Unable to schedule maintenance for my Stelvio. First I filled the contact service through the website more than a week ago, no answer. I called yesterday, and they hang up twice. I called today, and the lady said she would transfer me to service. No answer, voicemail full. I called back a few times hoping to talk with a manager or someone who could help but she just kept transferring me to the same full voicemail. Looking at other reviews looks like this is normal behavior for them. I guess I will need to search for non-Alfa dealer options. I love my Alfa but think twice before buying one as its the only dealer in town.FOLLOW UP (one week after): I was able to talk with the service specialist who was unsure of the regular maintenance needed for 40K and keep repeating Im not sure but it should be the same as the 30K and its a couple of grand. I ask if it included anything major as I consider it a high price for regular maintenance. After holding for a few minutes, he stated he spoke with the other specialist and it was just oil and filters and it was around $1700. I wish I had other options like other cities where they offer a list of recommended service with a much lower set prices.
Purchased a vehicle at this Fiat dealership. Had to make four different trips from the Green Valley area for things that could have been taken care of in maybe two trips. In less then ten days of purchase I get this flash on the car, couldn’t start it or do anything. The management could care less. You bought the vehicle your problem now was the attitude. Had it towed to the Honda dealership in Henderson. Great service’. The battery was dead and it had a recall!! Good job Fiat. Asked them to reimburse me for the battery and haven’t heard back! Honda was willing to pay for the battery had I bought the car there. 🥵 Not sending any references to Fiat!!
Every time i have to bring my vehicle in for service it is a problem. They keep the vehicle days on end EVERY SINGLE TIME! Its a complete joke and unacceptable service. I had a Thursday morning appt, dropped the vehicle off the night before. Had to call Monday morning to get an update because nobody reached out to me whatsoever. They just assume nobody needs their vehicle. Completely inconsiderate, if there was another dealership to go to, trust and believe, id go there. Would not purchase with ALFA again due to their service here in Vegas.
I had an excellent experience. Tabesh, my salesperson, was very patient and helpful and even personally delivered the car to my house. Tabesh is really good guy and salesperson that deserves some good recognition. Hiram was awesome in explaining my deal to me and there was really no need to do any negotiating as they were very accommodating to my requests. The dealership has an overall great atmosphere and I would recommend to everyone interested in purchasing an Alfa to buy from them.
The worst dealership and customer service that I have ever experienced. My husband is leasing a car with Alfa Romeo. It is a 2019 and has broke down 3 times, when we take it in for a inspection they keep the car for over 2 weeks just to diagnose it, and NEVER have an available loner car. My husband and I have been without a car for 2 weeks and they call us to tell us the the issue was the fuel pump!? Now we have to wait for them to receive the parts and pay for a rental car meanwhile still paying our monthly payment!!? I don’t understand how it takes that long to diagnose. If they are understaffed then they need to hire more people. It is not fair that we are paying for this “luxury car” and not getting a reliable car or reliable customer service. We will NEVER again shop Alfa Romeo. On top of it all they call us to tell us that they are moving locations and will have to tow the car and will not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the move!? I don’t understand how we could be liable to damage on a car when they are the ones losing the shop! Anyways do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership and Alfa Romeo and general.
I called about a battery that I purchased from Findlay Fiat that was still under warranty. They honor the Findlays warranty completely. & very professional and courtesy was my Service Advisor Angel Ortega.
I was unsure about the Fiat Brand, back in 2017 when I went into the dealership, I had horrible credit and didn’t think I’d be able to get a used car let alone a new car but my sales person Vanessa worked with me and got me into a 500 pop, all my services have been amazing and quick. Fast forward to last week I have better credit but I still didn’t think I would be able to get into a newer car and Vanessa was able to get me into an a brand new 500x, and I love this car. I also had absolutely no issues with my vehicle the entire time I’ve owned it. Best Dealership I’ve been in and I used to be in sales at a dealership years ago.
Update 7/29/2020: I now have my car back with a fixed window, tint and weather strip on the passenger side. Thankfully, once I was no longer speaking to the service side (AKA Mike AKA the Director of Service and Parts) and brought my issues to Joe Belmonte, the GM, on 7/24/2020 he took charge, provided me with his card and cell phone number, and personally made sure my car was returned to me whole. If Mike wasnt included in this whole debacle I would rate this interaction a 5/5 for Joe, but unfortunately Mike you might as well just take your car because we wont touch it Manager of Service and Parts is someone I had the misfortune of coming across so 4/5 stars.Positives once I brought the issues to Joe, the General manager:-He kept me updated via text on the status of my car and replied to my questions.-I was provided with a car by the dealership so I was no longer without a vehicle, and told I could keep it for as long as it took them to fix my vehicle-The damage to my vehicle was fixed.-the dealership (AKA Joe) covered the cost. So I didnt have an extra bill in addition to what I paid for my initial inspection + alignment which I really appreciate.----------------------------------------I brought my car in last Wednesday (7/15/2020) requesting a full inspection and alignment. I retrieved it today, 6 days later, and not only was I unable to move my window, cardboard was stuffed in the space to hold it up. The molding on my passenger side is dented and ripped off. My tint on my window is ruined. And your Director of Parts and Service refused to take responsibility and repeatedly throughout the call tried to A: make me make a verbal commitment to paying $400+ in fees for repair damage that was NOT THERE when I brought the car in, and B: told me I had to pay as no matter what it would come down to HIM. Despite the fact my car was damaged on your property.Since when is it appropriate to say that I can’t “prove anything?” I’m pretty sure you have surveillance and pictures you took of my vehicle when I brought it in. With the window up. That show it was fine. You were able to use pictures to say the scratches on my rear bumper were there when my car arrived, but somehow those same pictures don’t apply to my window that was somehow “never touched” during my requested full inspection?How is it ever appropriate to deny my request to speak to the general manager saying it will “come back to me anyway as I’m the director of service and parts.”I’m sorry, if no one at your dealership “would ever put paper in the window” how did the cardboard currently holding up my window get there? Is it a magical item?If no one from your dealership or service department did it, then it means someone from when you sent my car out for an alignment did it and you somehow didn’t think it appropriate to check my vehicle when it was brought back into your care?Sorry, I’m confused how it is weather damage that took out the molding around my passenger side window but somehow spared my driver side (which is exposed to the same conditions). Im also confused as to how weather damage looks like a screwdriver was taken to the molding on my passenger side window?The funny thing is IF I had been told during the 6 entire days my car was in your care that the window was broken I would have paid to fix it, regardless of the fact it came in with the passenger window being fine. But somehow you, Towbin FIAT / Alfa Romeo, thought it appropriate to send my car home after a FULL inspection I specifically requested during multiple calls with a broken window. Then had the audacity and deceit to claim it was my fault it was broken and you did not do anything to the window/molding. Shameful.You had 6 entire days to call me to tell me something other than the air filters needed to be replaced. 6 DAYS to notify me of a problem. And you did nothing. Instead, you blame me and an act of god (the weather) for ruined molding and a busted window with magical paper keeping it up.
Not sure if anyone will read this but CALL BEFORE YOU GO especially if you have looked at their used inventory and want to see the car in person. I went to their dealership with the hopes of looking at two cars that they had listed only to find out that BOTH cars where gone. So that killed my mood right away. The salesperson was cool but he tried to get me into a car that was way over what I wanted to pay. Although I did test drive one and it was amazing. It wasn’t what I wanted. Advice to the dealership UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE TIME.

