They do not do nationwide electronic reporting to the dmv. Took 2 months, many hours waiting on hold, and $900 for them to tell me this. They are a scam company. Once your locked into their contract you’re screwed. Good luck.

Let me start by saying, I only had the interlock in my car for 3 months and They charged me over $900. This business needs to be closed. They have a lot of hidden fees in there contract but make it seem like you are only going to pay for installation and rent for the device. Customer service is terrible just to get the device out of my car, I literally had to blow there phone up to get an appointment. The whole company is very unhelpful and treat you like you a felon. I am a good hearted person but that business needs to be shut down ASAP. I dont want anyone else to deal what I dealt with.

Make sure to ask about all the fees!! I specifically asked by the phone if those are the only fees that I have to pay ($69 monthly and $100 one time installation fee) and the guy that I spoke with said yes! When I went for the installation while I was reading the contact I saw other fees and I asked the guy that was already installing the device in my car, what are those fees and he said that’s already included in the monthly payment, so I signed the contract.I see a charge of $7,99 and I call customer service and she’s telling me that I had those fees in the contract, I told her that by the phone they told me $69 monthly and $100 one time installation fee and the guy who did my installation told me that those are already included in the monthly fee ( which btw he works for this company so he should know what kind of informations he should provide!). Not even to say SORRY about the confusion or anything after I repeated her couple of times that 2 people that work for the company told me about only 2 fees, she keeps telling me that she doesn’t understand why I complain since anyway I pay a better price comparing with other companies on the market and she doesn’t know what I want from her, have a good day and hung up !I regret signing with them because they are LIARS and intentionally they are hiding these fees from you!DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!

The events that I had to go thru today with this company and their services. After many unauthorized charges and failed attempts to try and charge my card today was the last day I will ever do business with them. Not only did they refuse to remove the device they held onto my keys and refused to give them back!! After I called a tow truck to get my car towed to my hose (keep in mind I have title with my matching name and address on my ID) they called the tow truck company I called after seeing them tow the vehicle and told them I was stealing the car!! The cops were called and the business “corporate” called my phone and told me “this isn’t Taco Bell you can’t bring your gang to hangout here” & “this is america this is how we do business this isn’t Venezuela” and after all this and hours of going back and fourth to the moment the cops arrived they told the cops we had threatened them and finally after removing the device they left and after trying to start the vehicle we realized they did something to prevent it from starting after getting the car further inspected we realized they had cutt the wires so the car would not start!!! This is one of the most unprofessionally ran businesses I have ever come across!!!! I wish I could give 0 ratings and post picture and videos from today!!! Shame on you guys for running this business they way you do and how you try and just scam people for their hard working money

This was a very bad experience for me and skyline made it worse. Unresponsive to my problem that their equipment did to my car. I lost a lot of money doing business with this company.

Wow! This is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Customer service is rude, unresponsive, unprofessional and outright liars. They charged me much more for uninstall then the install on one of my devices. They have hung up on me multiple times. The wait times on hold are worse than if your on hold with DMV. The calibration tech was rude and judgmental towards me multiple times. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the tech to show up to calibrate my device the first time. Then, I was 4 minutes late for a calibration appointment once, and he told me he could charge me a fine for being late. I believe they have a lot of work to do to become a legit business. Unfortunately, they focus on fines and money over everything else. I cant wait until I dont have to deal with this place any more. Do your research before you choose a breathalyzer company.

My initial experience with these companies was a nightmare. Then I called skyfine USA. They were able help me every step of the way. I actually dealt with a real person, not an automated system. Their prices are affordable and their devices are awesome. I had nothing but issues with intoxalock and they had soooo many hidden fees. If I ever needed any service or had questions I would call but it took forever to get through and the people I spoke with were always rude. Skyfine made this entire process quick and painless. I would recommend skyfine USA to everyone I know.

The worst ever. I been waiting on the phone for an hour. Because no one would answer. Finally when someone answered gave me an attitude and hung up on me after I told them my frustration with their poor communication skills. I was calling countless times and left voicemails because my car was going to be locked out. And the response I get was “stop calling me” because they are in sales even though I been communicating with this person for a year now. Please do your research before wasting any money on this company. Can’t wait till I can get this off my car! I had two friends who dealt with a diff company who were way better then this one.

The office manager lady was really nice and helped me with my paperwork. The nice thing was that all the pricing they gave me on the phone was correct on the contract and no hidden fees as the great salesman mentioned to me on the phone! He was even kind enough to give me no charge for my installation on my Toyota Corolla! Bless you guys!

My experience with SkyFineusa Breathlyzer has been that the device is very simple, easy to use. You just press the button, blow, and start the vehicle.great service from the young lady who assist me with my papaerwork deserve 10 Star

If I could give less than a star I would. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful, and they do not care to help you out. I called 3 times, for them to tell me 3 times someone will call to help. Guess what ? The call I actually finally received after 4 days of me calling them, was we cant do anything, youll have to tow it ALSO, I just gave these people 300$ so we could remove it and they charged me this morning for something Im done with. This company is a JOKE, they overcharge, charge without permission (to a card they didnt have authorization to charge), didnt refund what they said they would(we had to call the bank) and they didnt try to work with me in anyway to help with anything when it was their device that killed my battery . Do your research before you have to choose. Trust me this company isnt worth it.

I’ve had 2 DUI’s in the past and had to use other devices. Not happy having to have another one but I’ll be honest this is the easiest DUI machine I’ve ever used. Only makes u blow into it for 2 seconds!
