This is a great all around craft store. I frequently come for canvases but always end up spending a long time here and buying tons of stuff. Some prices are a bit high but its worth it to get everything I need at one store. Everyone is great there and I recommend it

I love this store. If youre into crafts, art, decorating for the holiday any holiday, wedding supplies you name it it has it all. The prices are always pretty reasonable. Theyre after holiday sales are the best 70% off usually. the store starts to look empty after Christmas always. However they get their spring items up fast and in a hurry. Thank you Michaels

Wow! The new manager is fabulous, knows where everything is, is a hard worker too! The store looked the cleanest, most well stock I have ever seen. In fact, I had stop going to the store awhile back because it was sooo messy. I was able to spend some real money with a smile. The new manager was still smiling and I dont mean fake smile rather a warm genuine caring smile. Boy was I happy, you see I had no less than 20 questions, wheres this or that and then one time she even had to show me where a small item was hiding. Attention: Michaels corporate level leadership take notice this young lady is redeeming your reputation at the store level. She is a born leader!

Michaels is amazing for craft stuff but warning you dont find everything you need and everytime I have gone, it mostly late like about 5 or 6pm, they close at 8pm. I go looking for jewelry findings almost everything is gone, I even went to someone who worked there to see if they have some findings in the back. They ignore me and walk away.. not cool

Always love going to Michaels!! I love doing arts an craft stuff so its the perfect place to go for all kinds of different stuff. This visit I went to get these tape dispensers for a project Im doing. Which ended up working out really well. I highly recommend them if youve never used them before. There double sided tape too!!

OMG This is my first time in there. I fell in love with the whole store. I just cant help myself in there. LOL But anyone who loves crafts should go here and enjoy your time. Plus the employees there are really very nice.

Great store, a bit disappointed however that they have removed almost all of the cool gifts I went in for, replaced with an over load of Christmas stuff, way too much. They normally have cool enamel wall hangers, nostalgic items, etcetera but its almost non-existent. I stopped in to finish my Christmas shopping but walked out with zero gifts. Still a great store.

I could be biased, but they never disappoint me. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and got the 20% off.

My Mom went in without me while I went into store next door. I got my purchases done then waited and waited for Mom. She went in for a feather. Said she looked every aisle, no one came to offer her to help. She was standing in checkout line with nothing. I said how come your in line? She said its only way out. I took her by hand and maneuvered around empty crates and carts to get exit. Shes 86, exit was confusing to get. Number one, why would an exit path be so convuluted? How about safety?

Went for framing - we didnt catch the framers name (pretty Hawaiian-looking lady with long ombre braids) but her enthusiasm for the job our print needed was awesome! Great labor day deals and even the regular price on a cart I needed was very good.Staff are always helpful.

If you like scrap booking and arts and crafts, this is the store for you. We do a lot of shopping here when the kids have a project or if I feel like painting something. We also love this place during the holidays. They have a great selection and amazing prices.

The framing shop staff were wonderful. My daughter recently graduated from college, and I took a box of memorabilia to Michaels for some help in preserving and displaying the items. The staff at the frame shop are very imaginative, helpful, and creative. The shadow box that they created will preserve these items for many years to come and it is a wonderful display piece for my daughters first apartment.

I went for yarn and there wasn’t much of a selection. One aisle worth and several empty shelves. But the cashier was super nice and helped me find coupons that applied to my purchase.

Theres not much discount like hobby lobby.They take returns without any questions. The staff is very helpful.

A bit unorganized and a few packages on items have been opened which is fine, if people would make sure to put all items back inside before placing back on the shelf. But the customer service is great and I got a discount on a damaged item, that I could fix myself but would be a little difficult to reassemble... it was the only happy planner left so it was worth a shot to ask!😊

Very nice clean organized store

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Megan for my first trip there. I didnt need much help, I was just asking to locate one item. Through this entire interaction, she was distracted by her fellow co workers. She seemed to be flirting with a young man that works there (didnt catch his name) which I found extremely inappropriate. Wasnt at all concerned with doing her job, and was behaving strangely for someone in the work place.My second trip there was about a week later and I asked for a manager (to avoid having to speak with Megan.) I spoke with the general manager Kathy. She was very polite to me, but I overheard her more than once speaking to her staff in a very rude tone. It was just very off-putting and hard not to notice. I didnt expect to be exposed to such inappropriate/hostile behavior between the staff while I was just trying to make a few small purchases. During Covid-19 concerns, my goal was get in and out quickly. That did not happen either time.Michaels corporate hopefully checks their online reviews, if so I recommend evaluating your staff members at this location. Specifically review how management chooses to address their team (customers do notice these things.) Secondly to review inappropriate employee relationships. Not my business, but my experience with Megan left a bad taste and made me nothing short of uncomfortable at your location, Arroyo Crossing.

