My son needed a new mattress, and I wanted to make sure he got good value for his money. So I took him to Mattress Firm. I have bought my last three mattresses from Mattress Firm, 2 of them from the Super Center at 6515 N. Buffalo Drive. Today’s experience with our salesman, Chuck, was excellent. It was my son’s first time buying a mattress, so Chuck explained the different types and styles, let him try all of them, with no pressure to pick any certain one. They have every price range of mattress there. So no matter what your budget, they can help you. My son even qualifed for the 0% financing and was able to get the mattress he really wanted. One that should last him 15+ years.

Matteses ended up nk being there after a 40 min drive to the warehouse. However the graciously upgraded and took care of me. Great customer care. The mattress look and felt amazing.

I have some physical ailments so it was very important for me to find some thing that could hopefully help. He gathered as much information as possible in order to show me what might work best for me and my conditions. I never felt rushed at all. I was already frazzled from things going on in the day and it made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was very conscious of my budget and made sure he gave me realistic options. Buying a mattress can be stressful; you need make sure you get the right size, right firmness/softness, right price, how do you get it to your home, new sheets, etc. It all adds up and can be overwhelming causing the buyer to put off this decision. Well my wife and I have been married for 4 years and finally decided to upgrade from a full to a King, especially now that she is pregnant with our 2nd baby. (I know, we should have done this upgrade before). The store manager Chuck hooked us up, got us a great deal on a new mattress and base, included a discount on a twin for our 20 month old boy and included free delivery and free set-up for our new mattress. The mattress is easily the best mattress I have slept on in my 30 years on this planet, even within the first few nights I was adjusted to the bed and sleeping very comfortably my wife as well. She has utilized the adjustable feature and elevated her feet. I know investing into a new mattress can seem daunting and stressful, but trust me, its worth it and it truly is an investment. If you go to this specific Mattress Firm location and have the great pleasure of working with Chuck and his team you will not regret that investment.

I just moved to Vegas to start a new job. Tired of sleeping on an air mattress but obviously have a limited budget to purchase a new mattress...I called in and reached Kevin, and Im so glad I did!! He took me through an intake process to understand my needs, preferences, budget and actually found a perfect solution for me. Im really impressed. Im in sales, so not dealing with a pushy sales associate was so great...but the difference here is Kevins sincerity in helping me, not inflating their products. He made it very easy to pay and I got a great deal. Ill always call them first and refer others!!

Platinum delivery...not so platinum. They dont take away your bed frame? They will sell you a bed frame but dont take yours away as part of their platinum delivery service. Seems counter intuitive and should be clearly stated. If youre going to call it platinum there should be a bit more than delivery and set up. They should tell you how the base works, maybe press some presets on the remote and tell you how to set the memory. There are no instructions or at least they didnt give them to me. The rest of the experience was alright. The delivery guys were nice enough and sales people were...well, sales peopley. They were nice. Im glad I only have to go through this once a decade!

Because of the virus the stores are closed, so I went to the web site and did some shopping and picked my mattress and box spring combo. Its getting delivered tomorrow which is Sunday. We purchased the Beautyrest Medium Pressure Smart Plush from David at this location and was very pleased with the sale. David was not a high pressure salesman, he was easy to deal with and allowed us freedom to roam the store. The matress is very comfortable and perfect for my hips and back. No more pain. Bought a mattress during quarantine over the phone and it was pretty easy. Talked about what I was looking for, paid, and could pick up the same day. Simple

They sell used mattresses! Make sure to ask if the mattress is new (unless a used one doesnt bother you). If it is marked clearance, it is their way of stating that it is used. I made the mistake of buying a clearance mattress. I had only slept on it about 7-10 nights in a six-month period, but when I moved it after that, it fell apart. Thats when I noticed the yellow tag that stated it was a used mattress. If you like the Mattress Firm, go to a regular Mattress Firm for a new mattress, but my experience with their clearance center turned me off Mattress Firm completely.

Abel was great to work with, giving us a great deal on the best quality mattresses. Dont risk buying a bed online, try it out first and get informed in person. Honestly, you arent saving any money going the other way
