The auto service and customer service were. the best service Ive had since I relocated to the Las Vegas area in June.Carlos in service was awesome. He made us feel like valued customers by explaining what would be done with my vehicle. He shared some information about the dealership new look, and was just overall FRIENDLY.Hector in the Genesis area was exceptional . He came over to us and again, very friendly. I didnt feel like it was a sales pitch. My husband is interested in purchasing the Genesis, when we told him that we werent going to purchase the vehicle at that moment, his attitude, professionalism, or anything else did not change.I cant say enough about this location. We have been to other dealerships in the area and HYUNDAI OF LAS VEGAS out rates them all. You are cheats, I went right now to buy the car and they raised more than 7000 dollars. On the page and in the car it has a price and you upload it because they say there is none. That is fraud, here I have the paper they gave me there. Below I leave you as soon as the car is on the page and as soon as they want to sell it to you. The sellers name is Omar in conspiracy with the managers and financiers. He says that they raise the price and that we can not do anything because they have lawyers

Service Center reps do take a while to actually help but once the vehicle is in the shop they take good care of the vehicle. Really like that they offer a complementary wash on vehicles being serviced.

My husband and I were very pleased with the buying experience at Hyundai of Las Vegas. Our sales person Joey really put forth a great effort to make us feel comfortable and we were able to negotiate a fair price. He was kind and patient while we test drove two different models (Santa Fe Calligraphy and Limited) and compared the two models. The dealership itself is very nice - clean (super important during this pandemic) with a variety of vehicles from the Hyundai and Genesis lines to explore. Everyone has been very friendly during our buying experience. Our registration paperwork was ready in record time, only one business day after our vehicle purchase. I would, hands down, recommend them.

All employees on the service section were professional and so nice. One guy remembered me from my last visit. They told me how long my service would take and it was even ready earlier. Saturday had maintenance done on my Hyundai Palisade(Saturday isnt a good day for maintenance and check up as every one in Vegas had the same idea). But thanks to Donhan Murrell who was taking care of me did every thing he could to make the wait a lot easier for me. He kept me up to date on what was happening and how long the wait was from that point. Don did a GREAT JOB and I was very please with his in put and help. THANK YOU for making my day a lot easier. Never felt under any pressure. The internet price was a no haggle good price and the whole process was fine. Our sales person Omar was very professional and even helped us out when we realized we had locked ourselves out of our house. Our garage door opener was programmed into our trade in. Omar drive our old vehicle to our house and let us in ! Then cleared the settings !

Purchased my car a year ago and paid extra for all the bells and whistles. Except for none of the bells and whistles work and I cant get anybody to fix it even though I bought the extra extra warranty. I just keep getting the runaround and a bunch of crap stories that dont do anything to fix the issue. And theyre still charging me. If I pay for a car that has extra bills and whistles and I dont get those bells and whistles dont you think that I should get my money back for that year that I did not get to use that service? So do I And if I were you I wouldnt buy a car here or have your car serviced here until I respond back to the review that they have handled what they were supposed to handle. If consumers let companies get away with treating us like we dont matter then we wont matter. Boycotting all things Hyundai until my situation is resolved. I just want a blue link I dont think thats too much to ask for.
These people have no concern for your time or money spent. They have no loaners and I had to pay for everything out of pocket to get a rental, and speak to the manager multiple times because no one was helping me. They tell me my car is going to be done on Wednesday but when I call today on Tuesday no one knows whats going on with it. No one can give me a date, and they refuse to go and look to see if my car is being worked on or not. Im a 24 year old woman out here by myself I have no family to help me out here and they just left me stranded with no car or any help. Constantly have to fight for any information on my car. Will absolutely NEVER go back here again.

Sales person David is a really nice person, He was patient and agreeable, we arent easy to deal with, The biggest issue we had was the sticker price and the actual price of the car increased by 2000.00 with all the add ons.When we went through the purchase process, we had to listen to the extended warranty spiel, we were there for 4 hours. So we just wanted to get out of there and eat!

I purchased my truck a year ago at Hyundai. I got the full coverage warranty that I paid extra for which is supposed to cover everything from bumper to bumper. My car is even still covered by the manufacturers warranty. Since I have received my car my blue link system has not worked. Navigation GPS doesnt work. They have been telling me for a year theyre going to fix it and Ive been getting nothing but the runaround back and forth the worst experience ever. They finally just decided to order me a new system a month ago which they said would only take a week to get in. I still do not have my blue link system and they are charging me for it every single month which I cannot seem to get canceled either. I am beyond frustrated and highly recommend to never ever buy a car from this dealership nor to ever get a car serviced at this dealership unless you plan on getting the runaround forever. Seriously disappointed!

