If you have to get an interlock system on your car this is the best place. Chip is really quick and helpful. Took very little time for the install, and my monthly visits are very quick. They were also cheaper than some other places. I highly recommend them!

It’s not fun having a breathalyzer in your car, but if any company can make you feel relaxed and comfortable it is smart start. It is pretty affordable compared to other brands. I had to start coming here last year in December and have not had any problems! Smart Start is the best business you can go to for installation and upkeep. Calibration is always quick and easy. Installation took half the time than intended. Chip is great!

Ive been going to Smart Start for two years now and have had nothing but excellent service every time. Chip is very personable and very quick with the monthly calibrations. While having to go in once a month is a pain in the you know what, knowing that Ill see Chip every time and that hell make the process will be quick and pleasant makes it not so bad. I wish more businesses were run like this one. Very professional, great customer service. These guys really know what theyre doing. Chip, the shop guy, is always working hard, often doing 2 or 3 cars at a time to keep waiting time low and always with a great attitude. Joey, the new manager, has a great disposition and gets personally involved with any issues you might come across. Having to take care of a monitoring device can be annoying enough, these guys make it easy and painless.

No one in customer service ever knows what’s going on and they also charge you for things you did not do and when you can prove it, they once again do not know what is going on. Once again, a company all about money. I can say service tech chip is amazing though, in and out.

I had a Smart Start breathalyzer in my car for 2.5 years. There were 2 separate occations where the device malfunctioned and I had to have my truck towed. Smart start never reimbursed me. There was also an instance where the device locked me out for 30 minhtes after eating a tangerine which made me late for work and I was charged $25 for a lockout fee. There also arent many places open on weekends when you need to get your device recalibrated. Despite these instances, this company is still one of the better options out there from what Ive heard.

I chose this place because it was the cheapest, and easy fast service with great guys, make it even better.

If you have to have monitoring, this is the place to go. Nice employee, and hes good at getting you in and out fast. But as theres only 1 person working, you might have a wait. Only down side is its closed on weekends.

I just got the ignition on May but on 6/21/19 - I was running around doing things I need it to do. my last stop was at Walmart with my sister and had no food in my stomach so I decided to eat a protein bar...after eating the protein bar I started the car and when I blow on it it said violation !!! So I’m not feeling secure with this ignition in my car I didn’t drink any alcohol so why is this machine saying ( violation) so everyone be careful with this divice. All this report goes to dmv and the court so can you imagine how scary this is.
