He quoted me and the price was fairy& I recommend this shop very professional and ready to assist in all your vehicle repairs. I was having a bad day until I walked in there. Took my car into AA auto care. Juan was absolutely amazing. My car was leaking oil, it had been in the shop 3 times. I took it to AAA Care Plus on Rancho all 3 times. The vehicle was leaking oil tremendously. I have spent $3.300 for all of the repairs on my car. Juan took the time to find out where the oil leak was coming from,reviewed all of my invoices and discovered that the work that they claimed to have done was never done on my vehicle. Shaun was also amazing and gave me wonderful advice on how to handle the situation with the other shop. After all of their help I asked Shaun “ what do I owe you for all of your help?” He’s response was “ absolutely nothing “. I can’t tell you how much their help means to me. After dealing with a shop that kept charging me and creating more problems to have them truly care about my car meant so much. They have a customer for life ! I will only take my cars to their shop. I can’t thank them enough!

Renee was very professional with helping me with my needs of my car. I definitely recommend having your all your car needs done here. Very polite and kind. I’m gonna be telling all my friends and family about this place.

AA Auto Cares friendly service patiently helped solve and correct the problems with my cooling system that were preventing a smog test and re-registration for my trusty old 2001 Rav4. As a semi-retired school teacher whp cant afford to just blithely drop my car off at the $$$$$ Toyota dealer, I so appreciated their efforts to help me get the job done with less expenditure, plus their driving me home and picking me up were so appreciated. Juan, Renee, and Gabrielle were awesome in helping, and thanks to all the mechanics too ! I will return as needed.

Place was great. I got my truck service done there and they were fast and helpful. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing a mechanic. Ill definitely be bringing back all my vehicles.

The worse experience I’ve ever had been experienced, going to just get a synthetic oil change. I ended up waiting 3hrs, then was told I have other issues including brakes and Roters replaced and they wanted to charge $450 when there was a coupon for $129 . Also, I asked about buying the parts for my oil pan since there’s an Autozone next door to the shop, and the manager said I had to go directly to the dealership and there would be no warranty for labor after purchasing the part from the dealership. I called Volkswagen dealership on speaker, and they advised that the cost to replace my oil pan would be $350 with warranty. They are a rip off and try to take advantage of single women such as myself. I would NEVER do business with them again, Ever.

Taking my minivan here was a nightmare! I gave them a vehicle that needed some belts and the rack & pinion replaced, they gave me back a vehicle that was leaking so badly it wasnt drivable! Apparently they had changed the transmission seal in their general maintenance and created an enormous leak that emptied the transmission fluid in 2 days of light driving!! I brought it back to them asking for them to fix the leak and after 5 days they said there was nothing more they could do unless I replaced the whole transmission! My husband did some research online and determined that if he changed the axle shaft, that would help the problem. It did. My husband is not a mechanic, yet he was able to save us $3000 by not allowing this rip off shop to talk us into a new transmission for a van that has no transmission issues!!! Stay away! Go anywhere else!!

Do not take you vehicle to AA Auto Repair. The mechanics there perform fraudulent work and over charge. My car was in their facility three separate times for suspension repair and still is not fixed, after being charged over $2000. Additionally, they misdiagnosed the issue with my door, then decided to fix without approval thinking I would pay for the repair, and acted like they did the work out of good faith. Now, in addition to the unfixed suspension, my door is broken due to their negligence and they refuse to return my calls to even fix the door they broke. The district manager, John, refuses to return my calls. They scam people continuously and after reading several complaints on the better business bureau (obtaining a failing rating), this is a common practice for them. Buyer beware.

I called ahead of time for a service. She confirmed availability. By the time i got there (10 minutes later) she told me the person is gone and he will be back in 1 hour. Big waste of my time. Will never be back again.

I’ve been going to AA auto since 2018. I do all my car work with this company. Last summer (2019) I had an issue, my car a/c Was not blowing cold air. I paid for a service and they (the location on centennial and loose) were able to fix it, however with summer (2020) approaching my car is having the same issue again. I called the location at centennial and loose and explained the issue, expecting my service to be paid for with warranty considering it had been less than a year Since the initial service and the warranty is good for 2 years, I was informed that they only keep record for six months and I wouldn’t be able to have the service done unless I had a copy of the receipt. (I was never told this so silly me threw out the receipt After the service was done) so I decided to call AA on Ann and 95 and before even meeting me Thomas was EXTREMELY helpful over the phone! I brought my car in and he Stopped what he was doing to take a look! Thomas was able to help me fast and easily, he was extremely nice, very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend this location. The costumer service was phenomenaI, i definitely plan on staying with this location for My future car needs! THANK YOU THOMAS!!!

Everyone was extremely nice there. And John went the “xtra” to help me out which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back there again.

Excellent insurance coverage with superb roadside assistance, great customer service at a fair price.

After calling and being told when to bring my car in, when I brought it in the next day as I was told, they said they had no personnel to work on it. They also, rudely, told me they never told me to bring it in as they never have the personnel on Saturdays. I would never deal with them because of their attitude.

I got the Supreme Maintenance Package and a Smog. It look less than 3 hours for them to call me to pick my car up. Goodyear gave me an estimate of $182 +Tx to change my transmission fluid. AA Auto Care gave my car fuel injection service, transmission flush, oil change, brake flush, power steering and coolant flush PLUS tire rotation, air filter, adjust brakes, balanced the wheels and a vehicle inspection - with the Smog Cert the cost was $319.

George was absolutely amazing! He took the time to show me issues that had been missed by other auto places, and explained everything wonderfully! This is the kind of place that cares and wants to help you, and made sure I got the best price for it. Super friendly staff as well, clean building too!

They took great care of my wifes car. Professional, quick working and helped me find the appropriate economical solution for her older vehicle! Ill be taking my mustang in next.

These guys are awesome here i was traveling from California transmission blew they helped my family so many ways treated my kids great even though it’s a mechanic place... ac was on restroom clean workers were friendly manager was great... I’ll definitely be back to see them again for car issue i come across while visiting Las Vegas and they drove me to my hotel instead of using Uber or Lyft thanks guys!!!!!
