Every place I called to get the window in my house fixed was so backed up. 6 to 12 weeks I was told before Home Depot and others places would come fix the window. I believe it took fast glass a week or less and it was half the price. Great company and they really did a great job in replicating the window. So if you ever lucky enough to have your girlfriend throw a death rock through the front window of your house. Call fast glass.

I checked at four different places and not only was fast class than most professional but they were over $200 cheaper than any of the other companies. I use them years ago and I forgot how wonderful they are. They are wonderful! I would highly recommend them and I will never go any place else for glass repair or replacement

Filled out quote online. Still had to call. Played phone tag for days. Then got someone on the phone who gave me a quote higher than quote given online, despite asking for vin number, make, year, and model. Seemed questionable. Asked NO other questions. Set up date and window of time. Took off work. Waited till 4:20 pm (window 1pm to 5pm) Showed up WRONG window. Drove off. Bye. they can order from range rover why would i go through them now or ever again. Steer Clear!!!

I got my car mirror fixed. I went with them cause i cant contact safelife. Also it says they have been in business since 1978.Basically job is SLOPPY. Im pretty easy to deal with but hopefully this helps someone.1.Theres sticky residue everywhere from the seal. Thats not clean. I had to wipe it my self and possibly cut the remaining residue.2.Glass wasnt aligned properly. More visible when Im driving inside. Im even hoping the3.They said they didnt want to stick the car emblem cause they didnt know where to put it. That would have been ok with me but the double sided tape they placed overlaps the logo. Which will attract dust and debris that will stick to it.4. Theres a lot of scratches they made from the job.5. There was a wire sticking out from the spoiler after the job. I personally had to use my keys to push it in.Basically when I had a Jeep Wrangler I paid 250 for OEM windshield from safelite and did a clean job. I paid 360 here for non OEM.

Great option for quick, cheap windshield repairs. I visited without an appointment because I had a small rock crash in the middle of my windshield I was in and out within 20 minutes and only cost me $40. Definitely will use again for future repairs

I 1st scheduled an appointment with Safelite for a morning appointment on Saturday the 12. After I scheduled it I received an email telling me the technician will show up between 8am-5pm. The technician didnt show up nor did the technician/company reach out to me via Email, Text or a simple phone call. I gave it until 5pm before calling about them but, they were closed already. Now its Sunday and again no technician. I called around 12noon but it appeared that they were closed for the day. Now Monday came around and I gave them until 9:30 to reach out to me, that gave them 1 1/2 hours after opening to contact me but, they didnt so, I called them again. I explained/expressed my frustration about my situation and I was told well have to reschedule for Wednesday the 16th and shell speak with a manager about a discount for the inconvenience. I gave it 5 minutes for checking their website for my appointment details and I received a whopping $3.25 discount, what a slap in the face!!! I called 3 other competitors and I found Fast-Glass. I was given a $283.00 quote $100cheaper than Safelite and they scheduled me for the next day. I called Safelite back and spoke with a manager about my situation and he tried to keep me as a customer by offering me a $28 discount but it didnt work, I canceled it anyway. That was my 1st and last experience with Safelite!my appointment time with Fast-Glass was for 1pm-3pm on Tuesday the 15th and the technician Vargas is his name well, he showed up 30min early and was done within 45 min. I was extremely impressed and satisfied that the job Vargas did. Did a good job. Price beat anyone else I called. I did have a small air leak in the windshield after. But brought it back and they fixed it right away no charge, and it was fine. I did however find some of the black sealant they used to put in the windshield on my door and on the frame. But I was able to clean it off.

My window install was far from professional. Besides having to wait two months for my windows... They asked if they could take their masks off immediately upon arrival. I heard them saying cuss words often including racial slurs. There are kids next door so I really didnt enjoy this.. My house was left a complete mess, dust and debris everywhere. Caulk guns left outside along with 3 razors I found. Now thats just the start. They put in a frosted glass window in my bathroom when I didnt want one. They said I signed on it and wont replace it. I did not ask for a frosted glass EVER, I asked for eco glass throughout the whole home. Now since they wont replace it Im here leaving this review, hoping the manager Gene will reconsider. I own two businesses myself and I would never operate in this unprofessional manner.

Took forever to get my windows. The men were very unprofessional and sloppy. They left dust all over my home, they DID NOT SWEEP OR CLEAN UP AT ALL after they were done. They were using cuss words and talking loudly while working as well. This place is very unprofessional, management and customer service is some of the worst in this city.

I was recommended these guys by a friend. I don’t know what she had done because my experience was terrible. It took two months to get my windows. The window install made me nervous I felt like they didn’t know what they were doing and they were swearing and talking inappropriately. Not cute. Once they were done I noticed they didn’t clean up after themselves at all. They left all of the construction dust inside and outside, with no regards to clean it up. I cried because now I have to clean my entire home. Wash all my sheets. Sweep and mop everything. I’m really not happy with how this was handled. Manager Greg did nothing to help solve this. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your windows. This company was all around sloppy.

My appointment wasn’t until 2 and they had openings and offered to come sooner I thought that was kind of them. I had to replace the windshield in my fox body mustang. After several attempts with other auto glass specialists, I called Fast Glass and scheduled them to come out to my house. Vargas arrived at the scheduled time, was very experienced with this old car, and did a great job on the installation. The quality of the glass is OEM. I called, got a totally reasonable quote, and had a new windshield in no time without even having to leave my house. The friendly tech arrived on time and went above and beyond.

First I set appointment on line. When they failed to show I was told by Greg that the online appointments dont always work. A week later, they showed up with the wrong windshield. No big deal, they think, I have all the time in the world to wait around for their 4 hours block of time to arrive for a third time. oh, by the way according to the installer- not my fault man, I just got off vacation...

We had to companies come to our home. They both took the measurements to our shower glass. Fast glass called the next day with a quote. We waited one day for the other company to us. We had fast glass go ahead and order the glass and they said it would take 6 days to get the glass and install .We have yet heard from the other company . We live near a golf course and a really shi**y golfer sliced a ball way off the course and right into one of our windows. Fast Glass came out promptly to measure the glass and then told me 5-10 business days for the replacement. 8 business days later the glass was replaced. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The installer was on time and very friendly!! If we ever have an unfortunate event like this again we will return!

Its easy for a business to be kind to paying customers, but the true test of character lies in how it treats others to whom theres no financial interest. Fast Glass had an incident, which was out of their control, in which their van caused damages to our property. I called to address the incident and even apologized on behalf of the offenders for what happened, but they were unapologetic and unfriendly. They refused to provide any insurance info or willingness to remediate the damages their property had caused. Nor did we receive an apology. The last couple of times we spoke on the phone, they hung up. This is not how a business, let alone a family business, should be acting. Know the type of people to whom youre giving your money.

My fiancee called for a price qoute on one 6 by 4 standard piece of table top glass with the minimum thickness, no tint, no special effects, no beveled sides, no delivery, no bells and whistles period. For tempered glass they quoted me $991. When he heard her gasp in disbelief, all the sudden, he said OH I FORGOT TO ADD SOME DISCOUNTS and it became $650. When she asked if it was possible that they had the most expensive tempered glass on the planet, they qouted her $550 without the tempered.The next place she called qouted her $120... with the tempered glass.
