Brand new customer w/ Drive and Go (3/02/2020) and highly recommend coming to them for people who are self employed due to their easy approval with in-house financing.⚠️YES! you will most definitely be paying more for the car at the final payment of your contract but that’s simply just because in-house, but if you need a vehicle badly especially for working, it’s better than nothing.I was able to walk away with a 🖤blacked out 2010 Ford Fusion that was in beyond great condition, with just minor issues involving sunroof not working due to sunroof track being completely broken, and ABS sensors not working properly but other than those two problems nothing major, car runs surprisingly great! No overheating or anything wrong involving engine and no leaking.Thank you so much Rigo and JJ for working with me to get me driving away with something same day.

Came and got the easiest approval, all i needed was basic things and a down payment. I cant believe I am driving. They gave me an opportunity, deeply grateful, I want to take a minute and reach out those people who really read this things, the reviews. Im sure there is there is a explanation to each people reviews, for the most part seems they where expending brand new cars, but they cant get help anywhere else and when they got helped they find a reason to be ungrateful and complain. I have nothing bad to say just great full and they where really straight forward, and I respect that. I guess what i want to tell you if you are reading this is to try them, ask your questions and they can truly help. dont let your credit situation stop you, they approve me..

Everything was fine when I bought the car, then my transmission was leaking so I was charged $800 to get it fixed with them. They took 3 weeks to fix my car and I paid $500 before my car was even given to me. The same day I got my car back I could not take it out of drive (my gears wouldn’t change at all). I had to turn my car off so it could stay parked & my car no longer starts. They gave my car back with a broken shift cable and tried to fix it with a hose clamp. Credit doesn’t matter to them, but of course it doesn’t when you’re selling trashy lemon cars.

They act friendly but they arent. These people literally try to reel you in by being friendly and act empathetic. THEY ARE NOT. They sold us a piece of junk that has an exhaust leak and the check engine light came on only a few weeks after purchasing. They will try every possible way to screw money out of you if you do a lease with them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. TRUST ME, SPENDING A LITTLE MORE IS WORTH IT.

The friendliness always gets people but please don’t let them sale you a car without asking questions because they will sale you a nice looking car with a bunch of problems and they definitely won’t tell you if the vehicle has problems or not so ASK QUESTIONS before you buy because your money is nonrefundable. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!My wife bought a car here and they know the sold me a lemon I paid 3500 down when we drove off the lot the brakes locked truck started smoking and the AC went out they say they fixed it and they didn’t the ac worked for one day and cut back off I was told if it went out they would fix it free now knowing the Nevada lemon law I will be bringing this to the local news and report them to the BBB it’s 120 degrees my wife is pregnant and they are not willing to fix the truck it’s only been 3 weeks we had this car and it’s so many mechanical issues so all there cars are bad don’t shop here

Great running Car

Came In to drive and go, I got referred through another dealership who promised me they can get help me with $500 down! They wastes 6 hours and finally I got referred to drive and go. When I got there they greeted me with a great attitude and sat with my sales lady and explained the situation, she brought in the manger and they explained to me how their program works, few minutes they gave me options on the cars and got to test drive a few of them, I did not felt any way pressured or like if was being lied to.The process was very smooth and who ever get a timer to read this !! This place is shady af. The cars are junk, the “mechanics” aren’t even real mechanics, and they let people have cars that legit can’t pass smog. The other reviewers are right, they just clear codes to get it to pass and then when you have problems they refuse to fix them and tell you that you have to pay for everything and threaten to repo the car. Please please please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They wouldn’t even let my friend test drive a car without running her credit first!!! That brings down your credit score. Never againAnd to answer your reply, yes I do know your “mechanics” couldn’t fix a toaster if it broke without looking it up online. Your boy there has a coke problem and he talks a lot.

