511 is not a cheap clothing store. They have good products and wide selection to choose from. The staff is usually on point. The thing that is the most irritating for me is, when I walk and get asked if I need something specifically 4 consecutive times. It’s not like it’s 4 different associates but it’s the same one. I mean, really??? I try to stay positive but at times it’s just frustrating!

Flew into Vegas from Minnesota and needed some tactical training gear for my wife and I.5.11 Tactical had just what we needed for our Defensive Handgun Course out at Front Sight Firearms Training Institute.We put our gear to the test and couldnt be happier with the quality and comfort of their shirts, shorts, pants, and boots!

Husband works for their warehouse in Manteca any time we are out town he has to find 5.11 store... And basically give them back their money from his paycheck

Terrible experience. The rude employees were more worried about masks than running a business and making money. The way I was treated actually made me DELIBERATELY AVOID spending money here. I can’t believe 5.11 would allow such incompetent kids run a store! I was hounded by one kid, maybe a shift supervisor or assistant manager, whose behavior was jsut out of line. Creepily following me around the store to check my mask and to tell me to hurry because they were closing. Terrible salesmanship dude. The store was messy and the details not minded like it had been in the past. There must be new management that is taking the culture of this store in a poor direction.

Every time I go in the services always exemplary. The employees are very helpful and they arent just worried about making a paycheck they will actually converse with people which is needless to say a very rare case nowadays so if I could give more than five stars I definitely would. Terrible experience here today. Very disappointed with this store. 1 young many was helpful and trying to take care of the whole store while two women just mucked about. When asked questions, they had no idea about the 5.11products and /or just guessed. We left the store angry and without making a purchase.

Its no Kitanica in terms of quality, but they make some pretty good low-viz carry gear. The company has come a long way from the shoot me first! cargo pants and Fudd vests they used to have a poor reputation for. Overall, knowledgeable staff.

Staff is a bit standoffish and intense in terms of non verbal dominor. Over priced items found throughout the store. One gets the impression you are standing amongst tactical used car sales man that use patriotism as a vail to sell items. Get ready to be amazed by the checkout experience at this location. You will often have side bar conversations occur with sales associates and passive aggressive words thrown your way. Its is a bad location and most likely sales associates thinking they are helping customers when in fact they can leave a very bad impression on first time and returning customers. Buyer beware.

Could have better prices, just because most of you clientele is military or some type first responders doesnt mean for you to charge an arm and a leg.

Prices high, lack of sizes as I think 5.11 like to choose who appears in their brand (women wise), but enough to leave satisfied and happy. Lucky I fit enough of their ladies designs. Staff are great.

They carry the majority of 5.11 Gear and Clothing.They carry the largest selection of sizes, styles and colors of tactical pants and polos. A good selection of shoes/boots. However they charge way more then most any other purchasing source. I think being so close to the Strip keeps their prices above average.The 5.11 Cooperation (Not this location) in general has gotten greedy and cheap in their quality of most anything they put their name on. I miss the old 5.11 before they became trash.Besides pants and shirts, most of their items don’t hold up to rigorous wear and real duty use. 5.11 has become a company for dudes that drive lifted jeeps that never leave the asphalt.

We had an amazing experience at this 5.11 store. Great friendly service from Vanessa and the team they made the sale personal and we could have stayed chatting for ages. Really recommend this store.

Ive loved 5.11 for years but Im extremely disappointed in this store and the fact that its not standing behind our constitutional rights as US citizens. I expected better from a store of this kind.Fortunately the one in AZ still respects our rights!

My wife and I visited the 5.11 store several months ago. Sandy purchased an awesome coat and we were told that a great sale would be held on 5/11.I contacted the store on May 11th (with my list of all of the items I had been anticipating purchasing for several months) to check on their hours and the sale ... the employee that took my call I formed me that the sale ended yesterday (May 10th).What a crock. I am not happy about this at all.

I really like their products. Great store. The staff was friendly but I felt like I was being watched more so than being helped. Never really showed any concern on what I was there for. It was more so like they were suspecting something. I was looking for a new EDC bag. I ended up getting a bag and I love it.

If you enjoy tactical equipment, this place has all of your gear queer needs. However, its location makes it a pain to get to unless you were already heading towards the strip. Employees are super friendly. Unless you absolutely need to get your hands on something before you buy it, I suggest checking out their website. I gave them 5 stars because the gear Ive bought has been solid.

