The staff here is very helpful and very friendly, talk about hands-on everyone trying to help! Their warehouse is stocked with all sorts of machine shop parts, bolts n nuts it’s a mechanic’s dream. Excellent prices and expert service!

Great hardware store with a wide variety of tools, safety gear, pipe fittings, pipe and other materials needed to take care of things. Definitely recommend, and Ill be going back for hardware supplies as needed.

Its a great traditional old school style hardware store. They pretty much have anything you need. I have found many items there that I couldnt find at the big boxes or even the Ace an True value. Im shopping there at least once or twice a week. Prices are higher than the Big Boxs, but thats expected for the convenience and inventory of items. I would like to give it 5 Stars however the customer service could be much better. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable about items in the store but not once have I walked in and had someone say can I help you find something? Or after I ask, offered to show me other than its on isle and some number.

This is an amazing hardware store. Lots and lots of tools. Household, construction, and automotive. It is very different than Lowes or Home Depot. This is where Im coming from now on instead of those places.

Well... after searching a few different places for replacement parts for a business sink. I finally found this place. They have a huge selection of everything I needed.Martin was there to help our and made my search easy and a success.I’ll be back here for more in the near future as I was very impressed with all they had to offer.

The guys and gals here look serious but are deep down friendly and helpful. They also answer the phone and try to help you out the best they can. For hard to find hardware items and regular ones as well, they beat the common stores prices. Check them out. I dont remember the last time I opened the doors somewhere and it felt like I was in disneyland! This was it. They had everything! The only draw back, which may have been due to me having to rush in and out, was the way it was laid out. I did not know where anything was, but again I rushed, so maybe I didnt see the signs or what not. I did a few circles trying to find my items and found ao much interesting stuff. Im giving 5 stars, cause from what I saw, I was in love. Ill have to go back and spend some more time to figure out the place. Otherwise I definitely suggest!

Worst experience i ever had in a store during the pandemic. There is no social distancing whatsoever. Some people have no masks walking around like that . If zero stars were possible i would rate zero stars. Customer service was very poor i asked a gentleman wearing a black 52 shirt for assistance and he wasn’t very helpful whatsoever pretty rude!! Will not be coming back you guys lost a customer. I will be telling my friends and other people to avoid this store and shop at commercial hardware or harbor freight where they do mandate social distancing and have better customer service then this lousy place !

As I came into the store I’ve noticed that the employees are allowing costumers to come in without a mask. I’m surprised that this business is not yet shut down. Also, the reason I go is mainly for bolts but it’s always very difficult to shop when there is so many people cramped not doing 6’ difference. I feel if they’re allowing this 1 year already in a pandemic then it’s probably because they don’t care about us (the customers) that can get very sick. Other than that, everything else was great. I found everything I needed.

They have the parts you need that no one else in town has. You can buy one or a box.

Unfriendly service, but it seems appropriate to the setting. I do wish they would put prices on the products on the shelves. And I wish they had more weekend hours, but I still give it 5 stars because it is the only really good hardware store in town.

It is not made if they dont have it! A bit of a drive from my house however far better that home depot or Lowes they are good for general stuff, but McFadden is the best for its incredibly wide selection. it is very well layed out. Plus the staff is super friendly and willing to help!

Staff was great and very helpful, but they didnt have what I was looking for and really didnt carry any high quality ratchets, or socket sets. I was surprised because they carry a ton of different products that are high end.

Called to verify they had a 3mm tap. Went in and picked it and a 2mm tap too. At least 3 people asked if I needed help finding anything. Sure you can go online and get a better price then wait a week to get it. Shop local and get it now.

Great selection of hardware, however they are NOT enforcing the mandatory wearing of masks for public safety. 2/3 of customers and 1/3 of employees were not wearing masks when I visited on 6/29/20

I was looking for a hardware store. HD is okay, and it wasnt far away. But I thought, what the heck Ill check out McFadden-Dale Industrial Hardware. And Im glad I did, one of the single most awesome hardware stores I have stumbled across, EVER. Real hardware. It was well organized, staff was friendly and the selection was mind blowing. Do yourself a service and a local small business, you got to check them out.