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra and have been taking it for service for years to Las Vegas Hyundai. I always have great service and feel comfortable with all my service my car has. So when it was time to look for another car I went to Hyundai Las Vegas. Sale manager David Wagner was great with helping me find my new car. He is the best. If you are looking for a car he will walk you through every step and make the easiest.

I found one of their vehicles on autotrader.com. The total price with all fees was $29,872. When I called the actual store (thinking prices would be slightly lower by going to them directly, the quoted me a price of $30,846 from a Nadia Lopez. I asked a manager why the $1,000 difference. They had no answer. So I have chosen not to buy a Hyundai due to their unscrupulous practices!

Service is great but when they installed a new tire that is was cover by the insurance, they installed a different tire. Now I have one unbalanced tire on a 90 days old car. I called back only to get the voice mail and they havent returned my calls. I think that I have to go there in person and to to the service manager.
The experience was easy and stress free. We dealt with Mark who was very accommodating considering we had to wait 4 days to actually work in everything as they were in the process of switching to a different system. Other than that I highly recommend Hyundai of Las Vegas!

They gave me a good deal on a hybrid santa fe 2021, iam very happy with my car.. gorgeous car at every single way, Excellent store( Hyundai of las vegas), right now getting 36.7 mpg on city, excellent sales persons Odi and Mark, and Luis the manager., by the way, apologize for my English, is my second language. I have to say that I went to henderson hyundai superstore before stopping here at hyundai of las vegas, those people at henderson have a 5 to 6000 mark up on those cars, they just dont respect American citizens, they want to take advantage on you from the very beginning and they dont care to tell you a bunch of lies, trying to justify the insane mark up. They lost my business, I just dont know how customers at henderson can swallow those crazy numbers. If you dont believe what I said, just go right now and check the sticker price on those car over there, msrp 36 and changes, they have the car for 44 after nitrogen on the tire, tinted windows,door edge and the crazy mark up, give me a break.

Shawn helped me out a lot with the car deal (got the new hybrid sonata). The deal was really good (from my old car to the new one) and I cannot pass it up. The rest of the staff made it easier (USB/e-copies) for me to get the car out within 3 hrs. They were flexible and accommodating.

This location is EXCEPTIONAL!!! These amazing service advisors get worked to the bone and have rude customers left and right, but every single time I’ve came for service, they always remain so calm, respectful and attentive no matter how RUDE or ABSURD their customers are. The technicians are 100% thorough and know their stuff! They work quickly and efficiently as well as all the service advisors. My personal go to advisor is Brandon Wyatt. He always goes out of his way for me and all his other customers.

I was very pleased that even though I had not made an appointment, they took care of repairing a flat tire as soon as they could possibly do it. This is the 3rd. Tucson that I have leased and I am very happy for their performance and their Customer Service.
The manager was very UNPROFESSIONAL! He was very aggressive and unwelcoming. Also, he degraded all tribal reservations in Nevada because “we don’t have our own car lots”. I do not recommend Hyundai of Las Vegas to anyone.

It is disheartening to find a vehicle online for one price and then be told once you arrive at the dealership that its a different price.The Palisade Calligraphy was posted online at approximately $49,000 MSRP. During my test drive I was advised it was $60,000. Then I was told the mark-up would be reduced to approximately $5,000. I honestly dont care to pay more than what a vehicle is worth in order to assist the dealership with recouping their loss based on a vehicle shortage. To put it simply the dealerships are driven by greed.At this age I dont get excited over the prospect of a new vehicle. Especially since I want a new vehicle but dont necessarily need it. So, its nothing for me to walk away from the table without looking back. Yeah, I know someone else will come along and willingly pay that mark-up with a smile. But, not I. What I will do is post this review in multiple places to forewarn others about your deceptive practices. Hopefully, it will help others and keep them from wasting time at your dealership.Do better. Dont forget about the little man who works hard for their money. We matter too.
Worst experience ever with the Finance Department. Be careful of what they are promoting to you especially when it comes to warranty. They can lie to you easily and rob your money. I still have difficulty resolving the issue and after sending them many emails regarding the money that they owe me, but I still have no response. Please do not listen to them, this dealership is a scam.

I loved my experience with the service department! I was frustrated at first due to being lost (their location is actually 7200 Sahara😅) but the patience and helpful attitude of Abram really turned things around along with Guillermo ( the driver of the shuttle/ride). I had an interaction with two other individuals, unfortunately, I did not get their names, they rounded out my experience! the initial young man who made contact with me and the young lady who settled my bill!