If I could give a 0 I would. This was the worst place Ive ever been to. My boyfriend and I were looking at a car there and we really liked one (prior to reading all these reviews). So we ended up putting a hold on the car so they wouldnt sell it to anyone else or show it. The manager told us that we could get our money back if we decided that we did not want the car. So in the process of getting this car, we find out the bank denied the company and the company DID NOT pass their review process. So here we are, we cant get the car so we decide to back out and go somewhere else (THANK GOODNESS!!) We return to the dealership to collect the money for the hold of the vehicle and they tell us that we cant have our money back. Then proceeds to make up a story that the manager made them write non-refundable on the receipt after we put the hold down. Which isnt true because they wrote it on our receipt as well we just didnt notice. So I called the BBB to see what I could do, turns out this company has an F rating and isnt even an accredited business. Please DO NOT shop here. They are full of lies and scams.

I sadly was working for this company. And I would NOT reccomend buying a car from them. It is the worst possible choice of vehicles and are UNSAFE. They are thrown together junk cars that they are selling to people for $5,000 over the value of the car. They put 2 GPS devices on the vehicles because there whole scheme is to reposses your car. They really dont pass smog they just clear codes and drive it until is okay for smog. I do not understand how its not illegal or they have not been caught for what they do.They fired me without notice or pay. Very low class dealership. I would hope people with standards never buy or work for a terrible place like this.

Every car on they lot is a lemon from frame damage to water damage they forge documents as well as frauded the DMV by passing smogs. If you by a car from them you might as well just give them your money and leave the car because you definitely gone be walking after getting one of their cars. I can tell you all the stuff wrong with my husband car but its so much so I will just say $10,000 to repair a car that your still paying for is a big problem. After looking at all the reviews you will not go to this place. If you bought a car from here file a complaint learn your rights as a consumer.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Bought a 04 gmc envoy xuv from them that in total was 11,000 (extemely high for that car.). I have not even made the 1st actual payment on the car and ive experience problems that should have been taken care of when RIGO told us he was taking it to get an inspection for over an hour.It has been less then 2 weeks. And ive ALOT of electrical issues. Lights coming on and off inside of car. My dash lights(service engine, check gauges and battery light) all came on and off. The truck like back was completely open, i had to ask them to put a top on it cause he tried to sell it to me with a completely open back and no back window for the inside of the vehicle.(anyone could have just climbed into my opencar)The most disturbing this is, since i drive it off the lot it will do this thing where it will stall out and my steering wheel will lock up but all dash lights and radio and everything stays on.. SINCE I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. The dealership knowingly sold me a car that does not run well, knowing how desperate i was for a car. IT DIES WHILE IM DRIVING. i have almost been in 2 accidents ALREADY due to this negligence and may attemp legal help due to my LIFE being put up as collateral just so they can make a sale if they do not comply with the the arbitrary part of the contract.I will be contacting you soon vegas drive and go.

Bought a car with them last year in Oct. Engine light turned on the next day. Took it back and they did a whole tune up (that I had to pay for). Next day check engine light came back. Not even 4 months later the car didnt turn on again. Took it to a real shop and it needed a whole new engine. Thanks! Honestly if you go here you are just asking for trouble. The next day I was there needing the tune up there was 3 other people with complains. Dont waste time or money here.

I was told to come to Drive & Go by another salesman who told me that Carlos would take care of and Edgar. Well I must say very great customer service. In and out they work with you and dont make you feel bad due to your credit. 5 star place I must say!

The experience wasn’t bad. But there were 2 people that made it horrible. I go to the dealer because I’m in desperate need of a vehicle. Let them know what’s going on and what I had for a down (had $1250 cash down) even explained to them can do more in 30 days. They take my info and then as a leveraging chip decide to hold my down payment...didn’t get no receipt because if i didn’t get a car I was getting my money back. They show me 3 cars...a 2006 Saturn(beat up) a 2006 Buick(oxidized) and a 2004 Camry(inside smelled like death) I tell them none of these will work is there anything else. They show me a 2007 Chrysler Sebring(oil light came on when I did test drive) ask them is there anything else because I just left a dealer because of $250 I didn’t have at that moment. They then take me to their “other” lot and show me a 2008 Infiniti(188,000 miles) still looking around I see a 2011 Honda Accord. They tell me $3000 down total for the car. I tell the manager mike if we can do $2500 total down it’s a deal. Look at the car yes it had 162,000 miles on it but it was the best car on their lot. I go back inside and some dude in a cheetah coat decides to tell me I should take the Camry. First off you don’t make my decision. I do. Mike then goes in the back to talk with Edgar who I find out has my money in his pocket like he sold a vehicle. I tell him I would like to try to get the Honda Accord for $1250 down now and $2500 total. He with an attitude says “I NEED $3000 NOW” so because of his attitude I asked for my money back, and next day got a 2009 Maxima. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU FOR ALL YOUR MONEY. Best workers here are Mike and Rigo because they actually try and have a heart. Edgar can care less about you.

