I just had recently moved to Vegas and was only looking for a car. Ended up Driving away with a 2021 Accord. The team at Honda West was really patient and very informative about the many buying options I had. They worked with me one on one to see what buying option would best fit me. Luis Perez, and Yosbel Corrales helped me out from start to finish even though I ended up staying after hours. Theyre the best! Ask for them. Also, Ted Trevino (finance manager) was very dilligent in helping me understand everything that I had signed and agreed on. The whole process took no less than 5 hours. If youre in the market for a car, highly recommend checking them out!

We did not care for the entire buying process. 7 hours at the showroom and not coming home with a car was not ideal. FYI, it is much MUCH harder to buy a car vs financing it. We were asked about financing no less than 5 times. I feel had we financed, we would have had a smoother experience. As it was, we paid for the car on a Wednesday, had confirmation the wire transfer was done and complete the same day, and we didnt get our car for the two days it took for Honda to confirm receipt and of the funds and for them to be internally transferred to the local dealer. We were pushed, again, before we left without the car, to make a backup financing contract so we could take the car home right then. It was not ideal. I feel the purchasing experience is geared toward financing, not outright purchase. Dimmed our excitement over everything. Im giving 5 stars because Sergio deserves every one of them. He really was the light in a rather rough day. The showroom was immaculate, as dealership showrooms are want to be. They had very clean restrooms, snack machines. The service department looked clean when i walked by. They had a charging station for phones and we were offered beverages all day. Aside from the mess with the purchase, the rest of the experience was great. I was brought to my new car and shown how to work everything. Sergio was incredible on that. He delivered my car and again offered to show me anything. I stopped by the day after we finally got it to get paperwork and he again, answered my questions. The service is incredible. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Just finance youll have a wonderful experience.
Horrible customer service after purchasing a lemon. Thought by going to a reputable dealership we wouldnt run into these types of issues. Since purchasing the vehicle 6 months ago. We have taken it in 3 different times. brakes noise took it in stated no issue with brakes still squeals and grinds. from the moment we purchased then the window motor went out and then the battery died right behind it so weve put more into this vehicle in less than 6 month. Dealer ship taking no responsibility stating to bring back in vehicle for a trade in. Have paid out more on repairs than on payments never purchase a vehicle here. They sang us a beautiful song when purchasing this vehicle for our daughter. Thinking even if used buying from a good dealership. Thinking our daughter would drive safe and in a reliable vehicle.The sales guy stated best purchase vehicle went under thorough inspection. So eager to sell us the car when I emailed him the issues with vehicle response was im on vacation on return will get to the bottom of it. Still waiting on call back. Horrible customer service!!!. Dont purchase anymore lemons from this lot! Mind you when I was charged to put tape on window. They returned vehicle with warning ⚠️ light on. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!What a joke trying to be sincere or like they care for the customer. Ive been waiting on a call back since August from Darly the guy who sold us vehicle. Waiting on service Manager and dealer Manager. I saw your response Honda. With much hesitation I called, trying to give them a chance again. 2 days have pasted after leaving my name and phone number still havent received a call back so apparently there is no concern for your customers or satisfaction! I mentioned my daughter is only 18 and got Bamboozled with a lemon car. paying for a brand new battery brakes are squeaking after she took it in and they said nothing was wrong with brakes car needs new brakes and the window motor going out. Please dont go here. We really thought we wouldnt have to go through this going to a supposedly reputable dealership . People ask why does my daughters new vehicle have tape on it. Being she just bought it Honda West is what happened! Las Vegas locals please share and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. Terrible place and customer service.
This is our second vehicle purchased in 2 weeks. My husband and I got matching his and her Honda Civic Sport. Our salesman Sergio was very patient, helpful, informative and accommodating through the entire process. He delivered both cars as requested. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was super helpful. I didn’t not have an appointment but there were two guys that were super helpful greeted me right away! Salvador was really kind! My experience was very thorough and expedited so well. I was surprised how fast my oil change got done without having an appointment set. They even gave me a car wash I was very impressed. The waiting area was super clean with refreshment options. Hi I believe the service Agents name is John and he communicated with me every step of the way! I took my car in to determine why my battery continued to die after my alternator and several batteries had been replaced. I waited five hours at ascheduled appointment for them to tell me I needed to replace the alternator, again. I explained that I recently replaced the alternator, and asked why it took so long to diagnose a previously known issue. Later I discovered my factory engine was stolen, and replaced with an older model.If you dont want your vehicle partsstripped by underhanded, disrespectful technicians, visit a different business for maintenance.
They DO NOT care after making the sale! I purchased a new SUV from them a few weeks ago. The paperwork changed and price ended up much higher than I could have gotten elsewhere. I drove from out of state to get the vehicle, paid gas, hotel and took a long time. They stated when I purchased the vehicle that the registration and everything is included with the price of the loan. However a bad surprise came after. I waited weeks and finally figured out that I have to pay a company to register the vehicle that I had no choice with. Then after finding out, I called Honda west, the manager said I Dont deal with that. And I will have the sales person call you I waited several days and never received a response.Be aware and know who you are dealing with!

