They were honestly great. Truly a honest place and very good with communication and informing you the standing of the repairs.Had a minor issues which was missed diagnosed but stood by there word and made the repairs as quoted. This is my to go place for “ALL” my repairs and basic servicing.Thank you Scott for all the help!!!!I own the trike.
My motorcycle was damage from a diferent work shop (FU%#@$) ; Scott and Tyler helped and explained me exactly what was wrong with my bike and what was needed to fixed the damage of my bike. Now my my bike is running perfect with no issues, and very happy that I no longer stall at the red light.. THANKS Scott and Tyler for all your knowledge & help and affordable prices.
Scott and Tyler helped me out of a jam when I rolled into town on a bad tire. Even though they were backed-up with orders for weeks, they were able to get me going again quickly on new rubber. Seriously went out of their way to do me a solid. Thanks a million guys!!
Whats good advice worth? I went to MotoZone on the recommendation of a friend seeking new tires. I had an idea of what I wanted based on something Id seen in a FB group. The owner patiently took time to explain the specifics and the conflict it presented. His recommendations and explanation led to a more informed choice and a safer option for both the bike and myself. Whats good advice worth? These days, its everything! And that is invaluable! I highly recommend MotoZone, both for information and the service!PS: whoever actually serviced the bike did an excellent job. And the rep at the counter actually taught me something (actually two things) about my bike. I highly recommend MotoZone!
Great job with the tire and wheel bearing swap! Competent and timely work!
Awesome scott is the best wont go anywhere else!!!
The whole team is great from Jackie at the front to the mechanics in the back. Very friendly and fast, will recommend anyone...my only gripe is that every time I schedule service it’s always two weeks out..other than that I love it here!
Took my banshee in during the scamdemic for a fresh top end. Scott did the work and let me tell you, after it was finished, had the 35mm kehinn carbs tuned absolutely perfect and this thing has never ran this good. Excellent job scott. By far best running banshee ive ever been on. No one but scott will ever touch my bikes. He is the best. Thnx again guys
As we all know, old fashioned customer service is all but dead in our society. Scott and crew took care of me with the kind of care that one would expect from any repair shop that youre paying good money to perform repairs on your bike. If youre looking for a shop to trust your beloved motorcycle to, look no further. These guys are the real deal and offer very competitive pricing.
Best garage around! Highly recommended!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! So happy with all the work you did. Highly recommend your service! Not only did you fix what was broken, but your other suggestions helped make my motorcycle enjoyable to ride every day since!
Updated post: The 5 star experienceToday we had fast, expedited service and 50% less than estimated. The service advisor explained the work was to be done within a week. We are so pleased it was done the same day.
Old school mechanic that does things the right way. Extremely honest and not out to make money on you for no reason. They could have easily taken me for everything I had because I am new at understanding what a bike needs, but they chose to be honest instead. That is worth its weight in gold. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Scott is great, best mechanic and overall great guy Ive ever met. Bike purrs like a kitten now.
First off...Happy Father’s Day to Scott and Matt! Las week I was caught in a time crunch with my Ranger down and a much needed week of riding and fishing for my son and I only 3 days away. I showed up on a Monday when Scott explained they were very bit of 3 weeks out before he could get the bike in. I had the bike with me. Although the shop was slammed, Scott came out backto take a look, tested a few points, and diagnosed the problem. After making room in his shop to keep the bike over night, I was loading up a fully functional bike less than 24 hours later. The guys at MotoZone bent over backwards to get me back in the dirt so I could keep plans with my son. The trip was a complete success...the bike ran great and mental therapy achieved!! Thank you again, and it goes without saying that you have another customer to add to a 13 year old fan of MotoZone!
Brought in an old 80s Enduro for restoring. Bike had tons of issues due to unknown Frankenstein forks and needed TLC electrical work. Very happy with the finished job and relationship built. Highly recommend for dedication, price, job done and communication. Look forward to having more projects sent their way.
Excellent service with a great staff. Did My oil change with a 20 point inspection and still wiped my bike down before returning the keys. Would recommend
LOVE THIS PLACE great service and the work they do is phenomenal. Whenever I go in I can talk to them like friends and they always make sure its a comfy visit. Recomend 10/5 stars if that would even be possible.
Scott and his team does a great job! Very thorough and professional. Always on time and on budget. They always seem to do more than expected without surprise change orders. Will recommend them to my family and friends.