I have had my car there for three weeks now. Not a single phone call back to give me any type of update. Between myself and two other people, we have called OVER TWENTY TIMES with exactly one time being picked up, only to be hung up on. I have left voicemails with no return numerous of times. This has been by far my worst experience dealing with any type of dealership in my life.
Mark in service is a total professional. He’s extremely helpful and takes his time to explain everything which makes me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It seems these days customer service is at an all time low everywhere but Mark has been a clear exception to that rule. Thanks to everyone in the service department who have clearly demonstrated that they take pride in their jobs and take care of their customers.
Digustingly terrible service my appointment kept getting pushed back all the way until my warranty was expired my last oil change the overfilled my oil but someone how had no idea how or who just a ridiculous back and forth over simple thing that literally every single other dealer can fix with ease just a garbage companym
By far the worst experience I have ever encountered going to buy a car. First they tried to offer way below bluebook for my trade in to the tune of $4000, then before even pulling my credit they tried to come at me with a payment of $1000 per month over 72 months on a $40,000 car! The here comes the sales manager after running my credit telling me how my 2017 bmw in perfect condition is not worth more than 16k and in the same breath tells me he can sell it on his lot for 28k and that bluebook for a trade in is 20k. Now I can see why they have 20 2021 gulia sitting when the 2022 are already out. Stay away far far away from this sleeze joint.
I’ve had a Fiat since 2017. I’ve always had great experiences at Fiat Jones. Most recently I needed a leak fixed. I took my car into Fiat Jones and Mark went above and beyond. He was very transparent on the price, what needed to be fixed and even advised me on other repairs that were needed. I was very impressed when n he called me after hours from his home and he just to update me on the status. He was caring, relatable and just an all around genuine person. I’ve very appreciate of Mark and Fiat Jones.
This is probably the only fiat dealership now and their service department will take about 18 or so phone calls to get to someone. It’s also way too far out for me to just pop in when my car is having issues . I could use towing and get my car towed there but would have to CALL them to let them know about the car . I hate owning a fiat mainly because of customer service for fiats.
Went to the service department, JC helped me out. He was able to get my car looked at last minute which was awesome knowing that they were super busy and are in the process of moving locations. JC kept in communication with me, answered all my questions, very pleasant and funny. I could tell JC is very knowledgeable as he explained what had to be done to my car. The whole experience was quick and efficient. The check engine light is off and my car passed smog. Thanks JC and Towbin
I have a 2013 Fiat Abarth which I just love. My engine light came on a few days before my registration and smog were due. In the middle of the move of this dealership from Jones to their new location in the Automall on Gibson, I took it in. Even during the chaos of moving locations I was treated as a valuable person. JeanCarlos (JC) greeted me and treated me with nothing but respect and care. He updated me and explained everything to me during the process. My car was fixed quickly and at a very fair price. In a day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I greatly appreciate JC and his team giving me such great service even during a tough time of their own moving an entire dealership and getting it up and running. For a luxury brand, it’s a pretty ghetto dealership. The actual building is old and run down. Feels like a used car lot. I came in with a cash offer and they didn’t even counter or attempt to sell me a car. I’d rather drive to LA and buy from a legit AR dealer.
I’ve leased 2 cars (Alfa Romeo) from Towbin and Vanessa was the person I worked with both times. She is always SUPER helpful and goes above and beyond to figure everything out and make it work. That’s one of the main reasons I went back to Towbin for the 2nd time.Few months later, I had to move to CA and DMV required specific documents for registration. Once again Vanessa came to the rescue and helped me out by talking/getting the right people and got the documents back to me the next day.If I ever get another Alfa without the doubt I would work with Vanessa again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with her for your next car.

