I have been going to this CVS for years and I am done after today. Because of Covid normal pickup and drop off prescriptions are lane 2. I pulled in to lane 2 and waited behind a car for about ten min, when I pulled up I was the only car in the drive through, both lanes, they did not acknowledge me. A car pulled in to lane 1 so I pushed the call button to make sure they knew I was there. By that time it was 5:12 and apparently that lane is no longer used for pick ups and drop off at 5. They made me drive around and wait again behind someone who was there after me because by the time they got to me it was after 5. I’m sorry, that’s ridiculous. Maybe they should make the times more clear before you wait in the lanes.
The New pharmacist is A Witch! Watch out cause she has an attitude. I came in last week and asked politely why the meds couldnt get filled when there is a hour left to close? And she snapped like a firework on the fourth of July.BECAUSE IM THE ONLY ONE HERE..Never had this problem and been going here for years. Hopefully her attitude is adjusted the next time I see her..🐎 !
Very bad customer service. Order some photos to be developed, i order my photos to be all magnets and 1 regular 8×10. Went to pick it up 3 days later:Photos are not magnetA picture of one of their employees in my packet2 of the photos has a greenish colorNo 8×10 to be found.Their reasoning: oh well we ran out of magnetsWhat is happening with customer service?
Make sure you say and spell out your, because otherwise the listening comprehension skills of a person in the pharmacy is non-existent even after you spell it.
Everyone at CVS Pharmacy is awesome! They are kind, courteous and helpful. I frequently get prescriptions here for myself and my son Jacob. They go out of their way to get your medicine and work with your doctor to get it despensed quickly. Thank you to the pharmacist and the all technicians at this location! I appreciate you all! Keep up the great work!!
After a few issues in the past I must admit now my experiences have got a lot better. The pharmacist is very nice, and she does her best to get my medication out to me in a timely manner. I appreciate good customer service because when you have chronic issues you dont need added stress, so KUDOS and i pray the positive vibes continues
What a disaster. Run far away from this place
I like that they have 2 areas outside you can use for pick up/drop offs. Especially during covid testing, the line can be really, really long.
I went in this afternoon to get a flu shot. I was helped right away and was done in about 10 minutes. Thank you to Vivian and the rest of the staff for a job well done.
TWO PHARMACY TECHS BEHIND THE COUNTER, NO ONE WAITING AND NO ONE IN LINE WITH 45 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSURE. The male was sitting on his phone for 3 minutes before acknowledging me and then refused to fill my order because they were an hour from closed. if you have time to sit on your phone, you have time to fill a subscription. no care for customers.
My husband, son, grandson had covid 19 texting and they came out positive, Monday the 2/2020. Ive been calling for 3 days now to have a copy of the results and they are giving me a hard time getting them.not nice staff
Probably just slow
First and foremost, I was not raised to steal, and as an adult I continue to honor my parents.Just a note to staff, consider the way you judge and discern. Good customer service is key; a positive experience is what you want. The masculine energy has always been positive and respectful and the feminine energy negative and disrespectful. Simple, treat others as you would want to be treated.
By far the worst pharmacy in town! Never ever will they even pick up the phone!?
Everyone is nice here. If I had to describe the vibe: it’s toss to wind, at your leisure/style. The pharmacy can be a challenge if you’re sick 😷 and have to wait I’m line.
Waited 3 days for a heart burn meds that was supposed to be filled today but what do you know closed without my prescription ready again this place is a joke
Horrible service. My prescription is out of stock, maybe will be in three days from now. Is it available at another location? Victor is too busy to call because there are cars behind me in the drive-thru. Nevermind that Ive been waiting half an hour already. Really!? You cant fill the scrip nor tell me where I can get it filled? So bad.
Great customer service from staff. Always helpful and kind. They always have what we need in stock
Everytime I call in to speak with a pharmacy staff member. I am put on hold for a half hour. In hopes that I hang up. Which I dont so they eventually hang up on me. Horrible people to do things like that. I have stage 4 cancer and cant find out if my pain meds that was called in are ready. Bad enough they run out often. They need a change in management
I waited for them to open at 9am Tuesday 04/28/2020 (Im a senior) when they opened. I asked the staff name Dean in the front if theres rubbing alcohol, he said theres a delivery a day before but they have no time to put it out there and he doesnt know when they can. Really? During this time of pandemic when rubbing alcohol is needed everywhere?
Called for second shot on shingles vaccine. They said they had it in stock so I told them I would big right down. I got the by 920 which was about 10 minutes. Then they tell me to come back after 1pm the pharmacist is doing an interview. That must be the longest interview in history. This is the first time I have had this happen. And the pharmacist was right there working on a script. Maybe they dont need the business.
The pharmacists were great and very helpful. Im visiting for a few months ask them about ordering my prescriptions. They told me what I needed to do. I just picked it up with no problems. Thanks.
Ive always had excellent, courteous service from the pharmacy employees and this CVS as a whole. Not sure why the other folks had such a bad experience.
This is the worst possible pharmacy EVER!! I went in three times to get my prescriptions, and three times they werent ready, and they said they 2 of my scrips were unauthorized. I spoke to my doctor the 2 days before I went to the pharmacy and I saw them fax the scrips over. This is for my diabetes and high cholesterol. The male tech was rude, and the rest of the staff was clueless, the pharmacist was the only one really doing anything and she was all over the place. I wish I had chosen a different location. Very disappointed in the lack of care given, and the lack of thought to others lives and how they are disrupting and affecting those lives. Will definitely chose a different pharmacy.