LEMON LOT Nightmare!!! Gave 2500 down payment. 4 days later check engine light comes on I take it to mechanic for diagnostic. Needs Transmission. Dealer refuses to fix.. refuses to give money back.i even offered to pay all taxes for vehicle, titling,smog etc... Im stuck with a LEMON. Ugly MANAGER Vanessa very disrespectful gave me a warranty paper but did not file with warranty company. Wow! Bogus. Very forgetful sales people scam artist. ***Report them to the Better Business Bureau ***I bought my car cash. I owned it outright. I didn’t want a car payment.After purchasing it, I took my car to a third party to have an evaluation done. I expect to repair a used car. I was prepared to pay.Some of the repair was covered by warranty (50% cost). Edgar (manager) said that I should use “their” repair shop for repairs since they will be “much cheaper”. So, I scheduled the repair of my transmission, & left them a copy of the report. I asked that any covered repair be done & that I get a quote on the rest. They gave me a bit of a run around, but warranty repair finally got done.After the repair, I took CASH (they accept no other payment) to pay for it, & asked for the parts/labor report, & the 1-yr warranty paperwork.Edgar yelled at me when I wouldn’t take no for an answer. He told me he was not in the habit of providing that information & that he has never heard of it being provided by anyone ever (?!) I refused to agree. A couple days later I did finally receive this from Edgar. (I might have mentioned it was illegal to withhold this information.)Edgar seemed apologetic, I agreed it was a misunderstanding & asked about the quote on the additional repair work the car needed. He asked me to leave the car with him so he could have these evaluated. 3 days later nothing had been looked at. He told me to pick up the car & make an appointment, I did. On May 8th I returned the car, asking that the shop give me a quote on the remaining repair work that German Motors had suggested. 2 days later, the receptionist called and gave an incomplete quote. I pointed out it was incomplete, and she said she would call me back, & called into question why I was getting it repaired with them anyway (?!)I just assumed she was not a good sales person, but was worried about SO much confusion. I contacted Edgar to tell him what was going on, no response. I asked at the office when hed be back. Call back in an hour. I called back in an hour. He is at lunch, he’ll call you later. I pointed out that I had not gotten a call back from the receptionist. They hung up on me (?!) I waited & called back, finally getting the receptionist. The repair shop is done for the day & cant give more info. I pointed out that they still had my car & that it was a Saturday. She replied that the car wasnt at the shop, it was on the lot, & I could come get it if I wanted. (We silently wonder how the shop was going to estimate repair on a car that it didnt have.)I came for my car & asked for a print out of the estimate I had requested at the desk. She said there wasn’t one. I asked how she got the quote. There was a printout but she forgot where she put it. I said Id wait until it was found. She told me it wasn’t her job to provide estimates. I asked her who I should be speaking to instead, & she stopped talking to me. I asked her if I could speak to Edgar. Hes at lunch. I said I was willing to wait, & could she please let him know I was here waiting. She said, “I wont call him, but I’ll text him”. I waited in the sitting area. Edgar soon stormed in yelling at me for harassing his staff. He told me a hand written estimate on a blank page with no letterhead was the only estimate I would receive. I asked how I was being unreasonable. He stomped to his office, said the conversation was over & that I was now trespassing (?!)I left immediately, but was furious. I wasn’t asking for any favors here. I was trying to get my car repaired. I had money to pay for it.**It isn’t that difficult to figure out what kind of business would rather yell at, intimidate, & lose customers than provide documentation for their work & the fees charged.*****DOCUMENT EVERYTHING FOR YOUR REPORT***

I’ve been paying my car for a year now and they are always pleasant. I didn’t really like paying every two weeks for in-house but now I pay when my first payment is due and it works out just fine.