Towbin Fiat is a failure of a business from every conceivable angle. When I bought my car they messed up the paperwork TWICE! and forced me to put down almost 1,000$ on the vehicle after they told me that I wouldnt have to put any money down and I already drove off the lot with the car.That was when I first bought the car. Now i just took it to get it serviced at the service department. They told me it would be an hour for routine maintenance. 3-4 hrs later they call me telling me my car is ready and then stick me with a 500$ bill for cleaning my brake fluid which I didnt authorize them to do and IS NOT PART OF THE CARS MAINTENANCE.Do not buy a car from here. Dont get your fiat serviced here. Also pretty sure they are using sock accounts to inflate their google reviews.TLDR: TOWBIN FIAT IS A SCAM. DONT BUY FROM HERE
Its the dealership. I have a fiat that needed oil change. Its a safe environment, clean, friendly salesman. Great service department! Always making sure to go the extra mile for their customers. Its always a pleasure doing business with them. They also have taken all the precautions for chovid, and that makes it even better.
This place is pretty mediocre. Parker was the sales rep and he was pleasant. Although I hate when the salesman have to go talk to their manager and they make them the little messenger boys. I came in for a cheap car. But of course they try to get you into a pricier car or want a huge down payment. Thats their game not going to blame them but what happened to transparency. Been through this a lot with other dealers. Was more naive back then. They really limit your options to what they want you to get. Thanks for the water. Go see Jeff at Platinum Motorcars, Ill most likely get another car though him and his dealer.

