The remodel of this Walmart is amazing and was needed. The isles are wider and better marked to make finding products easier. Overall these changes make this grocery a more enjoyable shopping experience. Its definitely an improvement.

Few shelves were empty, thats not the norm for this Walmart. It is on the busier side of things, but they seem to manage it very well. Never long lines, they have scan your own, 2vareas, which Is where I like to go. For the most part, everyone is nice. But its retail and if youve ever worked retail, this is common. But overall I dont get real uptight about the trip to Walmart anymore. Early mornings are best time. 4 to say 8 or 9, probably the busier time of day. Depending on the day of the week. So happy 🛍️😀lots of Halloween, and clearance 9n all fall decor. 👹🎃👻👽🤖

This was the third Walmart I went to trying to find my car battery in stock to warranty it. They had the battery in stock but would not help me because their battery tester wasnt working. They could have gotten one off the shelf to test the battery but refuse to because it doesnt print out a paper like their original tester would. They said the previous store should have given me that paper when they tested my battery before realizing it wasnt in stock. They directed me to go back to another store with a tester and get the paper and then come back to them again for the battery! You have to drive around all day to multiple stores to see if the battery is in stock & they have a working tester because nobody in automotive will help you over the phone to answer these questions. Their battery prices are cheaper than auto parts stores but not sure its worth the hassle.

Great selection, youll find what you need here, (Unless they are out), even motorcycle scooters, no joke.

Purchased shoes for my kids last year right before shut down due to the pandemic, they didn’t like them so they were never worn and they were put away and forgotten about. I found them this year with the receipt and all tags attached. I took them to do a return or exchange for what ever they could give me since I know it’s been a year. The cashier Shandra at the customer service said there’s nothing she could do because they were from last year. I asked her if she could at least do a store credit for what ever they could I didn’t care because if I were to come in without a receipt, she would do it anyways and she said no because she already scanned the receipt. I asked her to please get her manager and she left mad and came back laughing… so professional. The manager came out And asked what she could do for me, and I told what happened when I purchased them, I said I understand you have a 90 return policy but if someone comes in without a receipt, they would give them a credit no questions asked. So basically I said, if someone stole something from your store, turned back around to return them, they would gladly give them merchandise credit, but because I was being honest and brought my receipt, they can’t do anything for me?? Does that sound right?? She said that the cameras already saw the receipt… what? I know the cameras only get checked when there is a theft issue so that’s not true. She then suggested to take them back to a super center and don’t show receipt and I could get more money for them… I am baffled. This encourages people that steal things. That’s the real reason this store has everything locked down. Yet they still continue to lose thousands of dollars by allowing people without receipts to return or exchange stuff. It makes no sense. It makes no sense that a person without a receipt can get a credit, but a person with an old receipt gets turned away. Very smart. I would get it if it was a receipt for your daily toiletries and average daily things that can be found year round, but for things that you don’t normally carry and there is no way for someone to buy multiples and try to get money back… that’s just amazing logic. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store, I know one persons money means nothing to a corporate like this, but this is just amazing how customers service is really not customer service. They’re unprofessional to say the least. They will support the people stealing instead of their customers who actually purchase their products. Great Job Walmart Management and Shandra. You did great today.

Its Walmart. Get in, get out, dont expect anyone to help you. Its like the self improvement problem solving store for the public... Cause you got to think on your feet and just use the Walmart app to locate anything.

Been around since the Walmart first opened in the early 2000s. Its changed a lot from a half decent middle class to go to store to a nuthouse. Its great to stop by and grab a couple things that you need and then get out. 3 stars. The employees are rude most of the time. If your not happy with your job, get a new one.

Ordered a custom photo with frame and waiting 2 weeks for it to come in. On the day it came in I went to pick it up and they said they already have it away to someone. How can you give my product to someone who doesn’t have my info to pick up the item. So basically someone who worked there took it for themselves. I know they did cause it was a dope as naruto themed image in the biggest size they offer.

Unfortunately this walmart is not in a good part of town, lets be real, it isnt! Every employee I have spoken to here os sweet as can be and they are always helpful and just pleasant and for that reason I am giving it 5 stars. Kindness, helpfulness, and just being a good person goes such a long way. Walmart you should be appreciative of how amazing your employees are, just today i was helped by 2 ladies on the floor, the wonderful women who rung me up was just great, and the gentleman bringing in the carts, well we had a laugh at some road ragers un the parking lot. Thank you to the employees at walmart your positive vibes is why I even go to that walmart🤗

Photo lab is great instant prints 4x7 .29 cents each. And dvd storage of your phone photos around $5 per dvd. We back up this way and WD MyCloud. Awesome

What can I say? Its Walmart. Stay away from their produce. I bought a watermelon that was literally CRUNCHY and had no flavor. Im talking, potato chip CRUNCHY! The tomatoes rotted within 2 days in the refrigerator. The spinach had a weird taste. Their meat is ridiculously over priced! Youll find decent bargains throughout the store but know your prices or those bargains arent all theyre cracked up to be. The Greeters are friendly but once you get passed them, dont bother anyone else if you dont want to be irritated. Manners are a lost concept to mostly every employee passed the Greeters. Please avoid the Customer Service line! Theres usually only one person working and theyre stressed. I waited in line 40+ minutes to return the CRUNCHY watermelon. Normally I wouldnt return a food item but the CRUNCH just sent me into outer space.

I uae the pharmacy practically every day and the staff are always great and friendly.

Need more employees to do the pick up. It so slow and have wait 30 min after it been confirm. It should be at least 4 employees to bring out of the pick up delivery. It not fast enough.

I do shop here for some inexpensive items.

