She was very patient with us hearing this was our 1st time bed shopping in a long time. Very helpful on educating us on the differences of all the mattresses. No pressure at all on what to get. Diane was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to properly describe the differences and even though the exact model we ordered was not in the store she did her best to help us figure out what to order. She encouraged us to shop her competitor (across the parking lot) and see what was available. So we went next door and we were treated with no respect by the only salesperson in the building and 0 customers. So we left and came right back to make our purchase! Go Diane!!

I called asking if they had any king box springs available for pick up. Letha I think her name was, i was able to do the transaction completely over the phone and she directed me to on how I can pick up same day or not even an hour later I was able to pick up the box spring I ordered from there main warehouse. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I suffer with sciatic nerve pain so it was time to make a big girl purchase. I looked at alot of places before choosing mattress firm as I assumed it would be too expensive. Kevin was helpful right out of the gate, he was helping another customer but somehow seemed to be very attentive to us both. He had me try almost every bed in the room but never pressured me into a thing, he also introduced me to a hybrid mattress that I fell in love with. Mattress was out of my price range but Kevin did all he could to help get it to a reasonable price and MF offers great 12-36 month no interest financing. I made a huge investment in myself, customer service was great, and I dont pay until after I receive my mattress, felt like a win. I will come back and edit after I receive my mattress but I expect nothing but great sleep!

I needed a box spring. Max quoted me a price of $150 over the phone for their cheapest one. After arriving, he showed me other options that would be a higher price but better quality. He was very helpful, not pushy at all.They had an option for delivery but I opted to pick up my box spring at their warehouse so I could get it the same day.Overall great experience. My wife and I bought a king mattress and adjustable base from here and it has been the absolute worst customer experience Ive ever had. The delivery guys dropped off the bed and base but didnt put the base together properly and it broke on the very first use. They didnt put all the pins in the base so it shifted when trying to use it. I called mattress firm to ask for help and after days of arguing they said that they can bring me a new base. We have now has that base for 2 weeks and its already broken again. The metal they use for the brackets that mount the hydraulic arms to the frame are too thin and weak. This is 100% poor design and cheap materials so they can increase profit. I wish I would have just ordered something online instead of wasting my time with this joke of a company.

Was the first time i bought a mattress in my life. Ash was very patient with me throughout the whole process. She walked me through it all and brought out all the educational material on the benefits of different materials and styles. I don’t think my experience could have been any better. The whole experience was magnificent and would highly recommend coming to this store and finding a great deal with Alex.

I purchased a mattress last year and it caved within 7 months. I went to the store in person to try and fix this issue with them regarding the warranty. The told me to try online, which I did and was denied a replacement mattress. The didnt tell me exactly why it was denied, they gave me a list of 15+ reasons of possibly why. I have tried and tried to fix this issue but they have been no help. Id say go across the street to a locally owned store to Best Mattress.