Ive had work done on my Fiat a couple of times. First time a 90k mile check. after getting my car back I had a check engine light and I was missing two spacers that were on my intake panel. Second time work was done there I had a diagnostic test done and battery replaced. after picking up the vehicle, I got a check engine light again before I even made it home. according to the service person they found NO Faults during the diagnostic test. After I hooked up my OBDII tester I found a fault. Upon checking my engine compartment, Found a line going to purge solenoid lose. I attached the line and reset fault and havent had a problem since. The tech that did the diagnostic evidently needs some more training....I paid $200 for the test all for NOTHING!!!
I had the pleasure of getting Ashley as my Service Rep. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns. She was able to address them and get my car the service it needed. She was also able to help get a part that my car needed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today at Towbin Fiat Alfa Romero Service Department.

Applying cheap time share sales techniques...Give me a break)))So,the sales person got upset when couldn’t sell me the same day overpriced vehicle. They priced up the vehicles to give you some room to play, but when figured out that those sales techniques won’t work for me and I’m not ready to purchase the car at ANY price that day, they told me that the highest price they gave me was the lowest one they could go for,and couldn’t accept anything lower...( not that I was offering any at all...)They believe those time share sales techniques work....))))) WHAT A JOKE......
Its really nice that Angel and her service department team were able to get me in to service my car without any scheduled appointments. I was able to bring in my car and they were able to finish all suggested service maintenance that same day. They offered me Lyft to send me to a restaurant or home, then pick me up once car is done. I decided to stay however and waited for the service to get done. Multiple people offered refreshments while I was waiting. The waiting area was little bit warm as I was told the AC needed to be serviced, hence the 4 star rating. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Although a little bit pricey, I will surely come back for the next service.

First time using Tobin for an oil change. There was a mistake when checking me in that led to an extra wait time. I didnt complain but the manager noticed the mistake and treated me exceptionally. It is rare, and much appreciated, to receive proactive customer care like this. Highly recommend.
The service was over the top. I brought my vehicle in for servicing, they were very professional and kind. They were very thorough. I felt very confident when I left that my car was in tip top condition. Excellent service.
This dealership is a complete joke. The service department has absolutely no clue what they are doing. They kept our vehicle for 9 days. Mind you they do NOT provide a loaner OR rides. Great service after you’ve purchased a $90k car from them. Went to pick up the vehicle and the problem was not even fixed. I left there with no answers and a problem still existing with the vehicle. They are completely unorganized, cars are packed in like sardines. They said the washed the vehicle and it was filthy. They put 30 miles on the vehicle and left it with an empty tank. And had the nerve to write a note in stating they filled the tank. Total joke! Terrible dealership all around. Don’t buy there because unfortunately it’s the only dealership in the state and this is not the service you pay for.
This dealer is unlike any other Ive been to. No attitude, no pressure, like talking to a buddy from the beginning.Good selection of Alfa and Fiat even though I bought a Benz from them. Was a toss up between Alfa and Mercedes and Benz won in the end.They were fair on trade in value and didnt waste my time. We cut a deal and I felt taken care of.

We purchased a used car for cash Feb 10, 2021 and we still havev not received the title or documents needed to register the car. We were told that we would receive within 2 weeks. We patiently over 2 weeks before trying to call to see if there was a problem. For several days we could not actually talk with a person, only leaving voice mail messages, and no one returning a call. Finally our salesman returned the call but had no answeres as to why it was taking so long. Everyday for a week we sent him a message to find out if it has been processed and can never get answers. Im not sure what the office is doing there, but they are certainly not doing their job. It has now been 6 weeks and still no documents and no contact.

