Had the power window regulator go out in both rear windows in the Ford Edge and had one motor replace. Juan Estudiante had me out in about an hour, on a Sunday. This would have cost me twice as much, with the company that has that silly jingle on TV. Great work. Great job. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

This place is absolutely the best place ever if you need a replacement windshield put in. I must have gotten at least 6 quotes before calling this place. And this place beat every one of them in price by at least $100. They made a bad situation turn out great. Plus all the other places didnt even have time to get me in right away. As soon as I got there, they were done within 30 minutes. And great service. Really nice workers. If I have anymore windshield problems Ill definitely be going back to them. Thank you guys so much! I dont give 5 star reviews lightly. But let me tell you, this business owner is amazing. We had our car broken into and medication stolen while on vacation in Vegas. He had us with a new window for an amazing price in less than an hour. He also kindly helped steer us in the direction of a doctor. Most importantly he was kind, compassionate, and also funny at a time when we really needed it. These are the times when our faith in humanity is restored!

Went in today to see about getting our power window controller repaired/replaced. No wait...the owner too my vehicle around back checked it and told me it wasnt necessary to fix but that if I still wanted it repaired to get the part and that they would install and that it would be a quick fix. Just ordered the part from Amazon for less than the auto stores or the dealer and will definitely take it back to these guys for the install. Wow! Nice to actually have a repair shop that is honest and isnt trying to rip you off on unneeded repairs. Will recommend Secured Auto Glass to ALL of our friends! Totally made my Day. Thanks yall! :)

I needed a new windshield on my Ford Focus because it had a crack that I had been putting off fixing. I was afraid of the cost, so I decided to call around getting quotes. I found Secured Auto Glass on the internet and called them first. Ash, the owner gave me such a great deal for $150 that I didnt even call anywhere else. My car is not registered because Im selling it, so I couldnt drive it. The guy was at my house right on time and the work was done quickly. I also needed a regulator for my passenger front window (manual, not power) and he quoted $140 if he could get a used regulator. He ended up having to order a new one from CA and he got it the next day at 3 pm. It was $195 for the part and labor, which I had to prepay for. Although it made me nervous to prepay, someone was promptly at my house and did the work fast. He did a good job and even worked while my dad watched. Ash was honest and up front with me. I was very satisfied and I will go back AND recommend this business to everyone who needs it. I dont normally take the time to write reviews, just read them. I am making an exception in this case due to excellent service and the fact that there were only 3 reviews on this business. Thank you Ash!

I just had my back windshield replaced today after my car was broken into. I called Ash at secure auto glass and he had an estimate for me within two minutes, I drove there, he was kind, professional, and friendly, and had the whole windshield replaced within an hour and a half. The price was so reasonable and was exactly what he quoted me for glass, installation, and even a careful vacuuming cleanup job. It’s a very small/casual facility, but they were clean, professional, kind, and got the job done quickly.

The owner is the best. I brought my van to him, he only quoted me $180.00 over the phone. When i got there and we were completing the invoice he realized he quoted me under what just the glass actually cost. He insisted that he would take the hit and only accept $180.00 from me. They were fast, friendly, honest, and thorough. I would recommend this place hands down over any auto glass place in Las Vegas.

My Jeep got broken into the night before I came here and my drivers side windshield was smashed. I called and didnt have to make an appt. I drove over right away, brought snacks & everything thinking that it would take all day. But instead it only took half an hour! And for only 160 too when my insurance deductible was gonna cost me 500.

I had an issue with our motorhome. We were just passing through Vegas, not staying. It is not just that Ash made the repair, made it expedient, or made it inexpensive. He did all of that. But he also loved us like family. We spent the afternoon waiting for the repair to cure and were sad to leave. Next time I am in Vegas I will stop in to see him again, whether we need a repair or not.

The gentleman was a scholar operated with the upmost professionalism took care of my daughter even though I didnt ask him to and his staff was still able to put my windshield information of the cruise in a matter of 15 minutes tops charge me an amazing rate. Can not express in words how wonderful this location is they are the best priced in Vegas hands down the staff not so personable and warm and inviting but they are great at what they do and that’s all that really matters and there prices like I expressed before best in Vegas went to a different location in Vegas when I had an issue with a different window on my vehicle and paid $280 I’ll just say I paid 3x’s less and was out of there in less than an hour best in Vegas

Had a windshield replaced in a 1960 Ford Falcon Station Wagon a few months ago. Many other places told me they couldnt do it because the car was too old. Some other places marked the labor up because it would supposedly be difficult to do. Secured Auto Glass came and did it with a few hours of my call and at a good price.
