Well Ace Hardware is not Home Depot and is not Lowes but you know what they have some things are a lot better than two big stores meeting the selections of nuts and bolts or totally awesome little bit more money on a few items are almost all of them but you know what youre in and out of there quickly and thats got to mean something to your time so yeah I shot there for the single items

I love having this store so conveniently located. I was dreading going to Home Depot so I stopped in to see if I could get a couple of paint colors copied. Alexis was more than willing to help me in many ways. And at check out Abe was super polite and helpful. So grateful for good old fashioned customer service!! Thanks for making my day :)

This is cool. A whole day of shopping and when you are at this place you can easily decide— when a screwdriver is needed its there, watch out for the perfect selection! Splash one, splash two and number three. A well lit, calm shopping experience is desired. Drive up, park and be ready. Shopping made easy. My first time here and The manager Ryan went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty! Not only did he help me find the right screws etc. for the number plates on both mine and my wifes car, he even installed them for us and refused even a small tip! He was so friendly and courteous he literally made me feel like I was his long lost brother!Ryan is the man!!!

I was impressed with the ease of my shopping online experience and the efficiency of the curbside pickup. Also, I am very pleased with the quality of the product I purchased from them. It works better than expected. Well worth the money spent, I would say.

What can I say, its an Ace hardware. If any smaller Ace Hardware is able to survive in areas were its ruled by Home Depot and Lowes, then my hat goes off to them. Not a whole lot of tools to choose from, having the bare minimum, but they seem to always have knowledgeable employees.

I went to get a shower cartridge called to make sure they had part cause I was not thrilled about bathing, cooking, cleaning up out of a 5 gallon water bottle for about 4 days. When I arrived they had pulled the wrong part for me (not theyre fault) basically discovered 2 parts same part number, slightly different length and no scalding lip on part needed. None on newer model plus year of also a factor before/after 05 06. Anyway finally got the rite one now person installing it wad now afraid to touch it so Ive to return it. Lol

The employees are very kind, courteous and helpful. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if I needed help finding anything.The employees are making sure customers walking in are wearing masks. It was not too busy this afternoon so the store was not crowded. Checkout was quick.I like this store as it has many different things and good customer service. It is not huge like Home Depot or Lowes and cannot carry as many items, but it still has a decent inventory of everyday items.Ace Hardware is able to fill my needs most of the time. If Im not sure it carries an item I will call ahead and ask.

The pricing is not all that competitive but thats okay the customer service and product selection more than makes up for it. these guys have one of the best nut bolt screw washer and general Hardware selection that I have ever seen.

Love this place. Whenever i need to locate a hard to find piece of hardware, this place will have it. I have found replacement parts for my ceiling fan, toilet, garage door and pool pump.

Great if you need something quick and simple but doesnt seem to have a wide range of products. Also noticed it can be more expensive in comparison to other big name stores.

Although I personally like Ace Hardware, Ive always found them to be a little overpriced for the norm. The staff is mostly helpful at least at this location. And they didnt have basic all-purpose sand? Cant figure that one out

Excellent! Ryan and Eugene were amazing. I went l Home Depot and the workers were befuddled and confused with my problem. I made the drive to Ace and problem was solved immediately.

Great for a quick stop, in and out. The bigger box stores take to long to go through. Lines are alwslong at checkout. Ace is the place for easy access and fast checkout.

Ace is still an old fashioned hardware store where you can find a lot of hardware items you cant find at HD and Lowes.

I live in between a Home Depot and a Lowes about half mile each way, but also like to patronize family owned business when I can. Therefore, I visit Ace Hardware as often as I can although it is about 4 miles away. All employees are friendly and helpful.

I like ACE hardware. Las Vegas is good. If you cant find it in the larger chains, like Lowes or Home depot, then Ace is the Place. Friendly and well stocked. Mesquite Ace, is amazing. It is stocked to the rooftop. Its the only place in Mesquite. Its worth looking at.

Well I got my shots 6 weeks ago and was told by the cdc no masks required anymore in doors, so I went to ace on cheyenne and was told I needed a mask. They are pushing a lie saying board of health, Ill never go back there again. WORST EMPLOYEES ANYWHERE

Every time that Ive made a trip to this ACE Hardware it has been a pleasant experience and Ive always found what I needed as long as it wasnt an extravagant amount of hardware. Theyll always have what I need, but sometimes not the quantity. Also Eugene is the man! Actually everyone that Ive come in contact with is always extremely helpful. Highly recommended! The ONLY downside to this location is the parking situation, it is a high traffic parking lot.

Went in for map gas no one in Ill 10 went to plumbing dept guy was asleep found some one else and they didnt care stopped at customer service on the way out and explained to them why I wouldnt come back again

Had keys made a few days ago, none of them worked... took them back today and no questions asked gave me new keys & showed me the difference between the original key & the one Id originally brought in... these ones work! Great customer service every time!

They had some items that I needed but they didnt have a big enough to talk of them they were out and only it were limited to a few you need to really step it up other than that they were okay

It is amazing what you can find at Ace Hardware. It is almost like going to the hardware when I was a kid. Service folks are helpful and actually know where things are. Paint department has also been a pleasant experience.

Stopped in to get a sprinkler cap and had a little time on my hands and got to actually look around the store instead of rushing through like I always have to. Ended up buying some tools from a very nice assortment of choices from Craftsman and DeWalt, some paint supplies for a current job, and I noticed that during this trip most of the prices were comparable to the 2 big home outlets instead of really high like usual. There were some items outrageously priced but all in all I think the prices were finally fair to the consumer and competitive.

An absolute professional experience no problems whatsoever I wish I could say this about everyone else.

I have an Ace hardware 25 tape measure. I paid twice the of near by harbor freight. Aces products say idf this product shall ever fail simply bring it back and we will replace it. Well the lady said i know what it says but we only exchange 60 days. I ask then why does it say if ever. I dont know said flo. But i cant help you. Come back later and see a manager.

Ace really packs a lot of the much needed item for house and home in a smaller footprint!