I dont usually post negative reviews, but the fact that this is the SECOND time that this has happened to me at this Honda service center, I feel that this needs to be addressed.Long story short, I went in for routine maintenance(minder B) on my vehicle, which I felt took an adequate amount of time(1 hour 15 minutes). After paying for services rendered and being told my car will be brought around, I waited for around 20 minutes while watching other customers cars being brought out until Chris(my service advisor for that day) finally came up to me and admitted that they couldnt find my keys but they were looking for them. I waited another 10 minutes and 2 more cars brought out later and Chris comes back to me and tells me that they are gonna try and make me a NEW set of keys(key fob).I paid for my services and started waiting for my car just before 2pm. I didnt get a new set of keys until just after 3pm. An extra hour of my day lost because they lost my keys and took about 20 minutes to admit that to me and I guess another 40 minutes to program a new key fob.But heres the kicker, I have to come back in on MY OWN FREE TIME to get my spare key fob at that I have at home reprogrammed because now, it doesnt work anymore.CHRIS OFDERED NO COMPENSATION FOR THEIR ERRORS.Let me remind you that THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME that this has happened to me at this particular service center(HONDA WEST). The first time it happened was on my FIRST scheduled maintenance appointment but they found the keys in a timely manner so I wasnt too bothered by it. The only reason I knew that my keys were lost(during the service) is because the service advisor for that day came and found me in the waiting area and asked me if I had my keys. I was shocked because how would he think that I had my keys when they drove my car off to get serviced.This is the closest Honda service center to my house but dont think I can come here again without fears of their incompetence ruining the experience.

They were helpful with getting me a 2018 Honda Accord last year. However, I will add that you must be weary of the type of finance offers they will give you, because you don’t understand interests and percents very well they will manipulate you into a contract that will leave you taken advantage of. To provide some context, my dealer was originally going to offer me a 9-14% interest rate for financing my car, (unheard of right, mine as well buy the card with a credit card), however I am math teacher so this is literally what I try to teach my student la to watch out for. He said he will give me a deal and offer me a 2.99% interest rate for financing. However, I saw on their facebook ok page for the Honda in Henderson that new car buyers could be offered 0.99% rate. When I brought that up, the deal tried to lie (like I don’t know math) and say,” well you said you plan of paying this off in 2 year (24 months), so a 2.99% rate is no different from a 0.99% rate. (it is, potentially 3x the interest outside of paying the regular car bill). I knew he was lying as said I wanted to the 0.99% rate, ( I have great credit by the way, so that wasn’t an excuse) he told me if you wanted that they it would have to be a 36 month financing agreement. I said that was fine, since a 60 month agreement is not really smart, money wise, but everyone has the circumferences due to credit and income. I took that offer, however, I will add that the lesson to be learned here, is know the basic middle school math and correct them if need be, since they do this all day, there is no way they don’t understand interests and how that pans out on the purchaser. AGAIN BE WEARY.

