Great experience. I purchased a tennis bracelet elsewhere, but came to Huntington for the appraisal and to have some excess links removed as my wife’s wrists are quite small. We’ve decided to have earrings made with the leftover stones. Prices are fair, quality of work is top notch and most of the time, the work is completed ahead of schedule in our experience. The staff is knowledgeable, cordial, and professional. Well done.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment I walked in, Cindy was so very informative, and personable to say the least. I had questions as this was the first time Id even stepped foot in a jeweler, let alone having a ring resized. She answered all of them thoroughly without making me feel bothersome. My Fiance proposed with his mothers engagement ring, and I wanted to preserve as much of the metal as possible. I was told it would be about a week for the ring to be ready, but it was ready sooner! It was beautiful. So shiny and by far exceeded my expectations. I cried putting in on! However, after the fluctuation period, it was still a bit tighter than Id prefer. No questions asked, they took it back again and fixed it, free of charge. On pick-up, Jenny knew my clothing size BY SIGHT and dolled me up with a pretty green sundress to go with my NOW PERFECT engagement ring. I was looking to just get a couple of watch batteries replaced and found Huntington because it was close to work and a local shop. I was very pleased to find a place that values service, pleasant conversation and no pressure sales. I was so surprised that she remembered my name when I came to get my watches considering that I just came in for basic repair, not a big sale. She helped us sort through the Jewelry and paid a very fair price when they bought it from us. We appreciated their help and compassion in helping us deal with a difficult task.

I needed batteries in 3 of my watches. Lindy, listened to my request, offered me service options and processed my request. I was given the option of waiting but I was not in a great hurry and the waiting service included extra charges that I did not deem necessary. The watches were ready the next day, which exceeded expectations! Service here has always been great and Lindy was awesome! I have been a customer for years and I really appreciate the attention to detail here. My watches are always set to the correct time and date when I pick them up here. May not seem like that big a deal but I like that, it shows you care!
