Quite sad and disappointed the car put my life and my families life in danger. Several of my lugs broke off while on the freeway in California. Was told by the auto shop that the tires and rims where not the right ones for my vehicle and all my lugs where to big for the rims. They where not designed for my particular vehicle causing them to break off. Now I’m told by this dealership and was told I would have to pay 1100 to have the car towed back to Las Vegas. Mind you I haven’t even had this vehicle a month and a half so this was the first time it’s been in the freeway causing my lugs to break off. I’m completely devastated. My car insurance said they won’t cover it so to the dealerships negligence. Allstate insurance did a safety inspection on the vehicle and said the lugs broke off due to the not being the proper size and where put on incorrectly. Talked to the finance company and was advised they Auto Max will do a 10 day pay out. I will still be left with a balance and still out of pocket a substantial amount but at least i can salvage try my credit. I will update this status once they reimburse the finance company. Can’t wait for this nightmare to be over. Such a scary experience for my family and I. UPDATE Auto Max did the right thing. They a actually did a 10 day buy out so all I owe the finance company under 200.00 . Thank GOODNESS they did the right thing. Blessing to you all

Whent there 2 weeks ago they told me 1 story whent there yesterday the story was the same. Got me and my wifes hopes up about a van. Whent there today to get the van and the story changed. Got upset with me flr getting upset for wasteing my time. Then sent me to another dealership that wasnt able to do what automax said the other dealership would do.