Customer service was not having a good day ..i tried to exchange a 10$ item i got as a gift i didnt have the receipt they sent me to the store i bought the it and to ask for the original receipt i was confused with their policy .. i called online service (walmart app) which they said i can return an item at any store and they apologized and made the refund online with a 25$ giftcard and to keep the item... Thats was a surprised the way the took it seriously and the way he helped me file the complaint to corporate...It showed me there is people who still cares...5 stars for online service....through your app walmart beta i am testing took 5 min. To return my call....

Customer service skills of lady in electronics SUCKS!! She very was rude! I will make it a point not to shop that department when this particular lady is there!!

The eye doctor was great. The receptionist that does the paper work and part of the eye examination was rude to me. I am a Filipino man in a relationship with a Black women who I bought with me to our eye doctor appointment today. My name is Douglas Sorro and my girlfriend name is Alice James. We were not given good customer service because of our different races being together. The pregnant lady who work on the selling glasses side did not ask to help us in anyway after our eye examination. I left the eye center very hurt, and very uncomfortable it upset my day tremendously. Mangement should please look into this matter and never let it happen again. It is very bad for business. Like most Walmarts around here customer service in Walmart is purely lacking of anything good... They also closed the money center an hour before the hours they have posted online and on the store doors.The employees dont even smile at customers 🙄Let alone even TRY to help any customers....Employees are all too busy gossiping, moving unnecessary items two inches over or very rudely placing stereotypes on all the young adults in the store,following them around the whole shopping trip, assuming every young adult steals..... All while the 80 year old man behind the disrespectful employee shoves ensure down his pants ....All in all Walmart is the worst place to have a good experience.... They might have good prices, one stop for everything you need and are great for passing the time, but they hardly treat their customers right. .....

This is a very good store. They have everything from medicine to goldfish. They also have a great hot wheels selection.

People at checkout are extremely helpful and consistent with me.

Not a bad Walmart, could be better.(preaching to the choir, I know haha) they tend to run out of items fairly quickly/often. Some staff members can have a refresher course on customer service(tip: talk about the customers AFTER they are no longer around haha). The clothing items have improved A LOT but, I tend to go to this Walmart when I’m in a rush since it’s in my area.

This walmart had empty shelves everywhere. The management doesnt seem to walk around to look at the appearance and stock levels.

Store is always somewhat dirty, there are some helpful employees but most are just going through the motions of collecting a check, try to get someones attention for help and they keep walking like they dont hear you, this is rude beyond measure, thus the single star because there are no zeros

I used the pharmacy i called to confirm that my Dr.sent the prescription in.The pharmacist couldnt find any prescriprion.Saul at the pharmacy counter said call your doctor and then call back my Dr.sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy I told him where to send it immediately I called the pharmacy back Saul had it in his hand when I called he said they were a little busy could I call back in 1 hour 10 minutes later I got a text telling me my prescription was ready thanks Saul you are the man.

I bought my baby a paw patrol bed and he loves it perfect size for him. We also bought some sheets and pillow a paw patrol to go with it. You can always find variety of stuff here.

I have been searching for Barbie’s Dream Camper Power Wheels for my daughter since March and haven’t been able to find one. My sister helped me call around to local Walmart’s and found some at Arroyo Crossing! They only had four left in stock! I have a mid-size SUV and was very concerned that it wouldn’t fit. Well, team Walmart had that covered! The site manager was very helpful with information should my purchase not fit in my car and the associate who assisted me, Sean, literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get this to fit in my car! He even helped me remove it from the box so that I could fit it in my car! Thank you Sean and Team Walmart! You’ve made my daughters Quarantine Birthday super special! Although this wasn’t an essential purchase, it is a purchase that will light up a child’s heart for many years to come and couldn’t have been possible without Sean and Walmart! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Wow this Walmart has just about everything you could need. Food, clothing, bedding, electronics, shoes, books, toys, makeup, cleaning products, pharmaceuticals and even a Subway. This is bigger than our store was in Moorpark, CA. And they had more products on the shelves. I enjoyed my first stop there and our clerk, Doria was a kick. Thank you.

My uncle was looking for pajamas they did not have a variety for older gentlemen only three different types of pajamas and they were basically the same so that was surprising. I do realize its not a hot ticket item but I thought that would be a little more variety. So anyway otherwise the store was great no problem didnt stand online long and everything was good.

Be warned, they only accept returns until 8PM. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. In my experience, if a store is open, you should be able to make a return. I stood in line for 10 minutes while the lady in front was returning literally 50 different items to be eventually told to come back tomorrow or go to a different store 15 minutes away (30 min extra total to do a return? No way) Bad showing of customer service today

Always very crowded with only 1-2 checkouts open and the self-checkout (8 spots) open allowing 20 items or less. Lately the lines for the few checkout areas have lines running more than halfway to the back. Ridiculous. One would do better going to Walmart on Decatur & Charleston.

This location seemed to be out of everything I was shopping for. But, employees are pleasant and store is clean.

This walmart is not my favorite. 3 stars because their stock and selection of clothing is just limited. Not bad for basic home/household needs but very limited.

So apparently instead of pulling someone from drive up or some other part of the store or even having management just actually covering down they instead shut down the costumer service desk and make returns impossible to do because theyre short staffed and have no one to run the desk. Yet they have like 5 supervisor just standing around doing nothing.

Went in for 1 thing & was able to get in & checked out within 5 minutes.

Went to Walmart at around 7:30AM to grab an assortment of items, needed to redeem a Gift card but unfortunately it was past 8.. when Customer service is supposed to be closed.But Luckily an amazingly kind women was still working overtime and aside from still processing the card, she also humored us and didnt make us feel bad for shopping late.GIVE HER A RAISE, her name was Evelyn
