sure I knew where to find everything. After a bit of perusing I found what I was looking for at a solid price and decided to pick it up there, always gotta support good local shops after all.Then the owner noticed I had an older model helmet that just had an updated version release and they had some in stock, so he took the time to show me a few of the new models and their features. Im not due for a new helmet quite yet but now I know exactly what I want and where to get one when I do!

Called the Decatur Cycle Gear and asked if they could install 2 tires by the end of the day. They said there were alot of tires already in line so he couldnt guarantee them being done.I called the Pecos store and they said yes because there is only 1 tire ahead of me, and there were multiple employees that can do them.Jumped in the car and drove across town and as soon as I opened the door, the employee says, I dont think we will be able to have those completed todayI told him I called 20 minutes ago and I was told they could be done. Then he said they just had a bunch of tires come in for installations. I told him to go ahead and try to get them done by the end of the day. Then he asked what tires I wanted. Told him the Metzeler MC360s. He goes in the back and comes out with a Maxxis tire, I told him I just called and they had 2 Metzelers. He goes in the back and come out and says they only have 1. I picked up my 2 wheels and walked out.Customer service is complicated at this store.

There is a large selection of helmets although the store is on the smaller side. My hubby and I are looking for helmets and I dont know if it was the time of day but the guy wasnt super helpful. We were the only ones in the store and he was nice, but I told him specifically what style I was looking for and he just said to look around. Like, didnt even point out any specific helmets to say they would meet my general needs or ask what size I might need. Thankfully my hubby is knowledgeable about motorcycle gear and had already measured me so had a general idea of what Id need (although not all helmets fit the same) and had me try on a couple. In a specialty shop like this Id think that unless you KNOW that your customers know what they need youd offer more customer service. IDK. Like I said, there was a pretty good selection but Id rather purchase what we need from some place that actually wants to assist us and make a sale, even if we dont look like motorcycle people.
