Mario! Aka super Mario has been seriously THE best!! Never in my life have I delt with such professional, comical, and a honest salesman/boss. He was very very helpful and worked with me on getting my car and what made me happy! Jeyme! He was such a great great guy too! He was friendly and was honest with us as well! Our salesman was fine and helpful, but the manager was very rude and refused to get back with me. We made several emails and calls and made an offer on a vehicle and then said they sold the vehicle without notifying us at all. They said our offer was too low but we made it clear that we were willing to negotiate our offer. I don’t want to bash our salesman, Santo, but whoever was the manager was very rude and unhelpful. The manager asked for information on my bank account before he would send us a video of the vehicle running. Would not recommend giving your business to this establishment.

Saw the 2009 Volkswagen advertised on their website as $5769. Called to confirm pricing and that I would have $0 (implying I will not be paying for the car in cash). I emailed inquiring about the car and was told $5769 as well. We arrived at the dealership and they asked me if I was financing or paying cash. I told them financing and the short Indian owner said $5995 (already a difference in price). We said down to do the paperwork and they kept throwing this paper in my face and I just so happen to notice that it said $8995. I asked him about it and he went to the manager and the manager said that was the cash only price? No where on the website does your prices say pay cash. Not once did you mention the price will be higher when I finance.Sleezy

Two Salesmen/Owners/ Crooks came to a location that I have my 36ft RV parked to show and sell. These to characters thought they could strong arm me regarding my property by low balling on a as is sell, they continued with telling me they would give me some cash and the rest in a check. I repeatedly told them I dont except checks from anyone as they continued pulling out blank checks, business cards, and cash. They had a Good Cop Bad Cop team going with me. Obviously, they arent used to women standing toe to toe with them. According to many others these crooks are Stagers in there on business and business they conduct with others outside there car lot. Waste of time. Mario the Manager contacted me regarding a labor day/end of year sale. I was in the market to purchase a Mustang they had. When I advised him I live in Albuquerque, he was no longer interested in explaining to me what the details of the labor day sale was. He said he would call me back shortly but never did. Thats too bad because I wouldnt mind making a trip to go pick up that Mustang.

Bought a car from here 2 months ago today and the alternator went out. The alternator was bad when I bought the car and I didn’t know it. It had a problem starting and they assured me it was because it had not been driven in a while. It never stopped doing it. Today my battery light came on out of nowhere right after that the check engine light came on and the car shut down. In the midst of driving with my 3 and 4 year old on a busy street. I called in and they said if the alternator was bad it would have shut down completely at the lot. It seems to me they know how to rig the car for it to seem okay to purchase and when your stuck with the note and the repairs they don’t care. Do not buy from here.

I do NOT recommend buying a car from here unless you are completely desperate & can’t get a car from anyone else. They sold me a car with major electrical issues & refuse to take ownership of the problem. Had to get new brakes within 3 months of having the car, tires are next & speakers blown out. I don’t even feel comfortable taking the car back to them anymore, who knows what they’ll do to it after we went back & forth, I don’t trust them & nothing will be resolved/fixed. Only do business with this place as a last resort, they are awful!

Hello everyone. I usually dont like to give people bad reviews since I know lots of people used reviews to buy now.... But when some business false advertised and asked to filled out and application online and tell you everything looks good and to come down, Knowing......you have to drive five hours and more!!!! to tell you. Oh you are first-time buyer?? also car that was advertised is not there. Then drive you to another dealer to get rid of you . Thats not nice!! I really hope people read this so it wont happen to them.

Terrible dealership 👎👎 I bought a car the first week of March and had to return it 3 days later to there shop because the check engine light came on I came and pick it up a few days later they said everythings fine and fixed on the car its ready I picked it up and all of a sudden a week later the check ingine light came on again so they told me to take it to the shop the mechanics couldnt find anything really wrong to perform on there was nothing wrong they said and to me it didnt make any sense in the mean time the car went another week or so to see if the car was never going to have that check engine light but it came back and so on and on again so after about 3 weeks later I ask John to see if I can get my money back the1000 $ and get me of this contract he said hell see what he can do and but never did nothing he didnt call me back or absolutely nothing they knew they sold me a piece of junk this dealership is a complete fraud national car and truck Auto sales is a joke they sold me a lemon they patch cars together and sell them which is wrong and didnt do anything for me 😡 I do not recommend this dealership I bought a car from car max got a better deal but this dealership no thanks.

Beware!! Purchased a 2009 Ford F-250 in late June 2019 and dealt with Jacob. We had some minor issues before (and major issues after) singing the paperwork.. the trailer hitch was stuck and we asked for it to be removed, the spare tire was missing, the only set of keys for the truck were lost somewhere inside the office over an hour after we finalized the paperwork, we were told a warranty was included in the final purchase price and it wasn’t.Jacob told me to come back to the office to retrieve a “brand new” spare tire, from the repair shop they also own not too far away, about 2 weeks after the sale. I arrived and the tire was loaded into another vehicle of mine that I was driving that day. Upon seeing the tire that evening for the first time, my husband told me it was no good and was dry rotted. No additional resolution came of this.Jacob had also told us to bring the F-250 into their repair shop on Flamingo and Boulder Highway so the mechanics there could try and remove the hitch. Before the final sale, he promised this would be able to be removed and assured us that they could take care of it. We brought it and they could not. So now we’re stuck with the hitch.Mid-July the F-250 started having major issues. It began with my husband, while he was driving back to Las Vegas from Mesquite. The truck’s oil pressure sensor popped out of the side of the engine because there was 2 gallons too much in the engine.. verified by another certified mechanic we had to pay. This was from when their mechanics performed an oil change pre-sale. This issue caused a chain reaction where we soon after discovered that a fuel injector was bad. After changing all the fuel injectors with a certified mechanic, we are finding there are more problems with the engine.Both myself and my husband had been communicating this all with Jacob and the last we heard, he was supposed to call us back and let us know if anything could be done. Especially since he had given us his word that if there were issues “a few months” after the purchase, we could give him a call, that it was no problem. He seemed like such a nice guy but it was too good to be true. He stopped returning our calls and we don’t know where to go from here other than contacting an attorney, which we will be working on this coming week.The truck has been driven for less than a month and of course we are still making payments on it, but also continually dumping money into trying to discover what is wrong with it.If I could give no stars I would.UPDATE: The F-250 has been with a mechanic for 6 weeks.. I posted a photo of the melted piston that was discovered by the amazing diesel mechanic my husband has been working with. This mess of a truck has so many pre-existing issues that the mechanic has been using the repairs as training for a diesel program he runs. $4,000 (!!!) later and hopefully my husband will have a running truck.. 8+ months after purchase! Shame on you National Car and Truck Sales!!

