If youre a person off-color good luck on getting color matched. Only seem to have fair skin toned people to help you. Isnt the free standing sephora so you get 25% of the real sephora.

The store was very disappointing, to me. I went for myself and they did not have any mens products in stock. Store only focuses on womens products, typical. The lady working was very nice tho, so I bought my daughter some stuff as gifts. I came home and ordered my stuff directly thru the brand, not thru Sephora. Cuz why use Sephora when I can order direct?

Huge shout out to Ally who helped me with my eye make up for my wedding. I drove half hour from the strip cause no one had time for make up. I walked in, and was treated so friendly, fast, and her knowledge of the make up, and recommendations were AWESOME. My eye make up lasted until the wee hours of the morning and never needed a touch up. I live in Minnesota so I am sad she is not here to do my eye make up more often!!! I will definitely be writing this place down and call to see if she works here still when we come back to Vegas.. She will be the only one I deal with. Seriously she needs a raise she was so awesome, and my bridesmaids agree!!

Nice spot. Very clean and organized.

Manager was super nice and helpful. I had a chunk ripped out of my eyebrows while getting them waxed and she taught me how to fix it and listened to what i wanted in a foundation and found me a perfect one that i love. Kudos chick keep it up

I like this Sephoras location. Never have to deal with large crowds at JCPenney. There is always plenty of help and a great selection of make up and perfumes. Good customer service as well.

Great location, not busy at all, the clerk working there was very friendly and helpful. I was on a mission from my girlfriend and had no idea what I was doing, but I had a shopping list. The woman working there got me sorted out quickly and was able to return home a hero.

I love my makeup and whenever I am looking for something specific,  not only does the working staff know what Im talking about,  but if it is not sold at the location or store at all they point me in the right direction.! They are always quick to help me find what I am looking for,  recommend the most popular,  personal favorites,  and fit me with the best match for my skin type.They ask a ton of questions to give me detailed explanations on what and why a product would most likely be the best suitor. Ive been provided with samples,  demonstrations, and if not the exact product I had been seeking,  one just alike or even better that fits the general idea/perspective of what I was looking for.!The workers present themselves very professional and up to style. They make you feel welcome, give you their broad knowledge on any product you question, and even may help direct you in application.

I was very unimpressed. They nothing in stock and they lacked the Sephora experience. I will only be returning there to see if the experience has improved and I am a beauty Insider and well known among most Sephora in the Las Vegas Valley.

The service was amazing!

Sat around for about 15 minutes waiting for apparently no one to help me. There was a girl on the floor helping people then told me I need to wait so she can help people at the register. There was someone else there already.Way to go and lose business sephora

I stood in here trying to get help walking in circles for over 15 minutes while 2 cashiers chatted by the register despite the lack of a single other customer. They were out of my conceiler, foundation, and highlighter anyway but if offered help maybe I would have tried another brand. I guess Ill try the other stores but hopefully I can find a different store that actually offers customer service instead.

Blonde girl working in there was extremely rude, i took a picture of an item to show someone i was looking for and she walked up and said are you F*%king serious, dont take pictures in here never going back there or spending money there again, all because of her i think she should be spoken to by a superior.
