I came in and seen Abby she was awsome her customers service was a 10 and she made me feel so important and she answered all my questions and I will keep coming back everytime I need to get my eye exam and a new pair of glasses just because of her thanks Abby for eveything...I also like the fact her supervisor Marcie was going around asking everyone if everything was alright in the store.

Wow, great service and timely as well! My eye doctor (Helmick) was so pleasant and explained everything. Also the staff was so accommodating and allowed me ample time to make selections. She even made recommendations (that I loved btw, she had shoulder length black hair) and explained my ALL of my options. Happy to spend my money and satisfied with service! A+ Now I will be able to see at night again, Lol.

The drs Staff are rude most of the time, but the Dr. Is a nice provider, the front staff that help you get the frames are all nice. Someone needs to tell the desk staff learn how to speak to the patients, they are RUDE.

The staff were courteous, the Optometrist was nice and friendly. People who made poor review are probably not in a good mode in their visit. In fairness, the place is decent and the staff are helpful.

Took my son to Visionworks- Boulevard Location to take advantage of the great promotions! Location is a bit of distance away from home but definitely worth the drive. The staff on the optical side and doctors side were all great and friendly! Diana was very informative over the lens options in regards to my son’s high rx and gave me the best deal possible! Definitely will be returning with the rest of my family!

Definitely will tell everyone to visit the boulevard location over the other ones . It has been by far the greatest customer service I have received from vision works . They were really nice and very helpful. My sister only went in for an adjustment and the lady that helped us still made us feel like a priority ( I believe her name was Marci) even though it was something very small.Thank you very much ! I got my yearly eye exam here and wanted to also give contacts a try. At the end of the visit I was told that my trials would be ready in a week and that in three weeks the rest of my contacts would be ready. A week went by and I received no call so I took it upon myself to give them a call and ask for my trials, I went ahead and picked them up a week after my visit and was told by a different receptionist the same thing “your contacts are a special order due to your bad astigmatism so it’ll be about 2 more weeks, also when you come to pick them up make sure you’re wearing your contacts so the doctor can exam them” it didn’t make any sense to me but as I said getting contacts was new to me and being told by two different receptionist the same thing I figured it was the correct information. Three weeks went by, no call again so I went ahead and followed up for myself. Now there is another different receptionist and she’s telling me that the information I received was wrong, I actually should have been back a week after getting my trial contacts for the follow up with the doctor and then they would have ordered the rest of the contacts for a three month supply. I told her that two different receptionist had told me the same false information and that I was annoyed at the fact that I have been doing all the follow ups and that no one would ever call me or do their jobs right. So I went ahead and went and made my way to the office, got my contacts checked out by a different doctor and told him the story and he apologized. The receptionist wasn’t friendly either, she seemed as if I was bothering her but in reality I was bothered at the unprofessionalism from the staff in the back. How do two different women tell me the same thing? Are they not getting trained right or are they not doing their jobs? So now I’ve already gotten glasses from somewhere else and my insurance covers $150 for either glasses or contacts. Now I’ve gotta pay for the contacts out of pocket because of their mistakes. I don’t recommend this location, the staff is ridiculous for making me do their jobs for them and as I said the third receptionist had an unfriendly demeanor, was talking to me as if it was my fault and I was bothering her. The optometrist were both okay, I don’t think it is their faults but then again I don’t know how things are runned in a optometrist office. I am so disappointed because I been to this location a couple of times, but not ever again after this. There really isn’t any excuse for any of it, I don’t even know if I want to go back to even get my contacts from them and give them my money.

All of my family need glasses and this is the place I go to, to purchase our prescription glasses. I have been coming here for the past two years and all the associates are so knowledgeable, friendly and they help you understand the insurance coverage very well, which I really appreciate very much because not all places do that. They were the best ! I never had glasses before but failed the DMV vision test . So I had to go get my eyes checked. Was told to go to the mall they have good vision center. They were right. The staff were perfect, friendly,fast. Prices were normal .

I will never use VisionWork again. NEVER. Stay away from this kind of reap off places! For real...I had my examination and finally got a good contact lenses prescription. My vision has not changed, my contacts and glasses work perfect for me.All my contact lenses are ordered online because of the lower prices. When I called the office to have another prescription, they informed me I needed another doctors examination, in which I responded I didnt need a new examination. My insurance wont cover my examination again until January 2017!I explained that if they wanted to charge me for another prescription I would not have any problems paying, but I really did not need any changes in my prescription.Well, needless to say that I was not able to pay to renew my prescription, and because it is expired I cant order on line.It is very strange that I CAN NOT order for $27.99 per box online, but even with expired prescription I can buy from them for $43.00 per box!Remember: they are willing to sell to me even though my prescription was expired.Scandalous! I had no choice but to pay their prices only because I need to see!No apologies either!

I regret not going to VisionWorks when I had the chance and from now on,I wont go anywhere else !.

I went for an unplanned eye exam today and everyone was great. They confirmed what Id be paying twice before I went back for my exam. Afterward, they adjusted and cleaned my glasses. The doctor was awesome, very nice and explained everything.

They always take good care of me when Im there, very time i go its always a good experience.

So sorry did not mean to rate 1 star. I am not the best at technology. Absolutely 5 star service !!!! Everyone is awesome and great service!

My glasses broke lovely lady assisted me right away took care of me and repaired my broken glaces. I was delighted to have them fix and see again the customer service experience was spectacular definitely switching to vision works for the service they offer!

Visonworks was the third eyeglass company I had to consult in order to get my needed prescription glasses. After I had to return the glasses of both other companies, only Visonworks store manger Maricela Carrillo’s expertise, experience and dedication could fulfill my prescription as needed. If you want to waste your time & money-this is the place. Poor customer service, misleading delivery times. Requested a discount and was never contacted. Ended up getting a refund-no glasses.

They were friendly and fast. Went in as a walk in for my 4year old to get an eye exam, well the next day she gets pink eye what a coincidence? Called to asked if theyre equipment was cleaned properly girl soundest like she didnt even care while My little girl is stuck with pink eye.

I would never recommend this business again.I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted last night.The girl was nice when I walked in, I let her know I just needed my glasses adjusted since my dogs had bumped them and they were now fitting funny.She looked at my glasses and said in a rude tone “ We don’t sell this brand here, I can adjust them but it is on you” ( I have went there to have my glassed fixed previously with no problem)Then she walks behind the other counter (about 5-7 feet from where I am standing) as she is working on my glasses, I see her making fun of my arms to her co-workers. (I am a size LX and yes I was wearing a sleeveless shirt since it was warm out) I guess that she thought I could not see at all without my glasses on .Then after fixing my glasses she brings them back to me and the nose piece is still a bit off and the piece behind my ear. So she goes behind the other counter again and goes to fix them while rolling her eyes and making a face, like I am annoying her. (Again, I was only about 5-7 feet from her)She brings them back to me again and now the glasses are so loose they are falling off of my face. I finally had to ask if there was a Lenscrafters in the Mall which they pointed me in that direction. I ended up going to Lenscrafters to have my glasses fixed correctly and with better service. I will never go back to this store after the rude service I received last night.
