My previous experience WAS great, but since then I was looking to trade my vehicle in for another vehicle from them. They seem to only give the run around now. I tried to call multiple times and nobody wants to return phone calls! They are no longer at the location.

I didnt make a lot of money didnt have a lot of time on my security job but it depended on me to have a vehicle and you guys got me and my mother into a 2012 Ford Focus and she still has it no major issues ! You guys go out of your way to make sure customers leave happy especially the manager ! That is why I took my fiancé here to purchase a car since we have a baby due in a few weeks! And we desperately needed one she didnt have a co signer and Im temporarily out of work and doesnt make all that much a hour but you guys got us into a low mileage dependable car with a low monthly that wont break our backs trying to pay! we want to thank you both of us ME AGAIN customer since 2015 we love our Nissan Versa WHAT 54k miles ? Jason and Daniel were cool... Honestly I was iffy about this place at first. I purchased a car and had my mechanic look at it today. Turns out the car is A1! No problems. My wife and I are pleased.Update... they rigged my AC with speaker wire ... smh they are dishonest and I put about 1500 in mechanic fees only 6 months into into having the car! Thank God someone stole the damn car, blessing in disguise smh... because I’m too tired of paying my mechanic for one thing after another. I only wrote a good review because they begged me too.

Poor customer service... Cars Are Not worth the price they are trying to sell them... The female receptionis was rude over the phone and in person... Once I found out they do in house financing I understood why they operate the way they do... Which is not for me...

I almost bought a car but it started to crumble before I made it home!I took it right back and asked for my money back. They gave me all but $200 back. I just let them steal the $200 because court fees are double that.If you need a car and cant get financing contact Right Size Funding and ask them for a list of dealerships they work with.Have a nice day.

Nobody else could get me a car with a repo on my credit report. My FICO was horrible. Everyone else turned me away or wanted almost 1/2 down..I got the car I wanted with the down I could afford and pmts that made sense.. I got there by bus, I left in my new ride :)

I went there on a ad saying bad credit no credit just bring to pay check stubs and $500 and you drive away .so i go there fill out the paper work .they say im app was aproved .i tell them ill back on payday to get the car.i come back they lose my paper work .tell me i have to fill out more .but i have to go to work .so i fill out paper work again .ill be back when i get another day off to get the car so i come back and they tell me they cant do it because i work part time .im a manager at my job .them pay check stub said 73 hours because i was sick that week .false advertisement waste of time so i went to newport thte same day and got a car .bad bad waste of time

I dont even give one star !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. The first day i drove off with my vehicle white smoke was coming out i called them right that next day to tell them for 3months straight i took the vehicle in for plenty of times and they never did anything to it finally they checked it and motor was garbage they sold us a messed up vehicle!! yet they dont want to pay to fix it! Vinny is bullshit he always says hell call me back and not once has he ever called me now im stuck with a loan paying a vehicle that does not even work VERY UPSETTING.

The male owner is nice but the rest of the staff are extremely rude .

Sold us a car problems from day one promise to trade us a better car they would take the car work on it several times same issue and be charging us for the repairs we paid nearly $10.000 the engine blew still trying to get $1.100 out of us for repairs, my suggestion is find a used car lot that will be fair the blue book on the car they sold us was $1.809 we paid just under 10 grand wanted more, greedy people

The advertising is we can finance everone no one turned down.....not true...false statement...beware of their false advertising for all credit accepted and we will get you finance...they put my application on line and was picked up and approved by one of their competitors and was approved by them before I got home from Aloha sales....sad that I had to call them for the decesion they would have never called me to inform me of the loan status

Buyers beware they are very shady company I was late on my car pay ment they called me once while I was asleep and than repoed my car like this when I was on my way to work I literally called the police because I thought my car was stolen, they are no professional at all they could have been courteous and let me know they had the car I missed work and they had my purse my wallet my groceries they are thugs!!!!