My issue was resolved. Thank you 5.11.Went into this store a few months ago. Got me two pair of Jean pants one black one blue. The black pair blew out in the crouch 2 months later the blue pair is still going strong. Went back to the store and showed the manager. He told me that it was my fault that the material failed and now stuck with a $65.00 pair of pants with nice ventilation for my boys. Thanks 511 for making bad material and charging me an arm and leg. $10.00 Walmart pants hold up better.

Worst experience I have ever had here. 😔. I get that things are rough right now, but I come out of my way to come here because I normally get an abundance of help, but not today. No greetings, no can I help you. I had to seek out 1 of the 3 girls to ask a question... she gave me a weird look, said she didnt know what I was talking about and walked away. I was looking for 5.11 Cirrus pants. Right now there are not many pant options, for business casual for women, unless you like slim/tight legs.

Big selection of tactical gear, would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in need of patches, bags, clothing.

First time there one of the guys knew exactly what I needed. New to this and they were very helpful and honest. I don’t know about the pricing but that’s not my concern. Excellent staff.

Very friendly and helpful even with my return

Went in to buy some boots for my job after visiting other stores. Right away I was helped and the salesman asked several questions of me before making recommendations. Of the three pairs suggested, I chose the ATAC 8 Side Zip boots. I have worn them for one week on the job and they are some of the most comfortable boots I have worn in my 35 years of wearing this kind of footwear. I also got a flashlight at 75% off. Great deals and I will shop here again.

The manager in this store let a person cancel a gift card we had in our possession.. That card was given as a gift for Christmas. They took the money off of it 114 days after it was purchased because the giver decided he didnt want that person to have the gift anymore. She didnt use it yet. The card was in her name alone and in her possession. The manager took the money off the card and returned it to the buyer who requested it. WHO DOES THAT??? WHO LETS SOMEONE TAKE AWAY CREDIT ON SOMEONE ELSES GIFT CARD WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE??? How embarrassing would that have been for her to go shopping and find out the card had a zero balance instead of the 250.00 that was given to her for Christmas.. Do not buy any gift cards from this store.. You cant trust them. Corporate is working on resolving this, they were blown away by this action, not to mention the pettiness of the giver.

Seriously love this store, its a little pricey but completely worth it. theres things here that you just cant get anywhere else. The baddest gear. I usually buy the taclite pro pants. Its got pockets all over the place theyre really sturdy and are made out of the best materials. If you dont know about 5.11 tactical, youre missing out!

Nice store but their products are not made of the quality of material as I would have thought for the price they are. I got a range bag that cost $100 and it was 600d nylon which for that price youd think it would be 1000d. The setup of the bag itself is great though and was almost everything I wanted in a range bag.

We went while they were having a 25% off everything in the store -which is a good thing because its not cheap. But they offer extremely high quality clothes and tactical gear -the best you can buy! Almost everything made in USA, and I liked that!

Always love 5.11, top quality stuff and their stores are well laid out, generally there is a really nice and helpful staff. Their sidewalk sales are THE BEST time to buy because you can get deeply discounted stuff. If you havent gone, what are you waiting for? Go for it!

I bought a hydration pouch here and ran into issues. They will not accept exchanges or returns on anything 3rd party. So, do not buy anything here without the 5.11 logo on it if you at all care about that. Frankly, there are too many alternatives to ever give this store another look. Good bye!

Very beautiful store with all the products. I didnt enjoy at all to buy there because I am International and has international credit card. after found what I wanted to buy, and after a few credit card related errors, where I was charged 2 times, I payed in cash. They said they had returned the money to me. After arriving back from my vacation, I saw that I wascharged a third time- even after paying in cash. I am sure its not the persons in the store but something with the credit card system had a problem because the seller said its not the first time. Hope to get my money back. Be careful with your international card or pay by cash.

If youre in EMS, fire or LE you already know a out 5.11. If you need tactical style clothing for the desert or range, this is the place. Their gear isnt cheap because it is quality and will last. I have had a pair of EMT pants for 10 years and the material is just starting to wear.

Store is nice, they have some cool gear and clothing. Customer service is non existent, they would rather stand around wacking each others pud with their tacti-cool buddies telling big pew-pew stories. I was looking for a product and asked the stewardess for help and he said yeah its over there as he pointed to a spot in the store. So needless to say I probably wont be going back.

Good store a lot of people to help out. Selection is a little limited compared to online store but that is to be expected. I dont fully agree with their return policy, which is only unwashed and still with tags. But other than that great experience.

Poor customer service. Walked out after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Amazon is better, and cheaper for the same products!

They have great womens strike pants with rip-stop stitching. I got them for outdoor hiking.
