The employee literally locked the door in my face as I was trying to walk in. 12 close time and 12:02 locks it in my face didn’t even have the common courtesy to ask what I needed or if it was a time staking purpose not like you go to these places to browse around usually you have an issue/emergency that needs to be fixed. My simple fix that could have costed me more time without water to my house could have been passed if the employee simply asked what I needed. Customer service here this day is less then perfect.

These are my go to guys if I dont have time to waste looking for something that Home Depot doesnt have or carry. Great service.

I went in to get a peice to fix my bathtub handle that my daughter had broken off. I gave the tub handle to the cashier and showed him a few pictures of my tub faucet to see if he could help me identify what peice I needed in order to fix my handle. I told him I’m not sure what brand it is. He looked at it for all of 10 seconds then said he didn’t recognize the faucet/handle and if he didn’t know the brand he could not help me. He refered me to PPC (Plumbing Parts Company). I didn’t want to drive al the way across town to PPC so I started doing some research in my car and then noticed the Moen symbol printed on the inside of the handle. So I walked back in and said ithe brand is Moen. He immediately dismissed me and stated that it was not a moen and that he has 19 years of experience so he would know. When I showed him the Moen symbol stamped on the inside he stated “That is the hot/cold symbol that is on all faucet handles, not Moens symbol, like I said before, you need to go to PPC.” So I went to PPC. PPC immediately noticed the Moen symbol stamped on the inside of the handle, pulled out the Moen illustrated parts book and found my exact faucet set up with all of the parts and the part numbers. They got me what I needed in about 3 minutes and I was on my way. Don’t was your time going to Ferguson just go straight to PPC, they are far more helpful and more professional.

Always helpful employees, but they never seem to have the random part that I need.

Needed a very specific gasket for a very common repair of a Briggs toilet. Three trips to, The Home Depot and once to Lowes with no luck. They all recommended Ferguson Plumbing for hard to find items. Went finally today and Bingo, Eureka, problem solved. The staff was very helpful without the usual attitude you get at some of the pro shops. Very happy with Ferguson Plumbing supply. My new place to go for all my plumbing ideas and or projects.

Ferguson triple charges the regular homeowner customers if youre not a construction worker or certified plumber with the account they will triple charge you for all the parts and pieces that you want I paid $20 for an ABS fitting when it would have cost $8 at Home Depot this place is a rip-off if youre a homeowner dont go here

Even though my tub drain was 16 years old and rusted Ferguson plumbing supply had a almost identical unit that worked. Very friendly service and great prices. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Google says it closes at 1pm on Saturday. Not the case. They close at 12pm. If it wasnt for Joe staying open a few minutes late I would have been out of luck. Google and Ferguson need to get the times of operations fixed.

Google states you were open..Unlike the other locationswhich stated they were Closed.I drove 30 minutes to find youwere in fact Closed...Needed a part for an A. O. Smithwater heater... Very disappointing...Can change review once I can getparts from you and hot water...
