I had called to make an appointment to get my tire fixed because it has a nail in it. I havent been to the store before, normally the one I go to is off of flamingo. Which is where I bought the tires. I waited two hours for them to tell me that they didnt have the socket to be able to remove the lug nuts on my custom rims. What I dont understand, is that the gentleman came out to check my tire saw my custom rims, and then check to see if they had the tool. I even told him that he needed to have the right socket. That the store that I had bought the tires from, had told me when I bought the tires, that I was very lucky that they had one. So because so because they had failed to recognize that they didnt have the proper socket for my custom rims, I wasted 2 hours when I could have been working. I had to make an appointment with the store that I originally bought the tires from, but this is another day then Im riding around on a nail in my tire. Not cool, I definitely dont recommend this location, I would go to the flamingo one. They seem to know what theyre doing

Horrible services, lied to me about not being open but yet serving other people!!!!! Dont not come here unless you are someone they know or they will refuse service. And all I asked was to put air in my tire. Discount tire needs to to be aware of how their employees are representing their company. Lost business forsure!

With military discount they could not be beat.3. Go back to Discount Tire and work up ur order. Push the button and buy them.4. When the tires are in they call to schedule. I just drove it there in the morning ang used Uber.5. The work is impeccable and timely.IF U WALK IN AND TRY TO DO THIS U WILL WISH DIDNT....

I would like to say this location has some excellent customer service. I don’t know much about wheels and I called them and they helped me out a lot! I was dealing with Chris and he is very respectful and very helpful. He even walked out of the store when he seen me park out front to help me and greet me. I was very pleased with Chris’s service! The wait is also really quick I had 4 tires changed and it didn’t even take an hour. Prices are really nice here too! I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back for any future problems!

Fair prices considering todays escilating prices. purchased 4 new Michellin tires . Best wuality ride nice. Discount tire was busy, proffessional. Very curteous, most of all we left car there overnight, picked it up first thing next day. Would recommend to a friend !!

I’ve had a minor leak continually in my tire and finally decided to get it fixed. After driving around to a couple different tire repair places I ended up here.I was politely greeted by Jesse and helped by Chad. They examined the wheel and determined that due to rust (1967 Chevelle) on the wheel, it was wearing the tire out and created a crack that was leaking. They buffed our the rust and polished the wheel. They then ordered me a new tire and had it installed quickly.I’m very happy with this location. Clean, friendly and quality service.Thank you!!!

Great place to go! I busted 2 rims on the road behind the shop and the staff was very helpful. My car has been having continual problems and I almost felt unsafe driving it, but when I got a flat tire a week after 4 new tires, they were helpful and even changed my spare for me. I always call this place to see if a price or a quote on my car is a good one and I’ll always take it here if theres something they can do for me.

When coming here to buy there nice but if your coming back with an issue they tend to blow you off. Took my truck here had a warranty on my tires had a nail in one asked to have it fixed guy said it didnt need it wasnt leaking yet when I went out the next morning my tire was flat.

Very busy location, especially 08:53 am on a Saturday. Customer service was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Price was fair. First time at this location so unknown usual turnaround time. Estimated completion 45 min, finished in 12 min.

First and foremost, they had the tires that were needed. Verses the other three local tire places that were called to firstly check their stock and pricing. Granted, my tires are 20, but I was in and out in under an hour, with a decent price paid for two tires.The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Of which is always a bonus. Even in a very specific niche.

I stopped in for an air pressure check and was greeted by a friendly service technician named Martin. He checked my air in all four tires and answered questions I had about a tire light that was on in my car. He informed me on the cause, repair costs, and time needed to do it which was great! Thats the kind of info I look for when planning auto repairs since Im always on the go and scheduling appropriately is very important to me! He was so personable and knowledgeable! Martin made a great impression and made me experience great for the short time I was there. Ill be setting up an appointment to get my minor sensor repair with this location because of the wonderful treatment I received as a customer!😊

They are not honest. Get a second opinion. Had a flat and was going to go out of town the next day. Spoke with Jeff the manager on the phone and he assured me that if I dropped it off that night it would be ready the next morning. I came in and spoke with Drew. He told me that the screw in my tire was right on the edge and would likely need to replace the tire. He said he would ensure it would still be ready. He told me he would call me first thing. He did not and my wife had to call and get an update. Ended up leaving 3 hours later than I thought and they were horrible with communication and timing. While waiting in line, I heard Drew tell 2 other customers the same thing that they would likely have to replace their tires due to where the flat was. Seems a little suspicious to me. Will never go to this place again.