So Ive been using CVS (NOT THIS ONE) for a good 15 years I believe. Ive only had a few complaints that I can count on one hand. All with the pharmacy and truly for 15 years that is not bad. But tonight I had to write a review.Brenda, the Pharmacist at this store was extremely rude, condescending, refused to allow me to finish even ONE sentence even though she did ask me questions. There are hundreds of pharmacys in town. Dozens of CVSs in town. Im not sure what her deal is. Or if she thinks the customers who shop there are stupid. When I told her I had been with CVS for a very long time and moved over on this side of town and wanted to transfer my familys prescriptions there, she acted as if she would be doing me a favor. and as if I dont know what the laws are regarding medications. But since I am the one taking the medication and have been taking them and have a few chronic conditions I do know. Not to mention, I have been dealing with my insurance for years trying to get fixed. She also was not interested in that, she was however interested in the fact that I have to take so many prescription drugs and could care a less the reason why. Well she asked, but cut me off when I started asking her.I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone other than someone who just needs vitamins and maybe a few other drugs. If you need a controlled drug of any kind ADHD or pain pill, stay away from that place she will treat you like a drug addict.I even told her being in the health care business she should have a bit more empathy for her patients and consider that insurance is involved and learn to either not ask questions she was not willing to listen for the answer and just fill the medications or something, because she does not have a clue. She laughed at that as well. The woman does not know what chronic means. The techs were very nice, as were the sales people and the Manager of the store. She was great.
Staff members are always nice whenever I stop by
Very unhelpful and unwilling to fill my pain meds (which Ive been taking for years!) Because they dont like the combination of meds my 1 and only Dr. Has prescribed for me since my failed back surgery 9 yrs ago! The pharmacist didnt seem to care if I go through withdrawal symptoms or not, so I wouldnt advise anyone to go to this particular CVS
I have shopped at this cvs for medicine and personal items for more than a decade. Over the past several months I have noticed a decline in the service and courtesy of the pharmacists. Long lines at the drive thru, condescending staff who don’t listen and therefore make mistakes which inconvenience you. A technician tried to send me away today to bring back more information when I explained to her numerous times what the issue was and what she needed to do. After sitting in the drive thru line for 16 minutes I was asked to come in to the store. I came in and said the same thing to her and when she finally acknowledged it, the transaction went through. Then, I was asked to take a seat and wait another 10 minutes, during which time, I wrote his review. It appears that they have some sort of attitude that they are above customers. They aren’t proactive at all and will not take the extra necessary step above their mediocre comfort level to complete a transaction. It is easier to pass the buck onto the customer when they face minimal challenges. If they were customer rather than self centered it might be ok. I wish this were my first or second observation, but this is becoming a trend.
Moved this area 1 yr ago transferred all my prescriptions there excellent service automatic refills and no long waits when phone or Dr call in perscriptions front of store always friendly helpful go there on a weekly basis usually great store.
They refused to fill a prescription from my pain management doctor saying they had a new policy not allowing the medicine to be filled with other meds. (For my health and safety). My doctor knows what hes doing, and knows my body and medical condition. They dont. They are not doctors. They can keep their big brother mentality- they have forever lost my business for anything.
The staff here are the worst! Care less about the customers. They literally will stand there while customers are in line standing in there doing nothing. Absolutely horrible staff and they need to do a serious staff change here
Worst customer service ever. They wouldnt give me the information I need to get for them so they can give me my antibiotics. When asked her what I need her words exactly its called insurance very disrespectfull.
Pharmacy is the worst!!! They basically only fill if they feel like it!! Not only pain meds but other meds as well. Very rude and mean staff!! Its expensive and impersonal! DO NOT SHOP OR FILL THERE!!!
If you have refills for something the staff can sell on the street they will fill your remaining fills of medication and tell you that refills require authorization from the Dr. Look it up yourself if you dont believe me. Especially cvs pharmacies in California. Get antibiotics there, they cant get much on the street for those.
I dont understand the bad reviews they have always been nice the most Ive waited was 5 mins to fill a script, way way better then Walgreens
Worst drive through service I have ever experienced. 1/2 hour wait.
Atrocious service. Avoid at all costs.
Photo department is awesome
Awful service time is awful do not care at all. I have been here twice and both times the people are rude and unhelpful save your self some time find another place.
FAILED HEALTH INSPECTION!!!!!!!!!RUN FAR AND FAST.
Pharmaceutical Tech Margie was so rude, didn’t let me finish talking and said Thank you and bye, totally ignoring what I was saying!
High prices. No. Help
The young man working there was very friendly. He made funny faces with my 1yr old until she was laughing.
This CVS seems trashy and old, dont go at night.
Hard to find pain medication in Stock, long wait, very disorganized.
Good attention.
Friendly staff always helpful
Terrible employees - rude and uncaring. Leave you at the counter without an explanation. Dont do business here.
Very poor service here I bring my prescription and have to wait 3 to 4 hours before its ready for pick up I called and got put on hold for20 min.so I drove down here to pick up my medication and was ignored in the drive they by the lady working in there I will not be coming back here...
Worst place ever!!!!!
Great Store