Went down there to check out a vehicle. The vehicle had multiple issues including needing and allignment, motor mounts and rag top was worn out. After I asked if they would fix the issues they said they would and then call me and let me know that I could come back. I havent heard from them since. The worst part of the whole thing was the manager tried to tell me that its normal in the industry to not do a full inspection of vehicles and that when customers point out the issues that is when they fix them. In addition she said it was completely normal as well for a car to sit around for 6 months and thats why it was in the shape that it was in.I am not new to this industry and I know that cars are usually turned around within 90 days not six months. The worst part of the whole thing was that the salesman told me that I had to do a credit application before doing a test drive. This is what happens when they assume everyone that comes through the door is a bad credit customer. I had to tell the salesman to go talk to the manager and let them know that I had outside financing already approved and if I didnt like the car I wasnt going to consider buying it anyways. Only after that did they allow me to test drive the vehicle. No one should come here

I purchased two cars from this place. the first one was alright, the second on the other had was a disaster. four days after purchasing it, I hydroplaned, and could not stop because the breaks went out. My four year old son was in the car, thank God he wasnt hurt. So they sold me a car with less than 10% breaks and 4 balding tires, knowingly. What make it even worse is the fact that I was a repeat customer. the auto body shop told me that they are criminals and documented all the previous no sell able conditions. I call drive and go to tell them they wont release the car without a break job and Mannys response is, Why didnt you fix the breaks? I was livid. I am now in the process of suing. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE...EVER!!!!!

This place sold me a lemon that needed a head gasket replaced. The only reason it got fixed by them was the manager at the time was inexperienced and only charged me $200 for it and thats what I paid. Worst decision of my life spent every penny on a car and they told me everything was perfect on it.. the motor locked up on me and the rack and pinion was messed up.they illegally smoked it and sold it to me .. please do not go here..!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!This business sells auction cars as is. They have no certified technicians. They threw in a new battery to solve a mechanical problem. My service engine light came on only a week after purchase my vehicle. They refused to help me with the cost. Been a month and still no title, they blame it on the state.They will not take any responsibility for there actions.I INSIST THAT EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!!

Just remember that your deposit is non-refundable no matter what shape the car is in. Also, expect texts, calls, and Facebook messages at all hours of the day and night. I cant speak to the rest because I never actually left the lot with a car.

We bought a 2005 buick la sabre and it ran very nice...but of course it didnt last long.Spent $1200 on repairs..and then it died on us..then..come to find out..our spare tire had rips in it when we got a flat..Didnt bother to check figuring it was good...they never showed any care about it when brought to vanezas attention...she was very rude...rude ass!! Go to DMV file complaint!!!!!Im pretty sure a majority of these reviews are fake. Dont sign any papers without doin your homework first...Theyll be polite to convince you ...bring your own mechanic ! Theyll have their mechanic tell you everything is ok so you could end up paying them in the long run to fix a problem that was always their... they will just plug up diagnostics and reset all the warning lights to fool you ...dont sign anything without knowing legally. you hope people are trustworthy with buisness but they arent. Dont get your money took... dont be gullable .Itll save you a lot of pain and suffering

Im having car problems the first week i bought the car ...i put 2000 down an they make you pay half of the cost to get everything fixed ..if you dont pay u dont get your car back till you pay ..so i payed then after 2 days later my car wont start so now i have to have it towed an yhey dont lend you a car to drive while yours get repaired then they want you to pay sone more money basically they money hungry. Do not go to them !!!

Stay away from these fake con artist they will take your deposit never say anything about being non refundable then hand you a reciept that has non refundable written on it. When I called them to tell them I want my money back and that I found a better deal they told me there was signs all over the office stating the deposit was non-refundable there was not one sign anywhere! They are bunch of theifs who sell broken cars that will not even get you home. Read all the reviews that people left and stay away from this place!!!