I sold a car to Honda West 3 months ago and have still not received payment. I was told 2-3 weeks for title to clear and then I could pick up a check. Dealer has blamed Hyundai for not releasing title and covid delays, but 3 months is just ridiculous. It has also been over 3 weeks since Ive received any communication from the dealership. Would not recommend doing business here.Edit: They respond with the 800 number to the dealership. Like, who am I supposed to ask for, the people already not helping me? A joke

Using their online service, I made an appointment for oil, tire rotation, and an AC inspection. When I arrived at 2:30 the service rep asked what I needed done. Shouldnt he have had that information already? When I said AC inspection he said that I would need to leave the vehicle overnight as that would not be able to be completed today. Why let me make an appointment for a service that cant be completed that day? Couldnt someone have reached out to me to mention that my show time and service requested were in conflict? I was forced to reschedule for 2 days later. I feel like someone should review the service appointments and if something doesnt make sense, reach out to the customer and work something different out with them. Instead, I drove 25 minutes (each way) to not receive service and have to make that drive again. This was my first visit here and this relationship is not off to a great start.Update: We had our AC serviced because it was not blowing cold air. They told us they fixed it, and it was cooler than when we brought it in, so we thought everything was fine. A few days later, our literal first trip out in the van since we had it serviced, and when the vehicle is stopped the air is warm, the cold air is intermittently warm even when driving. For nearly $300 for the service, this is really frustrating.
Great experience! I had an appointment for an oil change. I showed up early, but Dave was able to take my car back early and get me on my way quickly! The staff is friendly, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I’ll be getting my next oil change at Honda West, for sure!

I got right in and was out within an hour for oil change and transmission fluid change. I was able to drop off and pick up my car when it was convenient for me. Service was done and recall item was fixed.I have a tire balance issue from the last time I visited but you said the pulling was normal. Not sure if that’s correct but I will monitor that for the time being.

Randy was informative and helpful. First time to lease a vehicle and not being a fan of the idea, it was nice to learn that there are a lot more options to leasing now than there used to be. We will see, when its time to turn the lease in, if we are as excited as we are now. The car is beautiful and we look forward to the future trips it will take us on.

I have been here twice and the service in the service department has been great - always quality work.When I was making my appointment, I did it online because I was not near my phone and it was a very slow and irritating experience.I wanted the first available appointment for a recall service, and the scheduling format asks you to choose a service supervisor before you can access the schedule. I did not know anyone, but then discovered you have to click on each supervisors schedule one by one. I did not care who I worked with and realized it would take forever using that pull down menu.In the corner there was a live chat option and I thought that would be faster - NOPE. There were delays between answers. The persons name was Belle J. I had to type in is anyone there? at one point. Then IIyass from the dealership was brought on and they wanted to call me. I asked both reps what the purpose of the online scheduling was if it required a call anyway?At one point, I had no idea who was responding to me. It was super frustrating.Normally when I have a Honda service done, it never takes more than a few hours, so I told them Id wait. No one said anything about this service requiring the whole day. That was frustrating to find that out when I got there.It took about fifteen minutes to finally get scheduled via the online chat. Do not bother. Just call. I will never try online again.Not everyone keeps the phone next to them, and it especially should not be necessary to do it online - if you claim online is offered.I even screenshot most of the exchange because after all that, I was not even confident I was actually scheduled. Fortunately it all worked out in the end.
RJ was amazing. I think I showed up about 30 minutes early and he still helped me out. I had to take my baby with me and they were so kind and parked my car off to the side instead of having me try to load my baby the stroller and car seat quick where they drop off your car. This was a great help to me and I didn’t feel rushed because there was no other car behind me trying to leave the bay at the same time as I was trying to load everything. You made the experience so much better thank you.
Bought a late model CR-V from them and the process couldnt have been smoother or easier. DJ was friendly helpful, but didnt apply any pressure. The fact that they had the exact car I was looking for on the lot was pretty smooth too.