Family owned. Scott is great. He knows what he is doing and has a great staff. Not out to rip you off like the big shops in town.
Wow, talk about bad attitude and a bad experience... I recently purchased a motorcycle from a company in California called CSC Motorcycles. Since I’m having issues with the charging system of the motorcycle the company asked me to take it to a local shop and have them take a look at it and diagnose it. They would take care of sending my local shop the necessary parts and would pay for the labor to fix it since this company is in California and I am in Las Vegas. I called MotoZone and the guy who answered didn’t even give his name or say anything other than “MotoZone”. I explained my situation as I wanted to see if they would even consider taking a look at my motorcycle before I made the ride there. Well, to my surprise the guy just had a bad attitude and instead of saying no I don’t want to work the bike because I’m not familiar with it, he starts talking about he doesn’t know what the bike looks like, he would have to sit there with a manual and try to figure out why it’s not charging, then he wanted me to call a dealer for that motorcycle when I told him they are based out of California and have no dealers elsewhere in the country, hence why they were having me call my local shop. I mean, if this guy doesn’t even know that diagnosing a charging issue is essentially the same for all motorcycles regardless of make then I’m glad I didn’t take my motorcycle to him. I thought real mechanics can work on any motorcycle regardless of make and model. Doesn’t say anywhere on their website that they specialize in a certain brand. Plus it says on their website that they do all electrical.... Regardless, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Glad I was steered away from this shop by a rude miserable employee...
Fantastic. As a brand new rider I came into the shop with a bike seller to get an opinion on it. Scott didnt pull any punches. He put significant time into evaluating the bike for us, even making a small fix. His advice was honestly the most important factor in my decision. The best part? He refused to accept any money for the time he put in evaluating the bike and helping me understand everything I needed to.I ended up buying the bike and when it needs servicing of any kind I certainly wont go anywhere else.
I needed a new oil pump. However Moto Zone owner recommended a less expensive repair to the pump itself. That worked and saved me $$$$. Thanks
Ill never use another motorcycle mechanic as long as this place is open. Scott and his wife are both extremely knowledgeable and honest. Ive always received good advice and excellent service. Make sure you call ahead of time and make an appointment!
Took my sporster to get a full lookover. You get what you pay for. 👍👍
Good service. Fair prices. Gaurenteed work. Very good experience. Would highly recommend.
Scott and the team at MotoZone are some of the friendliest people Ive ever had work on my ninja. Scheduling is always very easy. Ive brought my bike in twice in the past two weeks and I couldnt be happier with the timing of the appointment, how long it took and the final cost. I wont take my bike anywhere else! Thanks guys!
A little late on this review but Scott and team did an outstanding job servicing my 96 Dyna back in October, 2016. He drove about 25 miles to pick up my bike. Unbelievably fair price and great service.
First and foremost, I would bring every bike I own to this shop, great service and also very personalized. Scott takes the time to walk you thru what was done and show you what does need to be addressed if its important or not. Not only does his passion show in his work but his wife also works their as well makes the front end an enjoyable exp. Your money is so much better spent at a local shop and the work is 10x better than a dealer, which at a dealer youre treated as a number....again thank you both for the work and looking forward to bring in other bikes soon.
On my way back to Colorado Springs from a trip out to San Francisco with my dad saw tire had worn dangerously bald. I had asked my mechanic before leaving for this trip and he said I was fine, but I was not! Found this place online praying they could get me in for an emergency tire change and as luck would have it they did! Not only did they change my tires out but they also saw some other work that needed fixing and did it no problem! They had a great attitude and amazing customer service, it was a super hot day and they let my dad take his bike out of the 100+ heat while they worked on my bike. Great job on the price too, was expecting about 200 more than they charged. Wish these guys did work in Colorado Springs!
I moved back to Vegas and needed a trustworthy and professional shop to work on my 2006 Yamaha Roadliner. BINGO!!! Motozone was awesome. I pulled up and was immediately met by Matt who was very attentive and courteous. Once inside Scott got all my information and provided valuable feedback on service for my bike. The service was started right away and completed in an efficient time frame. While waiting, Jackie came in and learned that I was in need of an air compressor for my garage. She suggested Harbor Freight and looked up pricing information and without me asking printed out a coupon to use when I purchased the AC. Needless to say I will definitely be bringing my MC in for future service needs. BRAVO!!