I get it, this seems to be the only place in town where you can get specific parts or tools at in-store retail setting. But I gotta tell you the service and especially the attitudes of the staffs are terrible. Overpriced in general (you can get better quality parts online for about half price most of time. Duh.), but I guess that’s the deal with this kind of off-line retail buying, and if you’re visiting here you’re probably in a situation you need the part asap.The bottom line: don’t expect quality retail experience, although it is retail. Expect overpaying for products, most of which you can get cheaper online.Edit: Downgraded to 1 star. had to come back 2 months later and the attitude and unhelpfulness of staff even got worse. One staff price checked an item with missing price info and said $A. When checking out, counter guy, who didnt even bothered to scan its bar code, now says $B. Also says I dont know who you talked to but this is the price. What a great way to run a business.

The people are awesome. The selection is better than awesome. The pricing...... Irritating at times. I get it, if someone buys one nut, its should be priced high to cover costs, but when you by 10 of them, 1000 percent profit margin is not cool. I almost bought 7 weld on hinges today for 9$ each . Went to Curtis and got all 7 for $16.. Got a 1/2 x 3 bushing, 6$. A 20 ft length cost me $15 at Curtis. Down side, now I have a 19-9 piece of tubing laying around.

You know the feeling of being un-wanted .. Well, thats how i felt when I visited McFadden the first time - They have no customer service, no one smiles and no one really wants to help you! But they do have a lot of great stuff in there, bolts, special nuts, tools and stuff - and the stuff is all 3 stars. I do not wish to go here again, unless its absolutely the only place I can go.

I have been here many times and have always had a good experience. They is plenty of staff to help you but they dont crowd you out (hover) over you. They are helpful and not condescending about any questions you might have about products or processes. They can handle business accounts as well as general public service.

This place is like Toys-R-Us for tradesmen. I go in to get something specific and always walk out with more than I should.

I first discovered McFadden Dale Hardware around 1978, in Santa Ana, California. Then when the company I worked for moved to Anaheim, California, there was again a local branch. 10 years ago I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, I was sure delighted to find yet another Mcfadden Dale branch. consistently stocking the most extensive array of fasteners and tools or materials you will ever need. Industrial supply at its finest.

I went there for sink faucet adapter hardware to interface to my water filter. The oldest gentleman there told me that he wouldnt have any such adapters. Later while trying to determine the thread size and type, I also asked the lady there helping me with the thread and hardware size measurements. She took me right to the faucet-to-filter adapter I needed. Be careful who you ask there for help!

Awful customer service. Nobody should be made to feel dumb by asking very basic questions. Lousy service.

I found exactly what I was looking for at this incredibly jam-packed (yet very organized) hardware store. Their prices are just right and the dudes know where everything is, which is absolutely necessary in the store. Hand tools, nuts and bolts, tubing, welding, automotive, painting and all the one-off professional-grade doodads you could dream of.

I think this store is amazing. I went in for M6x30 shoulder bolts, washers and nylock nuts in order to repair my wifes luggage. Selection of hardware is vast, even if prices are a little high in my humble opinion.

This is the best place in Las Vegas for specialty hardware. They have just about everything you could ever need. If by some strange chance they do not have what you need, they know where to send you in Las Vegas to find it!

If you need it... trust me Mcfadden-Dale has it in stock. Which is really spooky, because its a mystery how they fit it all in at that one store. I almost went in one day to ask them if they had any warp drives for time travel or any nuclear reactors, but I chickened out... Im positive they will have it and I would be able to afford it! McFadden-Dale for President!!!

You are bound to find what ever it is youre looking for here. Customer service needs to step it up a notch. I stood there waiting for 2 employees to acknowledge me for about 5 mins. They looked at me and then continued their conversation. Once they were done talking i was shown where to find what i was looking for.

Im very disappointed and continue to be disappointed in the customer service that I have received at this store. I was looking for a particular item and tried reaching out to the gentleman behind the counter. They were short, rude, and nasty. I did manage to get a grunt and a direction by pointing (this was the second time I was there and this was the second time its happened) I suspect that if the mindset of the customer service of McFadden doesnt change you will surely see another Circuit City scenario appear before you. In case youre unaware of them, they filed bankruptcy and went out of business, and the number one reason cited was poor feedback and poor customer service. There was also a Las Vegas hardware store with the name of Homebase a direct competitor of Home Depot, and yes they went out of business for the same reason. Just a heads up, Im nobody special, just one of your customers. Im sure this will go to deaf ears and no one will reply back and there be no change and on top of that I will get no pleasure when I see the store close; however I will have the pleasure of saying I told you so. Thank you