The manager Jose was excellent at answering all questions and concerns I had regarding the vehicle, pricing, and servicing. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and was very helpful when it came to understanding my new vehicle. Also, he was VERY timely in responding to any messages I sent him. He deserves a 5 star review from me! Furthermore, Keith was also a great help. He took us on the test drive and explained the vehicle and its features. He also answered all of our questions and if he didnt know the answer, he didnt hesitate to find out. Thanks again Towbin!
@FiatLV Las Vegas gave back Ashleys Fiat 500 damaged and will not take responsibility. The passenger window was down and held in place by two pieces of cardboard. the tint was scratched the molding has marks in it like someone used a screwdriver to hammer it in place. ( Service and Parts Director claims that could have happened at a car wash) The corner piece in the top of the window is gone and so it the outside one in front of the mirror.They claim they didnt do it, they never touch the windows on a car they work on.Towbin Fiat never noted anywhere on her paperwork anything was broken, never called to notify her she had a broken window regulator never supplied a copy of the inspection, they do not even have the right lift to do an alignment and sent it out!Spoke to the Service and Parts Director who denies anyone ever lowered the window, that no one put the cardboard in the windows to hold it in place. He wants her to pay over $400 for a window regulator but offered to give a 10% discount. His answer to the facts was that we could not prove they did it. I am sure they have security cameras and can see the car was not in that condition when it arrived and the service writer would have noted it.When asked to speak to the General Manager she was told- it wont matter as he makes the decisions. ( he being the Director of parts and service)She was also told the General Manager isnt in and will call you tomorrow. She calls the dealership and finds that yes the general manager is there but with a customer.
Had to be the best car buying experience I have had in my 30 something years of buying cars!! Love that I got to drive in my own comfort zone to test drive. No contact with the dealership was my main concern. I got that and excellent customer service in the same package. Cant beat that, huh Parker?? Shout out to Parker for social distancing and being helpful at the same time.
They have really turned things around in their service department! Kenny and Shawn were both super helpful and knowledgeable and timely on the service.
This establishment is shady and will scam you of your money. They will do anything to drain you of your money.

Let’s forget for a moment that my car (2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia) has needed a brand new engine, had multiple recalls, the most expensive oil change of my life (I wasn’t told that this dealership was the only one authorized to complete the service), and had the electronics malfunction... let’s forget about that.The service department is atrocious. The last service “manager” I dealt with was apparently fired because he wasn’t good at his job - or so I was told. The current staff are unwilling to try and work with customers on times for service and/or potential loaner vehicles. And then I asked to speak with the dealership manager, and unbeknownst to me I was transferred to someone who was in a completely different department and had no authority to authorize any of the things he said he could do. Cut to today, when the last of their promises had been broken and I was told “corporate policy means we have to do it this way, if you have any issues you can contact them.”If I was any rational consumer, I would stay as far away from this company and dealership as possible.

I have been doing business with Towbin Fiat for 8 years and purchased 2 cars from them. In years past, Ive always had the best service with then, they always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. However, that was not the case on Saturday. I had a headlight out and needed to have my tire system serviced. When they said they had my car ready, I got in turned on my engine and the tire pressure system light came on. So I went back inside, spoke to 3 people whom all assured me that all I had to do was drive a few minutes and the light would go off. Didnt happen. I started to drive this morning and the indicator showed that one tire was at 25lbs. So they didnt even check it out at all. I went and aired up the tires myself. Time to find a new Fiat dealer.
This wasn’t the first time that I had an issue with the service department. This time around was the worst service experience by far. I dropped my vehicle off for a tire and rim service, at my appointment time. All the workers I spoke to guaranteed my vehicle was going to be done today. Not one service person called me with any updates or delays of my vehicle. I called at 5:30 pm for a status, and was told my vehicle would be done by 9 pm, and I would receive a call back to send a Lyft to pick up my vehicle. No one reached out to me and I’m left without transportation for work. The lack of professionalism is disappointing, as they always present themselves as a “A” for customer service.