Brought my Z900 in for repairs. They were helpful and to the point, definitely my go to shop form now on
After getting it handed to me by a huge corporation right down the street who charged me $700 for a part that was not even the issue I just stopped in here to see if they could help me and with not hesitation they promised me they could fix my bike. And thats just what they did. I could not have asked for better customer service. I will always bring my bikes here and will always recommend these guys. Honest and pair thank you again for your help
Awesome staff, very thorough. Fixed my bike and caught a bad situation and fixed it. I trust no one else.
Motozone picked up my son’s Kawasaki 250S which needed carburetor work and a general tuneup. The work was done in a timely fashion and a fair price. They are great folks and we will use them exclusively.
Super helpful. Went well above and beyond.
Tried out this shop after my local shop said they no longer work on bikes that are over 5 years old. Scott did an excellent job on 05 yfz 450. Electrical issues and a carb over haul. Bike is running better than ever. Definitely worth the drive from Henderson. Thank you to you and your teamDavid Cooley
This place is awesome very knowledgeable on motor bikes. Ill catch my self staying longer just to here out the employees n there life experience. Must go.
Scott and his wife are always friendly and accommodating. Scotts worked on my bike several times during the last few years. Its the only place Ill bring my Harley for repairs.
Excellent shop! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Scott is a really cool guy, very informative and friendly. Only place Ill take my my bike to!
Had an exhaust ordered and installed with these guys. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Was in and out quickly and they didnt even charge me the full time it took for labor. Two thumbs up guys.
I sold a Yamaha FZ 09 through Moto Zone. And am now a happy camper!!
Your perception will exceed expectation!!! I was convinced my brake repair job would take a week or so, but they finished in just three business days! My brakes are functioning well, the GSXR600 loves her full synthetic oil, and left with a full tank of gas! The staff also helped dig my motorcycle out of the back of my van and made it look easy. Staff also very knowledgeable of reputable brands for all sportbike parts.
What an excellent family owned shop! Can’t recomend them enough. On a road trip accross U.S. called them on Thursday and my bike was already in on opening on Saturday. Scott changed the tires and oil at a very reasonable price. Found the issue of why the bike wouldn’t start up one morning really quick. Very friendly and very helpful. I went there because of the good reviews and you should too. Thank you!
Scott and his team were fantastic. Fixed my flat tire on motorcycle and had me on the road in a few hours... even without an appointment. Great job!!!!
Had to get a tube replaced on my DR-650 as I was leaving on a trip. Scott was right on it, Very Professional, Very Reasonable, Great service, and Affordable. Motozone has earned my business !Thanks Scott !
I have to say that Scott is the most stand up guy that I have ever come across. He did excellent work, talked straight, and fixed all of the problems with the motorcycle at a very reasonable price! As a multiple motorcycle owner, I will definitely bring him more of my business and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a real mechanic that knows his stuff. I cant say enough about his customer service!
Very well priced and excellent quality!! I dont know what they did to my shadow but its performing way better. I recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!
Scott is great! Very helpful and did amazing job on my bike! I Wont go any where else!
Knowledgeable and friendly, definitely went above and beyond on a simple hours tab. Got the bike back feeling better than expected.
Great shop. Fair awesome knowledgeable owner!!
Great service. Honest mechanic.
Excellent Service, You guys are way more reasonable on your prices then the Harley Dealers in the area. Thanks, Ill definitely be back.
Ive been dealing with Scott at Motozone for a couple years now and I would definitely give his shop 5 stars. The prices are fair, the service is great, and him and Dave really know their way around the bikes.
My name is Jack and had a terrible experience with two so called motorcycle repair shops that happily took my money, but didnt deliver the results on my 2006 Suzuki C90 . I found MotorZone and talked with Scott who told me he would find the electrical problem then fix it at a fair price. Though I was somewhat skeptical based on my other two ripoff experiences with other shops. Scott contacted me within the timeframe we agreed to and said Jack your bike is ready to go. My bike runs great again and the charge for the repair was very reasonable. Thanks Scott for being a up front guy!!!!
Scott and his team are great people who do top quality work. I would highly reccomend MotoZone for any of your needs.
They have great customer service, and they did a great job on my bike for fair price.
Scott is great! We were driving through from CO to Baja needed bike jetted and he was great, nice and knowledgeable! Thanks Scott!
These guys really care about you ride, not just your business. Scott is super helpful and hes earned my trust throughout the years.
Amazing service at a great price. Great people.
