RESPONSE TO OWNER: If you feel the need to retrain your staff then maybe thats best. My review never mentioned anything about retraining. Everyone can clearly see what kind of customer service they’ll be receiving by your passive aggressive / condescending response. So maybe YOU’RE the one who needs to be retrained. What I’m saying is, when she asked how long had i been on my job and i told her, she should’ve stopped the questionnaire there because i ALREADY didn’t meet the requirements . Why continue asking questions if she already knew it was required for me to be on my job for 2 years? Clearly you completely missed the point of my review because you’re too busy trying to be a smart a** . After your response I will not be a customer in the future “my friend” :)So i called and asked “what are the requirements to apply for a pay day loan” and the woman says “let me ask you a few questions first” starting with “how long have you been at your job, I say “a year and a half” .she says “ok good” then she asks “WHERE did I work”, i tell her the name of the company i work for and then she backtracks and says “oh you’re gunna have to be on your job for atleast 2 years” ..so why is it that when i JUST told her i was there for a year and a half she said “ok good” and then once i gave her the name all of a sudden the answer changed from “oh good” to “oh you have to be there for 2 years” ? Interesting. Seems kind of weird and judgmental to me.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The Manager has been awesome, so friendly, professional and you can tell that they have a lot of experience and knowledge and that they really care about ensuring that your experience is a great one. I recommend them to everyone.