Leasing a new 2018 Stelvio in Las Vegas NV has been everything but pleasant! Stay away from this vehicle if you are looking for brakes to last as long as they say they do if you need a car that is fully functional and safe. My car has had a full engine replacement in one year into my lease and still has ongoing unaddressed issues. The Towbin Fiat dealership staff is completely unorganized and unable/unwilling to provide solutions, so frustrating! I don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. My car shut off in the middle of the road today and the shop is backed up so sit and wait to have a safe car but don’t forget your payment please. Alfa Romeo doesn’t stand behind the product, the engineering of the stelvio vehicle lacks tremendously as the engineering teams that can’t reproduce events even with pictures of the dashboard. My unaddressed issue has been waiting for months for an engineer to come toTowbin Fiat Alfa Romeo to address it. Loaners at Towbin FIAT / Alfa Romeo are never available this is not the value one expects when you lease or buy a 56k car.
UPDATE after 3 months:Still disappointed. No resolution of problem.Zero stars for manager Joseph B. And Towbin moved to no loyalty lane.Original review: DISAPPOINTED!! No resoltuion of issue happened three months ago. Same answer all the time by manager, we are working on it. No customer service. Do not recommend to use dealership. Afla romeo makes best cars but apparently not the best dealership service. My money got stuck, go only if you have extra money in the pocket. Once overpaid, its gone . Multinational company and no resolution with three months is a shame on parent company !!! Only buy from them if you live in 1 mile from them as you will need multiple trips to catch manager as he never answers, atleast to my last 20 calls.
Towbin Fiat Alfa Romeo was an amazing experience entering my first car loan. As a new car buyer, most dealers have treated me very poorly. This was not the case at Towbin with Vanessa and her manager. I feel satisfied with the car I walked away with, and I feel like I am not just settling for a worse car because I am a new buyer. On top of this, they could not complete the final detailing of the car I got before we picked it up, so they filled the gas tank, told me to run it out of gas and come back for the detail and another full tank of gas! I am encouraged by these folks, as I just got out of the Hospital after a month of being laid up. I had a flat in the rain, and somehow my lug wrench was missing, the manager stepped up and went on to mount my spare. Seeing that its Christmas week everybody wants to go home, as a business I am very impressed with their integrity and warm heartedness... I highly. Recommend them for ANYTHING!!

Rude customer service. Went to get my car checked for an engine light and was then THREATENED by the SERVICE MANAGER that they won’t fix my car. They charged me over $500 for a thermostat fix (no engine light fix included that i came for), when i can go to a personal mechanic for $30-$80.
Leasing a new 2018 Stelvio in Las Vegas NV has been everything but pleasant! Stay away from this vehicle if you are looking for brakes to last as long as they say they do if you need a car that is fully functional and safe. My car has had a full engine replacement in one year into my lease and still has ongoing unaddressed issues. The Towbin Fiat dealership staff is completely unorganized and unable/unwilling to provide solutions, so frustrating! I don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. My car shut off in the middle of the road today and the shop is backed up so sit and wait to have a safe car but don’t forget your payment please. @alfaromeousa clearly doesn’t stand behind the product, the engineering of the vehicle lacks tremendously as the engineering teams that can’t reproduce events even with pictures of the dashboard. My unaddressed issue has been waiting for months for an engineer to come to @towbinalfaromeo in Las Vegas to address it. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Do not complete repairs in a timely manner, or complete all repairs requested. Sent me out the door with a brake light out that they were definitely notified of and provided the bulb for.
This is for the service department. Took my car in for scheduled oil change on April 28th. Have I not called, or text or drove down to find out what was going on, I wouldnt have gotten my car back on May 9th. That took 11 days for scheduled oil change and software update. We did not get a loaner car, nothing. We did not have a car for 11 days. This was not due to Josey, He want not present at the time of the service.

This Fiat dealership is nice enough inside -- they always have movies, coffee, and snacks to eat while you wait for your car to be serviced.Unfortunately, the prices are outrageous and have grown in recent years. A simple 5 minute tire rotation used to be $10, and has now been increased to $20! They doubled the price!The oil change on a Fiat 500 used to be $50, now is $60.So youre spending $80 on basic, routine maintenance that you can get for less than $50 anywhere else.Also, the car recently passed the point where it needed spark plugs (per the Fiat service manual), and it wasnt even mentioned to us. So much for the multi-point inspection ($13!).

