Called to ask questions, they told me to drive to the showroom. Drove 30 miles one way to the showroom; receptionist (sitting directly in front of the door) never acknowledged our existence. Stood chatting with an employee. We waited and waited till the other employee told us we couldn’t speak to anyone because they were shorthanded, all we could do was wander around the store, but that we should really call and speak to the help desk (which had sent us to the store). Unbelievable waste of time. I thought that based on how much more expensive they are than ordering it elsewhere, that they must have great customer service - was I ever wrong! Won’t spend my money there.
Expensive but lots of upscale products that justify the prices... Quality products is all they offer. You get what you pay for.... Not replacing anything they have here because it broke like the cheap brands at the box stores...
Could not reach them on the phone, called 3 times in a row..Gave an extra star for their reply... but i had to drive there to see that they didnt carry what i need at all.
My wife and I set an appointment to look at appliances. Sales guy was nice enough, we had a lot of questions and he had some answers. We asked for pricing and were told that he would send us an estimate. Took 6 days to get an estimate and I emailed some questions back and took a while to respond. I felt like either we had the sales guy on a bad day or maybe they just don’t want our business. Their showroom is great. We went to RC Willey, who also carry SubZero products. Pricing was given to us when we asked. We bought a SubZero fridge and a wolf range from RC Willey. Service and install could not have been better.
My husband and I decided to make an impromptu trip to Fergusons today to start our bathroom re-model project. When we arrived, we didnt have an appt. but the Ferguson associate, Sherree, was very helpful! She invited us inside and made an appt. for us. She also provided a lot of good info about what to expect when we have our design consultation. A+ for customer service overall!
Warning. Buyer beware. I placed my order and paid in full on Sep 1, 2020. It is now Feb 11, 2021 and we are ready for delivery and I am being told that our appliances are back ordered. That is a joke. When you pay, the process should start. We have received zero communication from our rep about any delay and I was under the impression that by paying, the appliances were already ready to be installed. Especially since its been 5 months. 5 months!
Very nice showroom.Very high end appliances. Very very high end prices.I took off 1star cuz one time I had a quick question about something and the person on the phone was veryun-helpful. In fairness it was A Ferguson probably not this exact oneI do not remember what location I called.I did all the verys on purpose:)
Gal on the phone was extremely nice, tried to help all she could, couldnt help me, but she spent 20 minutes looking for the specification information I needed from Delta that, as far as we know now, apparently doesnt exist.
After nearly completing our master bath remodel, it can easily be said that Ferguson helped make the process a bit easier. Great showroom to allow us to see and feel what we were contemplating. Meline was amazing with us through our entire remodeling process. She had great recommendations, guided us to the right choices based on our initial thoughts in order to make a final decision and knew when it was imperative to make decisions for us when we didnt know or were not sure what to go with. The front desk person, well... lets just say she nearly lost them a star but we will keep this review positive only! Thank you Ferguson!
I cook & bake alot, so when I had a choice to pick my appliance package through my builder, I spoke with a rep who told me Kitchenaid has accurate cooking & baking. I paid alot of money for Kitchenaid which was the worst oven I have ever owned. I was sorely disappointed! The Kitchenaid oven cannot bake bread on a good day at all, dont even attempt it! All baking fails in a Kitchenaid oven with burnt edges and completely raw in the center and the biggest problem is the heat sensor that dies in less than 1yr so the cost of repairs 2-3x per year is going to cost you greatly. I had the oven replaced 1x and the heat sensor replaced 5x within 2yrs. So given this expensive problem, I searched for a sales rep who had knowledge of all the oven brands, for both cooking & baking. I found many reviews on Yelp about Vince Bodnar. People were raving about his knowledge, that he asks you questions to pinpoint exactly which oven will suit you based on your cooking style. It was all true! Vince had a wealth on knowledge about ovens. I was very impressed. He recommended 2 brands for me. This gave me options and I was able to compare. For me, I chose the Wolf oven based on its reliability, and I never have to use the repair guys from Appliance Rescue or Desert Appliance ever again. (Dont buy any oven that requires the use of those companies. The worst customer service EVER!!!) Vince helped me to select which model of Wolf oven to buy. Vince set everything up very quickly. He arranged for someone to come out and measure to be sure it would fit, I got an oven that matched with my existing appliances and I rapidly had my brand new Wolf oven. It is gorgeous and I love it already! Dont go cheap, it will cost you in the end, avoid my mistake and get the Wolf and dont use anyone else but Vince. He knows all brands very well and he will only recommend the best for you. I hope this review can save someone the expensive problem I had. No matter what you buy, use Vince he has the knowledge to help you.
They have an amazing show room with just about everything someone can think of to put in their higher end kitchen and bath. The sales people are helpful if not super knowledgeable they are reasonably so. Purchasing from the store is quite easy. In fact, we spent about $20,000.00 last year on bathroom remodeling items. And that is about where the pleasantness ends – and the bulk of the problems we had focus on the ordering and install. We had a simple task of ordering a drop in cooktop and vent to be installed before thanksgiving. We went into the store on November 2 – shouldn’t be a problem. In fact, we were assured it would not be multiple times. We showed the sales associate the images of our kitchen with the tape measure and he directed us to some nice cooktops no problem. Rang us up and we were on our way.In short, we had issues with: 1) Their ability to correctly order the items, 2) Scheduling the install, 3) not checking the appliances prior to the install for damage, and 4) not taking reasonable steps to secure alternate appliances in a reasonable amount of time.My 2 cents, look at the stuff in their show rooms. Order it somewhere else. Then find your own installer. Ferguson’s can’t be trusted to do it right. It’s a great cooktop though. Dacor makes a good one.
No stock, regular pricing, sales person didnt follow up.
Great job Milone K. Very knowledgeable, diligent and treat all customers small or large the same. Great selection and showroom presentation.
Beautiful store with helpful staff. Very high quality at a very high price.
Excellent selection, great service, and every friendly and knowledgeable
They never contacted us with a quote after our visit. Then I followed up with an email and still no response. I imagine the rep didn’t think we were serious. Just really odd.I purchased everything at Monark whom I visited the same day as Fergusons and received a quote the following day.Just strange.
Went to the show room near flamingo and 215 and had suzan to help me. Very unprofessional and rude. She also dressed with a mini shirt that could see her underwear. Horrible. I was going to buy 2 valves and a jet tub and left to never come back again.
Bought 2 ferguson brand toilets with vince/salesman who was very helpful. after installation, 1 toilets water kept running. called same plumber who stated that tanks flush value was defective. after contacting ferguson, they graciously upsd a new part immediately & agreed to pay for plumber to install. its great to know that there are still companies that stand by their products and customer service. you will find knowledgeable sales people, great variety of products at ferguson!
Loved working with Terry!
