Terrible customer Service. Didnt offer an appointment or mobile installation, just rushes you off the phone. When I got there in person... THEN I was told they had a mobile service or appointments so I wasnt able to get my windshield replaced. Called around, got quote for -$100 less than Kings Auto Glass wanted, installed taxes and all from Charleston Auto Glass with a 1 year warranty included!0 stars for OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS with very rude, very Unprofessional Service. They dont deserve any business if theyre taking advantage of hard working people.Charleston Auto Glass... goes to the same warehouse for Glass and charges WAY LESS!

I contacted Kings because my dealership wanted to charge me $633 to replace my drivers side window and regulator. The window was fine and did not need replacing. Another big name shop in the area told me that “they don’t do that kind of work”. I found Kings on Facebook and glad I contacted them. I was able to get my window fixed here for $150 parts and labor. I would recommend Kings to anyone who needs power window repairs.

I went in for a whindshield replacement and was attended immidietly ! Very nice people And prices aswell . Definitely recommend them !