Scott had spent half of his afternoon dialing in my Banshee as a favor. I cant thank him enough and my Banshee had never sounded so crisp!Along with a rear shock rebuild on my yz125.. which i could not find another shop in town to do, at the price he had. All of my bikes will now only go to Motozone for any type of work, from an oil service, to a full restoration.Too many shops in town are dishonest, and rob you for everything you have. Scott will be as painfully straightforward as he can, while trying to save YOU money along the way. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for legit work at a good price.
Knowledgable and Honest. Cant recommend highly enough.
Im self taught in a lot of things and one of the main reasons why is how leery I am of unscrupulous businesses and the rampant incompetence out there. The rebuild process of my two stroke dirt bike required true expertise and knowledge that I couldnt just glean from a service manual. I went to MotoZone today for the first time and chose them because of the positive reviews they had on Google. Scott and his crew took a look at the jug I brought in and were entirely courteous and helpful. Scott was thoughtful in breaking down my options and spending time going over them with me. There was no hard and awkward sell, but definitely a display of genuine passion of doing things right and doing right by people. This one visit made up my mind; MotoZone will be my go-to shop for any future motorcycle needs. Thanks to all the others that took the time to post a review and further thanks to Scott and his crew for their advice today.
Do not trust these guys specially if you have them buy the parts for you, ask them to show you how much they paid compared to what they are charging you and youll see that they are stealing money from under you.
The owner and his wife where very polite, reasonable prices and i didnt feel like they where trying to swindle me.im a new rider and appreciate the prices and politeness, will return in the future for service or information.thank you much.
Scot changed tire of my Honda Shadow 750 at an affordable price and beside that he was so friendly and he gave a useful info about my motorcycle.
I have service my bike here several times. They always do a profesional job
If you can’t trust your motorcycle repair professional, you can’t trust your motorcycle. If you can’t trust your motorcycle at 75MPH going through the dessert after the repair, don’t get on it. My bike was stored for the past 15 years. Not 4 months, not 3 years, but 15 years at a standstill. If you know anything about motorcycles you know what I expected. Last registration: 1999. Removing the carbs on a 1985 Honda Magna is a financial nightmare. I called MotoZone for the first time and Scott picks up. About 20 minutes later I had to ask myself who would spend all this time on the phone with me discussing alternatives with no guarantee I would even become a paying customer. But that’s just who Scott is. On top of the storage problems I dropped the bike in transport from LA, broke my ignition switch and tail lights. When I arrived Scott helped me in with the bike, spoke plainly, albeit, motorcycle talk; said he’d tried this and try that before even thinking about removing the 4 tightly tucked away carbs. A week later the bike is all finished; engine, lights, switches and more; and without the thousand dollar carburetor job. What next? With the bike in storage I obviously had not ridden during the same 15 year period, and yes, I’m new to Vegas where some of the most aggressive drivers on the planet live. So when I went to pick up the bike, Scott, on his own time, goes over the particulars of the bike with me. I did not ask him to; he did so on his own. He obviously didn’t want anything to happen to the bike. But then, Scott apparently was more serious than that, the look in his eye and the sound of his voice demanded my attention. He then tells me to drive it around the parking lot. Not enough, he tells me to drive the bike around the building, and so on, with him looking on. Realize this guy’s got a lot of clients and work to do yet he’s out in the parking lot watching me switch gears. When I finally was ‘allowed’ to leave I looked at my wife and asked, ‘did you get the feeling that if Scott didn’t feel right about my driving that he wasn’t going to let me have my own bike back?’ She responded, “he would’ve kept the bike if he felt nervous enough.” What you have here is your American classic; old school rock and roll at ten in the morning motorcycle guy; not your motorcycle dealers or sellers who, sure, also do repairs for inflated prices. Scott was reasonable (less than his nearby competitors); he saved me on the repairs, and was equally concerned about the driver. Highly recommend.
Best in town!
After getting throughly screwed by Ride Now over and over I finally found this store and people who actually care about the customer. Theyve got my business from now on.
Excellent servvice
I asked them for an outer wear and he asked if my filter needed to be serviced I said I can do it myself and he didnt want to sell me an outer wear
Always friendly & helpful
Super helpful staff.
They know their stuff...
Didnt get the guys name but who ever is scheduling appointments was extremely rude and unhelpful, expected me to know when he was available when I asked about a particular date, I get they probably dont require customer service training but a little common courtesy and politeness goes a long way...
It smelt like cigarettes and they were really rude
Friendly knowledable fair
Liars and crooks don’t go there!!!