They seemed nice at first but due to my lack of car knowledge at the time they sold me a car with lots of problems (which I did not know). They did not offer a test drive (I should have asked for one.), the car had the check engine light turn on day after driving it off the lot. They supposedly offered a warranty for any fixes to be done to the transmission, but they messed up the mileage paperwork voiding the warranty. I could not afford to fix the car which left me screwed. I had to surrender the car, ruining my credit. Please avoid doing any business with this company.

If I could give this place a negative I would.All I can say is Buyer Beware!! This place is a total scam and the cars they have for sale are pieced together well enough to get the car off the lot.I attempted to purchase a 2007 Chevy Impala from National Auto and Truck Sales and within 8 hours of owning the car (only driving the car 7 miles to get home), the check engine light came on. Once the car was checked out by a master mechanic, it was discovered that they had not only removed the thermostat from the car but their mechanic also bypassed the thermostat and rigged the engine fans to remain on at all times, keeping the car from getting to operating temperature. Not only that, the coolant hoses were poorly fastened which led to a massive coolant eruption and leak.Lastly, Kathy is probably the worst person the walk the planet. Not only is she disorganized and pushy she is scandalous and corrupt. She will make you regret you ever wanted to buy a car. After everything my family went through with this car, they revoked the contract but refused to give us the name of the bank (financing) and/or give us our deposit of $700 back.I smell a lawsuit...

I bought my chevy 2010 equinox from here they acted like they were good people selling a car to a single mom in need of a car. They said NOTHING was wrong with the car . Said features worked but when I got it home features didnt work. They said idk what to tell you. And seemed irritated. 3 mo later the car stopped working. They offered to have it towed to their mechanic for more money. Come to find out a sensor went out. $700 later which I was told by the mechanic that fixed it this was a issue before I purchased. Of course this car place didnt care even when I called balling my eyes out. Said there was nothing they could do. 3 mo later another sensor and another $700. This time family mechanic fixed and found out this car was jacked from the beginning and I got scammed by the dealership... so now I have no working car and down 1300 dollars. I will NEVER buy her nor will I send people here to buy a car they dont care about you they just want your money!!

They do not care about their clients in any way Kathy likes to be the so called manager but she has no idea how to even run a business the way it needs to be ran. You can clearly tell by their little small trailer very unorganized. I use to refer people to their business and now I am ashamed of hearing what my clients had to go through with them. I just bought a 2006 trailblazer..nothing was wrong with the truck when i bought it..shortly after the check engine light came on and the gas gauge stopped working..the owner has been very nice and has been taking care of the issues with the truck..with very low cost to me(bought used and as is) most dealerships wouldnt care if they sold you a lemon but everytime i call and say i need something it is taken care of right away! i would recommend this place..even being a smaller dealership they treat you right and make sure that what they sell you will be a long term vehicle.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!This place is a complete and total SCAM. All of their sales people and the OWNER IS A SCAM ARTIST. I purchased a vehicle from them 2 weeks ago and now the car is pouring out antifreeze fluid. I paid $5100.00 for this car and I have not even received the title for the car yet. Prior to me purchasing the vehicle the sales man told me that if anything happened with the car within the first 30 days they would repair the car no problems. When I took the car in the mechanic check it out and told me it would cost $240, (keep in mind the mechanic also attempted to tell me he could do the work on the for $150) then the sales person and the owner took the price up to $500 then took it up to $800. They even asked me for collateral (jewelry, purse anything of value like I was at pawnshop). All of this to repair a $40 water pump on a car that I was promised absolutely nothing was wrong with. The sales person known as MR. DENZEL came and found me at another dealership and told me to come to his because they had better, affordable and dependable cars. I was totally -P.O and just because I am a woman they tried to make the problem sound more than what it really was. In the mist of me watching the mechanic check to see what the problem was he pretended that he speaky no English, but all of a sudden spoke English very well when he tried to give me his number to fix my car after hours. I am a single mother and it is hard to come by that kind of money especially because my kids have serious medical issues and I needed a dependable car to get me to and from work, dr. appts, etc. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

I just bught a truck with this guys, and i was scared too, to come to them, because the bad reviews but they had the truck that i was looking for, i put everything on the table, so the first thing i told them about the reviews, and the new finance manager told me that the old personnel was making the dealership bad news because they didnt care and the owner wasnt aware of that,so now the dealer is running under new management,so they put everything in writting and they are so respectfull and they care about the car been 100 % safe and they help you with the downpayment and they get you the better deal from the bank,so i was scared but now i will recommend this dealership to any body, now the owner gets involve to make sure his business is running 100 percent with customer satisfaction, so big thumbs up guys.
