My cell broke so I visited this store to see if they could help me, and sure enough, I got welcomed but Krystal and Aida, they right away went to work on solving my problem they got me a new cell gave me a good price and helped to transfer my important data to my new cell... all that In a record time, I was so pleased with the professionalism and costumer service of this Metro pcs location., outstanding service .. That T-Mobile actually sucks I bought three phones there in the past 6 months had Insurance on one of them which I could not use when it was lost everything there is way overpriced and the staff dont seem to want to help you. The staff suggested that I just tell a bunch of lies if I want to get what I want

Metro PCS did a great job with helping my friend to get a new phone plus such nice discounts. My friends old cell had been stolen and called the police.

Masked and gloved employees, excellent service, ( nice people - really important these days) saved us some money, so we were able to get a couple of accessories!! Thats why our family uses Metro!! Always more than happy!!

Sold a false bill of goods. also was told one total then they said we forgot we can no longer waive activation fees so was hit with nonrefundable $15 fee after having already paid the ~$60 for it. I ate the $15 fee because i dont enjoy wasting my time arguing.buyer beware.

Horrible. I called in and the lady who answered the phone asked for my number and then told me to hold on. She put me on hold and then started helping another customer. She finished the transaction and never came back and then hung up on me. Her name was Diana.

The worst phone company that exists, they claim to be t-mobile but they dont even come close, I fell into the trap for a month and changed.

On this site they have a very very bad service ... and not good customer treatment ... very doubtful the service is provided ... I do not recommend it
