Great customer service. Called ahead to see if they could get my windshield and they said sure just let them now before coming and they would give me an update on the time of arrival and install. They were slammed busy and still very friendly. They have great pricing and great service.

To my car to get my window motor fix and they damaged my window panal and they Immediately said they didnt do it to file a small claim in court...they dont take responsibility for they actions.. they dont even try help by negotiate or discount ... they will for sure hear from my insurance company !

The glass is cheap so is the communication waited hours just to be told they didnt have the glass and it would be even more hours. Walked 4 miles home and they call saying the truck should be done today

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Cheap glass and they dont honor their warranty!! I bought the windshield in the end of February. The car has been parked in my driveway since the whole city went on quarantine lockdown for Covid 19 on March 17. The windshield cracked as soon as we had a few days over 105 and despite their LIFETIME warranty they refuse to cover it. They say something must have hit the windshield, but there is clearly no impact area from anything hitting it. Its just cracked in multiple areas across the window. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They fixed the motor on my window for 150 and 3 days later it stopped working went back under the warranty I thought I had bit they told me now something else was wrong so there went 100 bucks more