Explained everything very detailed ways, kept communicating with me the whole 2 days and made sure that the service I needed to be done was performed ! My wife took our daughters vehicle to get checked. Our daughter had a 60,000 mile service done two weeks prior at another Honda dealership. We needed to replace our daughters car battery. The person replacing the car battery mentioned that she had some coolant leaking and recommended we have it checked before her drive home. My father in-law has received great service from Honda West and recommended them highly! My wife called Honda West to service the vehicle. Problem solved. Shout out to Henri Mendez for his excellent customer service. He explained what the issue was. Because it was a recent visit to another dealership (we had the receipt from the service at the other dealership), my wife was not charged for the service. Came here to get my car serviced for a recall service, and they were able to uncover a problem with my seat belt which was all under warranty! Shaun was my service supervisor and he was very clear and was so great at communicating.Whats also nice is there waiting area has coffee and you can walk around and window shop the cars on sale while youre bored.I was disappointed to see that the car wash at the end missed many spots and seemed quite haphazard, but I suppose I cant complain if it comes as extra.

Originally I would have given them a 4, but because of this one thing, I’m forced to give them a 2. We live pretty far from Honda West. However, we bought our van from them (shout out to Sergio, who is great!!😊), so I felt some loyalty to go back to them for service. Anyway, besides a regular service check up, they did some recalls, one of which was on the sliding doors. When we took it in, they were very friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave the car and come back the next day - lots more driving! We drove back home and when my daughter tried to open the sliding door, we discovered that the power was gone. Later, when she tried to get back in, we couldn’t budge it and realized they hadn’t reattached the door from the inside!!When I called to schedule yet another appointment to repair this, the woman on the phone sounded like she could have cared less - no empathy. No comment. Just asked when we wanted an appointment. And I have to drop my car off again and come back the next day - lots of wasted time and mileage accumulation on my husband’s car to drive me back and forth. I am so frustrated! I understand mistakes happen, but Honda needs to accept responsibility and own up to their mistakes and provide compensation. At the very least be empathetic to their customers.
Randy Patterson was awesome! He was patient and took me around the whole lot helping me find what I was looking for. Once I finished all the paperwork he was thorough in going through all the buttons in the vehicle too. I had a Honda Odyssey for 13 years and never had any problems. Just bought a CR-V and am hoping it will last a long time too!

(Both owned by SonicAutomotive ) at that time he made me a great deal on a LX Civic, I hadnt ever owned a Honda automobile before, since then I have bought 12 cars from Honda West, the customer Service has been Fantastic !!Mr. Kevin Bushy has been GM for the past 10 years. And I Guarantee nobody can sell you a car for less than Honda West or Cadillac W.Sahara ! First Of all, sales team is OK, but my experience was horrible. I got CRV 2021 hybrid. Well it’s not hybrid. I have averaged 27 mpg when it supposed to be 38. Anyway I reported the problem and no one has called me back .. number two when you but a car you don’t supposed to pay registration; to my surprise I got a bill for $480 dollar for registration. I called the dealer amd they said they had nothing to do with This .. was that a technic sale ? Who knows .. please be aware of the sales technics they use.
CJ in service department is our go to guy. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are always happy and satisfied with the services we receive for our vehicles thanks to him.
What car buying should be like! The Honda West Team including the e-Sales Manager Teresa Orlando, Senior Sales Consultant Sergio Aldaba, and the Finance Manager Bolun Zhang treated me with the upmost respect, professionalism, and honesty. Every one of them was knowledgable and efficiently took care of business. I was informed throughout the process constantly and never pressured once. Honda West is always very easy to work with. I especially like this new text feature where you can see updates on the service, and ability to sign off on inspection and cost from my mobile. I cannot say enough good about this dealer so far! We had a great buying experience with our salesman Bryan Jimenez . They did not have the particular car we wanted, but found it and quickly brought it in for us. Bryan always kept us up to date on what was going on through the whole deal. This is the first new car we have purchased in 15 years, so we shopped multiple dealers and brands. The Honda we purchased was the best car for the money, and Honda West made the deal happen clean and quickly. I then had a few weird problems with the car that could not be explained. We brought the car in and it turned out to be a bad battery in the new car.... hey, it happens. They replaced the battery, washed the car and had us back out the door within the hour. The service writer, James Bean, was nothing short of awesome in taking care of us in the most professional manner possible. We own a small business and we really focus on customer service. It is nice to see that some other companies value it as much as we do! Go see these guys for a new car and your service needs!

