Although the store is the worst place to buy from, Otoniel from customer service was very helpful and patient with us. He took the time to listen and help us solve any problems we had, and if there were more people just like him, the store would be much more better. It is a store I dont recommend buying from, but the help we received was beyond what I expected. Amazing help, but a poor company.

This place is awesome...first and foremost I qualified for credit...lol... The store literally has everything! Go check it out! Ok, ok had to, in good conscience edit my review because another full star could be added for how friendly, attentive and helpful the employees and security at the door were. Had to tell him why I was taking pictures and asked could I post him. Lol...nice, genuine folks. Six stars!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.Horrible customer service.They charge you fees they don’t even mention when you buy something. If you’ve never gone don’t go ever ! Everything breaks the next day .They send random people to fix things from different departments that don’t know what they are doing . Can’t ever get in touch with any real management or anyone who knows what’s going on . Shady company ! Do not waste your money there !

I came in looking for the animal crossing switch was really on the fence wondering if I should just Do it or not I had experience with two people there a girl who’s name I didn’t get (slimmer fit with brown hair)but she didn’t even try to help me in anyway all she asked me was if I was doing a payment with a very bad attitude but thankfully there was one more associate there Alejandro Saucedo thankfully took the time to explain to me the different bundles I got the whole set and it came with 5 games in total!