It is a fun place filled with great ideas, items to makeyour projects a reality, and a large variety of paints and the like. The price is bit much, unless yall get the subscription, of which they usually discount things up to 40% off. It does help, because there are some things only at this store.

I love Michaels.They have a great variety and always have sales.Employees are usually helpful but most just keep to themselves.All the stores Ive been to are pretty consistent with one another as far as prices, layouts, and sales. The website is usually up to date about stock and you can also order and pick up at the store... Although this process still needs refinement.

My favorite craft store

I havent been to Michaels in a longtime but decided to stop by for some frames. I found a fabulous deal buy one and get two free. So I asked the girl in the frame department about the price of 32.99 was correct. She said yes for all three. I got up to the cashier and the frames rang up at 49.99. I told the cashier that there was a sign with the price and I spoke to Meagan in the back to make sure before I made my way to the front. Cashier argued with me and I told her... lets go back and look at the sign and make sure with Meagan. Cashier said that I didnt see the right price but still wouldnt go look. So I asked for a manager and I told her the story with no questions asked I was given the price of 32.99. As soon as I paid and the manager walked away the cashier preceded to tell me I was wrong and didnt read and hear the right price! Are you kidding me!!! I told her to go check for yourself and I am not a liar. Again she repeated YOU did not hear the right price. Wow! Very rude cashier. Will not be back to that Michaels.

Its a chain. I was looking for frames and found what I was looking for. One representative offered to help me but the set up of one Michaels is pretty much like all other Michaels. The lady at the register did look into applying coupon codes that I didnt know were even available but the buy one get one deal that was going on turned out to be the better deal. Overall, the level of service and product offered matched my expectations.

Always youll find something or the other on sale and they have really good sales going on most of the year. Their 50% off coupon when you purchase something is cool! I go there for my art supplies and have never been disappointed. Great value for 💰 money!

I found some really nice holiday decorations with good prices. It was a little messy, but the aisles were clear enough to push a cart through. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance.

Store was a bit disheveled. Aisles needed to be swept and products were scattered everywhere. it is obviously a busy time of year so I understand but there still needs to be tidiness and cleanliness about a store.Cashiers were very friendly and helpful

This Michaels has so much stuff. If you sign up for their rewards program, you get coupons. Sign up online and you get notifications of sales and coupons. Definitely worth it, if you buy a lot of stuff from them. I love their clearance sale, so many things to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

Pretty good selection of things. Its in a good area. The line was too long though I had to leave my stuff & head out because I was in a hurry & they only had 1 register open. They had a pretty good sale going on. Everything is pretty much easy to find given the fact that no1 offered to help out.

Pricey, so make sure to price check with Amazon and other craft stores. However nice for getting ideas and trying new craft things! Or go during their big sales. Most of the employees are awesome occasionally u get a dud.

I need to start off by saying this store is a complete mess. There is no excuse to run a shop this dirty or cluttered, if its hard for you to run the business currently you should just close up.I called ahead of time to insure they had a simple product, fabric dye. The lady on the phone assured me they had the product. I drove all the way down there to purchase a product, and when I arrived, they had none. I was very clear with the lady on the phone. The gentleman who was in charge of stocking gave me an excuse on why they dont have the product on the shelf yet, even though they have ready recieved there orders. This is at 1pm on a weekday, Im not there manager, however, I know how businesses work, and this place is obviously mismanaged.Go elsewhere, or just order it from Amazon.

Picked up an online order of a 22 piece rubber stamp set sold as new, but on sale. I opened it up at home. Every single rubber stamp (18) had either red, white or green in on it. 1 of 2 glitter pens was opened, 1/2 used, hard and unusable. The 2 ink pads were unopened. I bought it on sale. It is not worth it to me to drive back to the store. I have now washed them. Most of the ink was was removed, but not all. It is stained. So the item was not new as advertised. A star for the friendly salesperson. A huge NO stars and much disappointment for my 1st Michaels online, pick up at store, order. This is not a manufacturers issue. This a Michaels management employee, authorized to do returns, and not correctly inspecting the merchandise. So purchase from Michaels online with suspicious caution. Buyer Beware!

A good place to buy fabric and holiday decorations.

Clean and helpful staff.

I looked up Fabric stores near meand naturally i chose Michaels, because well they have everything craft. But much to my disappointment they actually carry very very little fabric, like enough fabric to make curtains or something. They only carry small size pre-cut fabrics and its really not even fabric its like felt. I also needed to fabric glue to fix my couch and when i asked for opinion about product and if it would even work well for what Im trying to achieve, the employee just looked blankly at me and said nothing, so i was like umm okaay i guess ill just try it and see if it works. Very disappointed in this visit to the store.