Mason at the Discount Tires-Durango location is outstanding! He was patient and very thorough when it came to dealing my unfortunate situation. Mason was the middle person between me and a shop that did a poor work on my car that caused it to be inoperable. Mason remained professional when dealing with the repair shop that was being difficult. Mason kept me informed during the whole process, which was appreciated. I was glad I brought my car to Discount Tires and had Mason to deal with through the process. He was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable with a process that was unfamiliar to me. He investigated the problem and got my car back up and running with safe tires and proper installment of my rims. I am a mother of 7 year old twins and I want to make sure I am driving them around in a safe vehicle. Mason made sure that happened and I am very grateful to his amazing service he provided to me. I will definitely refer my friends and family that are in need of new tires to discount tires durango due to the outstanding customer service I received from Mason. I have been a Discount Tire Customer for years. Today I met David Guzman and he put air in my tires and looked at a light on my dash to do with my tires. I was told originally it was a bad tire sensor and the dealer had to fix it. David took the time got in my car pressed something and honked my tires and the light was gone and everything fixed. David is so awesome and so very knowledgeable and so kind I will only have him do my car. He didn’t even charge me. Everyone is wonderful at this location but DAVID went above and beyond to help me. Came in yesterday to replace my tires everything was good at first but i notice that my tire notice light was on since im near to there place i call them and ask why is my tire notice light on i told it shouldnt be like this they said its normal it will go away if i run it far but now my front tire was completely flat and now its sunday there all closed. So disappointed about there service!!!

I’ve been going to discount tires for many years but this was my first time at this location. I had a great experience. Zach explained what needed to be done while taking my budget into consideration and not making me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I had an appointment and was in and out quickly which was much appreciated since I had to bring my 2 year old with me. I will continue to go to this location based on the great experience.

Although very busy, overbooked and backed up. My trip was very fast. Just getting all 4 tires replaced. Was quoted to take an hour and a half, only took 30 minutes. All employees were very fast, efficient and professional. I always use Discount Tire.

This Discount Tire is ridiculously efficient!! I made and appointment (recommended) and my car was next in line since I had an appointment. The technicians did a fantastic job. They explained everything they did and informed me I can go to any Discount Tire for air pressure checks and free tire rotation!! The store on Durango has a great staff and they are super friendly. I am never going anywhere else for tires. Great place, highest recommendation.

I’ve been a customer for years and have always had very good service.But today I had an appointment at 1115 for a tire rotation - nothing else. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited an hour and 40 minutes for the truck to even be brought into the bay. For a tire rotation!I asked the attendant what the point of having an appointment was and he just says “I’m sorry sir, we’re really backed up”.At this stage, as I near the 2-hour mark, ‘disappointed’ is a major understatement. When I bought my tires I paid for the warranty - if they charged me for this I’d be livid.Bottom line: don’t schedule anything in your calendar if you plan on coming here for ANYTHING. 👎👎Poor show, Discount Tire, poor show.1:50 - for a TIRE ROTATION!

I had flat tire and they just denied me for not having a appointment. I really needed help but nobody really willing to help and anyone hardly gave me a attention. I was very disspointed and had to drive elsewhere with flat tire(i had nail on tire so it was slowly losing air) They cant even help me for a 5minute like putting more air. Dony ever go here. This happened about 3 month ago.

I pull in to get my seasonal tire pressure checked. The guy equalized all four tires and the told me he found a nail in the tread of my left rear. How much to fix it? He said free!What? Free? Yup! Free! He writes me a ticket and I go inside and the young mans enters my info into the computer and tells me its a about time for a tire rotation. I askhow much? He said free!Anyway I start a new job tomorrow delivering pizza for a living and dont really have any money but I will tip the repairman. The moral to the story. In todays world for a company like Discount Tire to offer these services to the public is a blessing!!!!

You got to rate this A+, my mother tries were off balance and we went to the Gas Station nearby, but didnt have a Tire measurement thingy??. So the person said to visit here. We did and only 1 guy there with a Line. If you didnt know, it was like a fast food line at Lunchtime. But this young man, was so kind. He put in the numbers from your vehicle door measurements, and then he also helps us how to reset the tire pressure sign.Very helpful, indeed. Kind yes he was. 10 + but 5 stars the limit.