Our whole family brought cars from Honda. Us alone currently got 3 cars from these location. From family referral, we had our change oil here. I am not liking how we always getting pushed with extra services with ridiculous amount. For example our tire had a nail, they wrote down in our receipt specifically as “un repairable”. And we have to replace the whole tire. Went to a tireshop, did some patch for $10, done! It’s still ok til now.We were also here yesterday, with my sister’s oil change (bought her car Honda aswell) they told her she has alot to fix in her car, my sister said, she has a Porche mechanic friend that does fix her car. So the guy was like, then why dont you go there for oil change? Like wth. This needs to stop. After all these. We’re switching. This didn’t happen just now. Its like evertime we get there, they do desperate moves to get you pay. I don’t expect Honda to be like this. Its like i feel like i dont wana go back there cause i feel like they will just try to rip us off again. And wont refer this location for sure.Its the feeling that they give you as a customer, you wouldn’t be back.
We have taken our car to Honda West the last several years and we have always received friendly service. John Colgan is the service advisor who we ask for by name because he is honest and straight forward. He is knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything to us so there are no surprises
Karla was very helpful helping me with my first service! It was my first time getting this done at place that wasnt Jiffy Lube or Midas and she was very informative with me on how the service will be and what to expect. She was personable and didnt make me feel like any other customer that just goes in and out a facility. Thank you Karla!

Good service. Sometimes appointment service line can be backed up but service techs are nice. Service is not the fastest but it is okay.
Went for an oil change without an appointment, got in fast.the service advisor Joseph was very thorough in explaining all the details regarding my pilot that needs to be done.my car was done as promised, and im very happy!GREAT SERVICE!!!
Short story: Bait and switched. They sold me a warranty that does not actually offer coverage on my car.Long story:Purchased a Civic back in February. I love the car, zero complaints about that. I also got my oil change done here, along with some other work on the vehicle, and had an overall positive experience all around. Honda makes great products.When I purchased the car, my sales associate DJ offered me a warranty called Permaplate which he claims covers damage to the seats. He reiterated several times that any damage to my seats would be fully covered, even if the seat had to be replaced entirely. Sounds great! I bought it.A few days later I was curious about the specific coverage that Permaplate offers. I looked though the package of documentation I was given regarding the purchase and financing, and didnt find anything regarding permaplate. I called DJ and we went back and forth a few times, he sent me a document with a sentence highlighted out of context. He highlighted the section that says Damage due to rips, tears, or burns is limited to the cost of reconditioning rather than replacement. but he failed to see that this section only applies to Interior Leather and Vinyl NOT FABRIC.I contacted permaplate directly and gave them all of the information about my purchase, they replied and specifically confirmed that permaplate does not cover damage to fabric seats.I called my finance person, Wei, and asked to cancel and refund the permaplate warranty. He says cancelling it is no problem and to stop by anytime, and anyone in the finance dept can help me cancel the coverage.I arrived at Honda West and asked to speak with Wei. He wasnt there. Eventually I spoke with someone and after explaining my whole situation, he says its not possible to cancel permaplate. We went back and forth and ultimately he said I have to come back when Wei is there because theres nothing he can do, and its impossible to cancel permaplate.I asked to speak with a manager and met Danielle Oiknine. She promptly had the finance rep fill out the Permaplate Cancellation Request Form (which supposedly didnt exist 15 minutes ago...), I signed it, and she made me a copy. She says the value of the permaplate warranty will be applied directly to the principle of my loan within 90 days.After numerous emails and phone calls, it has now been 136 days since I signed the cancellation document and I still have no update on if or when I will be receiving the refund.PERMAPLATE DOES NOT COVER FABRIC UPHOLSTERY. I was blatantly lied to several times, and even after they offered to help me cancel and refund the warranty, Im still in the dark. Im not asking for any free stuff or restitution for the hours of time and miles on my car that Ive spent trying to sort this out, I just want my money back for the warranty I bought that doesnt actually cover my car.
They did an outstanding service for my car on a Saturday and I didnt have an appointment. Very satisfied with the service