No more Joanns coupons so I will never return. I can shop cheaper with stores with more inventory for what I need AND feel appreciated

I went in there specifically for frames. There was quite a selection - all shapes, sizes, and styles. Most were on sale, so I got quite a few.And there was so much other amazing arts and crafts supplies. I dont particularly have a hobby, but may have to take one up!The one strange thing was that their shopping carts wont go outside the store, so be mindful of how much you purchase, if you go alone, or take a partner so one of you can watch your purchases while the other pulls up the car for loading.

First time to enter the store here in Vegas. Not very familiar with the arrangement of the store. Where to find for items.I asked for help I forgot her name but later on she was the cashier when we paid the items.I was looking for a clear plastic to make a face shield.The clear plastic was just by the closed cashier section. When I asked where can I find flexible foam and velcro she told me the isle number.I cant find the flexible foam and the velcro.So, I saw kathy and asked again. She showed me the flexible foam. They were by the hallway area as we walk going to isle 39 for the elastic strap.Thanks for there help.

Good selection of items. Some areas go low on stock faster than others. For example, at first glance the beads section looks pretty vast. However, when you start looking for specific types of beads, youll notice that a lot is out of stock. Buy Online and Pickup In Store is super easy to use! I ordered the night before and received notification for pickup the next morning. It was also an easy process to find an employee (at framing) and get my order. If I didnt linger around the store, I probably would have been in and out within 10 minutes or less.

Michaels is morphing little by little. Its a lot more about design accents and less about those dollar bins with the fun things you could pick up to surprise your friends. Arts and crafts are still there, but even those items are getting cut back because of all the different holiday items. Staff is friendly and store is clean. Easy parking.

They have all kinds of crafty things. We have always been able to find what we need for a project, or art .

The aisles are a little narrow for Covid concerns, but otherwise its the same Michaels you know and love

This is the ideal place to find many items for arts and crafts. They also have seasonal decor.

Its was ok experience, In my first time in Michaels! I was really clouded, and only have 2 cashiers so we have to wait in line for 8 to 10 min, but we find a good deal buy one Picture frame 🖼and get 1 for free🖼 we end up getting 2 and 2 nice candles!💁🏻‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️🎊🎉

Excellent service

Michaels has the best stuff! I can get lost in this store for hours, getting hooked on new crafting ideas everytime! The stores are brightly lit, crucial for seeing the true color of whatever you are buying, whether it is acrylic paint, yarn, jewels, floral sticks, glitter, scrapbook paper, markers, baskets, picture frames, stickers, colored sand...well you get the picture.

Lots of selections, never a big crowd so free to roam and browse and feeling like you have the entire store to yourself. If you are into arts and crafts then the selections are limitless. Sometimes they have 40 or even 50 percent off 1 item also. Check out process and fast since they call for backup cashiers when the line gets long.

Anyone with a bit of imagination can turn Michaels into a fun house. Went in for copper wire and hooks, came out with a doggie costume, LED light copper wire, Halloween decorations, hooks and loyalty rewards discounts. Highly recommend for just a simple walk around if anything.

This morning I went into this location with my friend and her kid to purchase something for her childs school project and I was intrested in some fabric markers for some project Im working on myself and also a couple other items the people I arrived with were the ONLY people in the store and someone called for security to scan all aisles not once but TWICE while i was in there.. I felt harrassed with how many workers were following my boyfriend and I. I left my friend to finish her shopping with her child and walked out of the store. Never have I felt so harrassed in a Michaels before. Horrible location and I encourage people who expect to be treated with respect to not go to this location.

Found exactly what I couldnt seem to find anywhere else. Usually the case while in Michaels, even found the perfect pens for my wife. Great store!

My granddaughter loves this store. I do, too, but she gets so excited. I love that, too. We get knitting and crocheting supplies, paints for her Mama. There are so many crafts and items to paint or picture frames. We just go nuts.

This business is clean in general, but you may want to avoid it if clutter drives you crazy. There are loads of crafty type items and they often have baskets and shelves full of discounted items in front of the store. The prices are reasonable.

Man, they got so many craft stuff there. You wouldnt believe how many craft stuff they have there.

Perhaps one of the more dangerous stores for me and the kids to visit...you can never go to Michaels and come out with just what you came in for!They always have so many amazing deals as well as coupons from their website/emails that make it even more tempting to buy, buy, buy!The staff is always friendly, but I couldnt give a full 5-star rating because the lines for the register are always so long...but then again, thats because just about everyone else is there to take advantage of their great deals.They have how-to classes that they hold at the store so sign up for their emails so you can be in the know.
