It is Home Depot, nothing sexy except maybe this key machine. Needed keys fast so this was awesome.I feel I have said this before but this parking lot is bananas, so pack your patience 😎

Classic Home Depot..helpfull people...and a bit of everything.P.p. If you have older paint or any paint fornthat matter, from the GLIDDEN brand - they carry it, they can mix it for you.

Excellent Store, Excellent Staff found everything I was looking for and some. But I gave it 3 stars for the Return Policy. I bought a Portable AC. and returned it after. But what bothered me was, when I returned it. Of course I was asked if it was broken or anything. But there was no inspection of the product at all. I mean, I could of had anything in that box and passed it off as such. And then alls was required was a signature, I think the policy of returns could use a bit more. Just to safeguard the store and employees pay.

Home Depot is a good store to find all the fix it products you need for your home, or anywhere else you need to fix something up, its easy to get to, can take the bus there, easy to see from the road, and has a large selection of tools, and items for your home.

This is my favorite Home Depot location! The staff is knowledgeable; they are always so helpful and friendly. There are other locations closer to me, but I go out of my way to shop at this location because they’re so great!

I love the Home Depot. It is where men go to worship. And its a super huge bonus that they give 10% off to veterans and special upfront parking!

We were quickly given directions to the items that we needed. They also had one of the scooters for handicapped people which is a big help when I shop with my dad.

Love this Home Depot. I was changing out my toilet seat and twisted too hard and cracked the top and needed an entire new commode. They have the Kohler for small bathrooms on sale for like $149. We got everything we needed to have the toilet installed and were on our way.

I could spend the whole day there helpful staff and always have what I want and need.

I went to this Home Depot on S. Rainbow and Charleston. I couldnt find any employee to help me in the carpet section but a nice young man who is an outside vendor, from Sun Run was very sweet considering hes not a Home Depot employee.

Jodi has to be THEE MOST INCOMPETENT employee Home Depot has. After 3 months of not getting my fridge they finally decide to upgrade me and order me an in stock one. She looked me in the eye and promised me that she would refund me for my old fridge in cash and it would not go to the old card we paid for which has since been closed. This train wreck and liar of an employee then calls me 12 hours later to tell me it went back on the old cancelled card that will now take me months to get!! I’m beyond disappointed for being lied to straight to my face and they did nothing to make it right. How this woman is in charge of me just shows a lot about Home Depot. STAY AWAY!

Had to run in and pick up bug spray. Its that time again. I couldnt help myself and bought a couple of flowers. They are all so beautiful.

I came in seeking a solution to an unusual repair job. Two employees, Danny and Alfredo were both extremely helpful and extremely chill, lending me a hand for at least 15 minutes each. A well stocked store with a well trained staff. Recommended.

Home Depot is basically Lowes + half of a star. Rarely do any of the associates know how to use the items that theyre supposed to be able to inform you about. God forbid you have to improvise something for a project. Youd get a better answer from a stray cat. Additionally their in store selection of hardware, ESPECIALLY METRIC, is worse than Carrottops plastic surgery. Suffice it to say I use Home Depot because theyre convenient, NOT because I like them.

Again I love this store it smells like wood and bushes! LOL

So we just stoped in to pick up some heavy duty shelves and bins for our shipping place and we had an amazing experience thanks to Ricky so helpful and friendly really brightened our day not only did he help us load everything to the cart and our car but also assisted in the purchase made sure we got Eve we needed helped us find everything at different location!I am overly impressed thank you so much Ricky and we’ll be back in to see you!

Spectacular great customer service.

Most of the time they have what I need and I know where it is but if I don’t they’d rather send me on a wild goose chase instead of helping. Also, they don’t have neem oil for indoor plant pest control or outdoor. Go to star nursery for that, they’ll send you all over the store here if you ask for it.

I love this location all the employees are so friendly they always help me out whenever I need to get stuff I get there cuz I got to get a lot of spray paint theyre always ready able to help me out I like the prices but the location on West Charleston is excellent love you guys keep doing the good work

Asked for assistance in hardware and I think I bothered him when I asked a question. He was young and its ashame he lacks customer service. However the guy in garden was great as well as the young lady who my husband ask for assistance.

What I love about this place are the family projects they do. It’s such a brilliant way to build creativity and celebrate occasions while simultaneously getting kids and parents to work with materials they wouldn’t automatically do on their own with projects at home or in school. This year’s Chanukah project was a board to hold the menorah and it was genius. Great job.

Disappointed in the selection of products available. Lots of empty shelf space. It looked like they were getting ready for a major store reset so hopefully the lack of products is only temporary.

This place stand out from the rest of the other stores, employees are very positive and happy, really does make a impact on your mood. Came in just dreading to be lost to find 1 item but as soon I got to the enterance I was greeted by a greeter that made jokes and already impacted my mood from dreading to positive attitude about my day and it kept getting better with each employee I passed by as they greeted me and the other customers. There was one that caught my attention, dress like a cowboy and even had the accent greeted me at the self check out and help me through as speedy check out. Seriously to to all the staff there Thank You please keep up the good vibes and work,this place is about 45 minute drive for me but after that Im making detours to come to this one,I live 5 minutes away from a home depot but that atmosphere just want me just to run in and run back out because I just feel like the staff want to avoid people.

Eventhough the store layout is completely opposite of the one I usually go to I found what I was looking for and thats what matters.

I appreciate the staff and love how great they are. Above that I am very grateful for Christian and Carolina they helped my wife and I have a tremendous experience at this Home Depot. We had our daughter with us, who is 18 months old, and she had such a blast. We had no fear of letting her roam around the store because of their cleanliness.

Just ordered all new kitchen appliances. JR Ewing is the best! Patient, extremely knowledgable and very helpful. The only guy in town Id go to.

It had what we were looking for. The problem of having the isles blocked off while shopping is just something you learn to live with if you shop Home Depot. Its frustrating if you have drove down for one specific item, you can see it on the self, but you cant get to it. If they station a person near the blocked off isles it would be easier to find assistance.

Nice this location has a few different Espoma products in the garden area which was awesome, picked those up. Neat to see some different products and the tool sale deals well posted that are going on right now with the different brands.

The president and Governor have ordered for all employees at the stores to wear protective wear. 98% of the employees did NOT have a mask or gloves on.. when I asked why they dont have a mask and gloves on they said theyre employer did not not provide them. I asked a lady that works at the front door how would she feel if she got the virus and pass it on to everybody else and she says well thats not my problem. I would NOT shop in here again. Even when asking questions they come right up to you they do not do the six feet distancing.

Home Depot went through a rough patch a few years back and I completely stopped shopping any of their locations.. For almost 2 years I wouldnt even step foot in one of their stores. Had REALLY poor customer service, policies, and employee attitudes. But they are getting better now at relating to the DIYer and Home Service Professional alike. Although it is still pretty common that you cant find any help on the floor.The other Home Improvement store is going in the wrong direction now, and I will drive an extra 10 miles if needed to a Home Depot to avoid shopping at one of them.

Its a nice, clean, well stocked, well staffed Home Depot. It never seems to be overly busy so easy in and out Easy access off W Chareston and plenty of parking. Day labor available in the morning.

Went to Home Depot to check on an item. Nowadays its difficult to find someone to assist you. Not like before.

Best Home Depot around. They have all services including tool rentals which the other location on Flamingo and 215 does not.

One Home was out of the product I needed however, one employee was extremely helpful and called another Home Depot who had the product I had to have!
