Arsh (Anthony) is a rockstar!!! Hes probably one of the easiest person Ive ever worked with for anything. The moment I walked in with my girlfriend, he stopped everything he was doing and gave his full attention to helping us. I told him that we were in the market to purchase a new mattress. He asked us what our budget was and I didnt let him know rather I wanted to see what was available. Using our old mattress as a reference an older Beauty-rest hybrid he recommended some in store for us to try. He went through the whole process of what makes a quality mattress and the type of systems that are built into them and how it determines their price ranges. When we finally set on a particular model he told us that he could check out his system and find us a great deal, and he did! He was able to find us an outlet/clearance mattress right from his desk and saved us the drive to the clearance store. Overall I was really happy with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly service. Arsh was really respectful in our budget and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Hes amazing. Ronnie and Kevin were great, they made it very easy for my girlfriend and I to choose and purchase our first king mattress! They gave us information, space and a warm welcome. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our sleep will never be the same!

I came in to buy a mattress, I told the store manager, who was my sales person, that I didnt need a box spring with the type of bed, but she said with this mattress I did. So, I bought the box spring. When it was delivered, and I put it on the bed, it did not fit. It was so tall, no one could get on it. I called the store that day to let them know and was told I could return the box spring, but that I had to do it through my salesperson who was not there that day. I called everyday for 3 days before finally getting a hold of her. When I did she said it would be a 20% restocking fee AND a $99 pickup fee. After expressing how upset I was at being sold something I did not need and said I did not need I agreed to drop off the box spring myself. Because, what choice did I have? When I reminded her that she told me I needed it, she said you signed the paper. I should have listened to myself instead of trusting someone who supposedly knows more. I will be sharing this everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both the salesperson and the manager were rude and useless. Never go to this location. My husband and I went in to see what the next steps for a warranty claim were. We wanted a mattress that was similar to what we had previously purchased, but I was told they no longer make them. Fine. They didnt give any suggestions as to what was similar. I was then approached by the salesperson who told me my husband is not a small person and then proceeded to ask and guess his height and weight. He told me that we needed a mattress with extra coils to accommodate him. My husband is very tall so I understand why he would bring up the topic, but the way he went about it was rude and disrespectful. The manager told me to not worry about the price I pay for my new mattress, to just pick one out and then we can figure out the details after I decided. I let them know we had both been out of work for a while because of covid and we wanted to try to stay within the price range of the store credit we received and the salesperson pretty much was done with us from that point on. I told my husband I was ready to go and the guy just walked away. The manager and the guy who was there were silent the rest of the time we were there then didnt say anything when we left. The biggest waste of time. Awful and I will never go back.

I never write reviews, but this was an unexpectedly great experience and the man that helped us deserves some attention. Charles Howard was the gentleman that assisted us with choosing beds for our daughters. He was intelligent, extremely helpful, and not pushy or made it seem like he was trying to sell us on something we didn’t want. He helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range and we received great quality beds and great service. Like I said, I never write reviews, but he is truly good at his craft and made us feel very comfortable.

I had an over all pleasant experience today at Matress Firm. Francis helped me over the phone as well as in the store once I came in to test out the matress. She recommended a different, better quality mattress once she saw that I wasnt all that thrilled with the quality of the first one I originally called in about. I ended up getting a different one that was way better and it was also on sale for 50 percent off so it was a steal. It is so comfortable even though it is brand new. I cant wait to break it in.I also want to compliment the guys at the warehouse the most. Unfortunately I had no no one to help me get the mattress home and there wasnt going to be any next day delivery so I wanted to go get it myself. The guys were so nice putting it on my car and tying it down for me. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and kind and he made sure it was on sturdy and wasnt going to move and I made it home all the way across town..Thank you Matress Firm!!

We had a very nice sales person. We just arrived into town and rushed down to get a bed right before closing. We were disappointed to find that the location was only a show room and that there were no mattress available that time of night. We were so tired from the long drive that we would have bought one for sure. It was obvious we lost interest when we heard this, but the sales person. Still showed us around and was so knowable.
