Does this place have a good supply of beauty and hair care products,...yes. I get my hair color here and its cheaper then other places. But something that you have to know, is that this place gets ripped off a lot as they post pictures of people who stole things from them on the door and walls which makes you feel a little uncomfortable, also it is not a safe area after dark, especially if you are white, but if you go during the day and are not afraid of someone possibly stealing next to you, then you are good

HORRIBLE the staff never know where something is.. very congested they follow you around in the store. Never have what you want in supply. Its very interesting how they treat ppl of color (patrons) and their workers. They have this whyte guy who has this fake accent (if you will) go behind the counter. And when this former employee was behind the counter the lady said, what you doing here? This place has a huge turnover rate. The employees look as if this is their last resort job

Find most products here for my hair. But because there are minimal beauty supplies for ethnic hair in LV there is a larger cost for some items mainly liquid products.

Gotta get there when they open, and thats early. (about 8:30-9:30 am) Where you can get in and out. Customer service is awesome, always have been too me.. Need more clerks at the register.. Like where do yall hide at??

The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and willing to assist me. He knew the exact layout of the store. However he was not able to answer any product usage questions.

There is homeless people that hang out there. Once youve interested the store the homeless are breaking onto your car.

For them to be a warehouse they do not have a lot of beauty supplies and thats really it supposed to be a One-Stop shop in regards to the keyword Warehouse you also do not have any reward programs set in stone for your like your guaranteed regular customers that come back to you.

This place 9 times out of 10 has whatever i need and prices are very reasonable...worth checking out ....

This is usually a great place for all of your beauty supply needs, but this time, they were out of stock on quite a few of the items I use, so I ended up having to go to another store. I will try them again though because as I said, my experience has always been very positive with them.

They rarely have things in demand in stock they are understaffed and cluttered with the things no it girl needs or wants to buy

Scary place... not at all what expected. Finding hair conditioner was difficult then only three choices. Didnt have basics for body cleaning either. Pretty much concentrate on wigs and hair extensions. Crazy

They had a guy. A white guy help me find a weave.ILL SAY THIS, EVERYONES FULLY CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB I HOPE.But how could someone who doesnt wear weaves give me any input it all about them.They were nice though.They dont have the right type of people helping with the type of situations we need help with.Nothing RACIAL about what Im saying.I think Im better suited getting assistance from a guy who wears weaves or a woman.Im just saying.Dude didnt even know what color 1B was! Need I say more?

This is a very good place to get stuff for your hair and wig and hair extensions try them out you cant go wrong I give them a a+ Im on average.

Store is fine. Well they didnt have what I needed but the young lady made an attempt to find it which I appreciated. I prefer this location rather than their other location on Maryland. While Maryland store is larger, they dont have the qualified staff to assist you. This location does and thats the reason I keep coming back here.Beware the parking lot is being resurfaced, lots of construction and limited parking.

Pros : Very good selection of lashes for cheap. This is the plug for lashes. Everything is organized into categories ex: ponytails, accessories, products. Lots of braiding hair colors to choose from if you like to get adventurous with your hair.Cons : Small store, all hair is behind counters where u cant really even look at without help from employees from store which honestly makes u not even want to get anything (but I understand because its in a kind of trashy area) parking lot is bad so make sure u drive slow because lots of potholes.I wouldnt necessarily recommend it but I guess if you just need basic hair for like braiding or something it works, reasonably priced 👍

The employees that are there are nice and very helpful if you are looking for the specific hair types and what your hair needs when it comes to moisturizer, hair food, shampoo, Gel and lots more. The prices can get a little high. For the most prices in general they stay at a pretty good price.

I love coming here because there are so many items to choose from. Although this past visit I was a little disappointed with some of the hair colors not being available and when the staff member came to assist he was not helpful. Although he tried to make us laugh with his corny jokes I still didnt`t get exactly what I was looking for (red and green hair dye). Prices are very reasonable.

I have been driving to this location from BC for 3 years straight....Hands down my go to place for my wigs etc. I love this location out of the rest for their entire staff is friendly and they make a point to get to know their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure you walk out happy!! Kudos to them for keeping customers always wanting to come back....

I could not find what I want it is nice. They have good Eye brow pencils. Foundation creams Were too dark for darker skin . it is not for me have to go to the malls to find what I want or on the Amazon They are very nice people tried to help me. The owner was very nice.

Pretty easy to steal from. While I was there, I saw people stuffing their pockets with extensions and hair dye. Amazing the staff dont care, they look the other way. Short on cash and need supplys this is the place to go.

Just got accused of stealing by one of the cashiers as I was checking out and paying. She was saying it as if it was FACT that she saw me put product in my back pocket when it was just my phone. I took off my jacket and showed my pockets and - nada! I was very taken aback by this and will never come back to this place again. Never even got a simple sorry.Make sure you 100% *truly* SEE a customer stealing before accusing them and making them feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope she gets reprimanded for this because false accusations are bad for business.++Adding because I nearly forgot that Im fairly certain this cashier also tried to overcharge me when I asked how much this Kiss New York clear brow gel was. She scanned it and said $15 when its likely only $5.99 - $9.99 like the rest of that brands brow products at this store. Pretty sure that is illegal..