A small dealer with plenty of good service is here to meet you. The parts department is convenient and quick. They do close the parts department for lunch; or they have someone who has to call someone who has to call someone else. I waited 20 minutes for a $20 core part return. Towbin does offer personalized service and offer discounts when asked. Service on Fiats is first come first serve so be here at 7am. Plenty of help here.
Just purchased the 500l from Towbin Fiat and must say, this car is a dream. Im still fairly new to figuring out the gadgets and manual versus automatic shifting, but am a quick learner and something tells me Ill have no problem figuring this out. As for service, amazing! Jose deserves two thumbs up and I mean that sincerely. One thing that makes me most uncomfortable is feeling pressured and Joses service was quite the contrast from that. So far this time around with my service I am not impressed at all with the service advisor. My 500x is in for a replacement transmission and if it werent for Fiat Corporation calling me to check in and me calling the dealership, I would NEVER hear from Towbin Fiat service. To top it off trying to get through to service is almost impossible too. I just hope my car is finally fixed. This is my 4th attempt at getting it fixed.
I got up early on a Saturday morning and drove for a half hour to get to the dealership. I was there for an Express Lane oil change. I arrived a few minutes after the service department opened . I was clearly the only customer in sight. I was told by James that I would have to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change. On the website under Express Lane it clearly states that no appointment is needed. This is very poor customer service. This is a very good way to lose all repeat business.
So you have to call like four times to get someone to even answer the phone when they do answer the phone They Will put you on hold for 20 or 30 minutes and then hang up on you. If they where not the only fiat dealer in Las Vegas I would never ever give them a dollar. Worst customer service I have e seen in a long long time. (Update called back pretty quick after leaving a message)

I dont typically write reviews on Google, but I felt it necessary this time. Due to a life change we had to get out of our small 2 door car and into something with 4 doors and bigger. We tried other dealerships around town and no one could help us out. Since I was trading in a Fiat we decided to try Towbin Fiat. Walking in the door was the beginning of an amazing experience. Ozzy and Jerome were outstanding in getting us into the right vehicle with everything we needed and then some, staying late to make sure we were taken care of like we were family. Alexa in the finance department took her time to go over the paperwork with me, even though it was late and past their posted closing time. I have nothing but exceptional praise for everyone at Towbin Fiat.

Pretty thrilled with this dealer. I had purchased my Fiat 500e last Feb and I knew that there was no warranty on the car. When my 12v starter battery failed, I noticed there was a date sticker and that the battery was still under warranty. I took it to the dealer and they tested the bad battery and replaced it under warranty. They also did a once over on the car, filled the air in my tires and even washed it (first car wash since Ive owned the car). Friendly staff, thanks!

I bought my Fiat last December from Tobin Fiat, and I have to say I was treated in a friendly, courteous manner from start to finish. The people act like regular people, not high pressure sales staff. I love the car, although there are a couple of little things I dont like about it, most notably, no interior or mechanical trunk release, and a very strange armrest. I got the convertible, and I love the fact that when the top is down, your hair doesnt get mussed from the wind. I can wear a hat to protect my face and scalp from the sun when Im driving! Plus, I get a lot of positive feedback from my fellow drivers. The car is a bit bumpy on the highway, but I like the fast and nimble response, strong connection to the road, and great front window. The turning radius is so tight, I have to relearn how to back out of a parking space for fear of t-boning the next car over! Literally, I dented the fender by turning too quickly and hitting one of those half-height posts at a car wash vacuum station. Live and learn. The phone answering system is great. I bought an extended warranty to cover the interior and exterior appearance, which gives me peace of mind. Its a car thats easy to love. I ranked service high but I really dont have anything to go on there. My service has been negligible.
Looking for $12,000 or better. I end looking for $23,000 car because the dealer said I only have one chance for my credit score....He jump from $12 to $23... I walked out the place... they also just have one chance with me.You will sell more if you ear what is the costumer needs beside getting them in a huge payments.
