Their Q scan system is far from being accurate. It tells you a 10 minutes wait where in reel time I waited 1 hours 39 minutes. The office ladies at the counter are extremely rude and have no consideration for waiting customers.Management should require front desk employees better customers service skills.and training classes should be offered to any employees lacking those skills before dealing with customers.
Terrible! Totally devoid of Any type of customer service 🙄. Wanted to do a simple trunk content removal (from totalled vehicle). Took well over 3.5 hours 😴 because untrained staff didnt want to do anything but watch TV and give customers a hard time like theyre the DMV or something...Totally ridiculous 🤦! Cant even give them a 2 for trying because they DIDNT!!!
Unprofessional place. I knew I owe storage fee on the vehicle. So I specifically asked about it and was told I don’t owe anything. So went to sub lot to pick it up and there I am told I have to drive back to the office to pay storage fee. I thought that was the only inconvenience… but… once I paid the fee and came back to the sub lot Ricardo tells me I can’t release the brakes on the vehicle I was about to tow because mechanical work isn’t allowed. Mechanical work is when you repair something but releasing the brakes is a standard towing procedure for the semi. Even after I got approval from the management I still wasn’t allowed to release the brakes. I had to drag vehicle out which caused damage to the tires. I have long ways to go and most likely will have to replace tires …. Disappointed.
Lindsey was very helpful in the office and Livingston in the yard was AMAZING!! So very helpful above and beyond!
Fast cash for my used beater car, quick and easy !!!
Everything was great nina and Lindsey helped and both have great personality a joy to have them thereThe loader was great brought the vehicle out in a timely manner. Over all great visit.
This was a horrible experience as well girl at the counter was a cranky jackass. I just wanted to drop off the keys and title to the truck they already had and she made me feel like i did something wrong.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. 1 1/2 hours waiting in 107 degree weather.
The clerk at the counter, dont know her name, was so nice. Great customer service!
While the people that you go to to get your vehicle or the items out of your vehicle are awesome when you first walk in there very rude at the front desk oh and make sure that you have tennis shoes on otherwise youre not allowed to go back and get anything out of the car
It was alright had a broken back hated the wait line and regulations but, it is what it is!Great place 👍
HORRIBLE! Do not use them for towing! The tow truck driver lost the key to my truck! And said “this happens”
Metro had my car towed to copart on lamb. We had our car towed somewhere else went to clean it out and someone at copart went threw my car and emptying everything on my passenger seat. Plus tow truck threw all scraps in my trunk. Not happy get your stuff together copart and talk to your employees.
Busy place got to admit. Easy transaction
Worst experience ever, the new QR registration system is a total fail. I was advised 24 minute wait time and waited an hour. By that time I was called back to work. Waited my entire lunch hour trying to get my license plate off of the car. Not to mention that the new system can bump you down the list based on priority. Horrible.
This company set up time for pick ups and they do not show up or call to let us know that they will not be coming. They made us wait for 6 hours after the time they were supposed to show up. Next day driver showed up with no notice and the driver gave me an attitude like his company gives a very good service. I hope we do not have to use them again.
Costumer service can be good or bad depends is attending you. My experience was nice.
Difficult to say. just to drop a title took more than 1 hour. But the staff was fine...covid make the pretexts for inefficient service easy. Managers needs to smart up.
If I could give them one star I would !! My husband got in an accident in 03/10/21 the tow truck driver was a thin tall white guy. When I went on 03/12/21 to get some of my belongings out of the car my AirPods were missing! I told the lady at the front desk and all she said was “I’m so sorry that happened to you”. What can be done about this? They were a Christmas gift.can they confront the driver Can they reimburse me ? I need help
How are the working class supposed to get there belongings when there closed on weekends!👿We’re real customers that had our car towed here after a traumatic accident and this company made it even worse by not releasing personal property. Also they don’t properly inform you what paperwork to bring so they can rack up a bill!SCAM Ripoff. Awful customer service. Never let them tow your car here . Total scam. SCAMHold vehicles hostage for insurance money at owners cost. Have your car towed anywhere but a tow yard. True story.
The entire process is flawed, and I believe it would be more efficient if the corporate side let the branches run the way they want. The staff was very helpful and kind to me, and went out of her way to help and explain a process which she has no control over. Thanks!
Been waiting for 5 hours. When we got here it said we were number 11 in line and It’d be and estimated 22 mins. The people inside are extremely rude, and I’m being nice when I say that. When we got the text to come inside the lady said to go back out and wait for a second text and so we did, another 20 min goes by and so we go inside because we haven’t gotten the second text and then the lady said we missed our call time even tho we walked in and they told us to go back and wait for another text. Very horrible management.
Good 👍 service and Quality workers
Be prepared to wait a while. I sat outside for almost 2 hours. But once I got inside I treated the employees with respect and patience and they gave it right back. Not so bad.
My daughter was in an accident so I had to go to pay the impound fees and have the car towed to our mechanic. The heat was brutal, making it hard for me to breathe and the line was fairly long. The lady at the counter asked the people in the line if they were okay with her helping me quickly. Id like to thank each one for saying yes. The gentleman in the next office was equally gracious and quick to help me on my way. The only thing that wasnt so great was having to pay the fees. LOL All in all it went very smoothly and I was back home in less than an hour and a half. If your vehicle is ever impounded there I hope you have the same experience I had with them.
Long waiting, horable cars, bad service.Rip-off place
Very nice guys!
***UPDATE***NOT ONLY DID THEY THROW AWAY THE PHOTO MY GRANDMA THEY KEPT OR STOLE SEVERAL!! ITEMS FROM MY CAR! ! BEWARE!!! IF YOURE CAR IS HERE BE PREPARED TO NOT GET ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS.!!!After waiting 2 hours I get inside to be greeted when I was told that the agent needed to go on lunch so I would have to wait even longer! 20 min later total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. I go to get the ONE thing I was looking for a picture of my beautiful late grandmother. THEY THREW AWAY HER PHOTO!!!! I hope I never have to go there again. I was so upset and they didnt give a sh*t about how important that one photo was to me.
The lady at the front desk, Lindsey is rude. Service is slow. The digital line is a joke. Even though I was 1st in line when they opened, I had to wait over 30 mins to be helped. Meanwhile, they allowed other people to clean out their car ahead of me, and was short with me when I questioned. Once she finally did help, it was over another 20 mins before they brought my car up. The whole time Lindsey is muttering under her breath in Spanish. Thats close to an hour of waiting after they opened, despite arriving before opening, and checked in as 1st person in line.
Terrible wait times, completely inaccurate of what the app wait time said
Have an appointment for 830 for pick up and it’s 8:45 none of 4 forklifts moved
The folks at Copart and 57 storage are very friendly and professional. They explained everything I didnt understand with respect for the customer. I thank them for the courtesy and professionalism.
You have 4 minutes from the time they text you til the time they cancel your slot...STAY CLOSE TO THE DOOR...Other than that...the 2 women running the place were VERY kind and helpful...THANK GOD!!!
When we came to pickup the vehicle purchased - there were parts missing rims and such that had been removed/stolen and the vehicle key was missing as well. Both items were listed on the vehicle description as part of the vehicle purchase so the information provided on the presale is false advertisement selling a product that is incomplete. This Copart in Las Vegas needs to be accountable for what is missing and be more transparent with buyers about what will happen if the vehicle sold is not what was originally advertised in the presale. 😡
The staff was great. Easy to work. Fair price for my junker and they picked it up right on schedule. I highly recommend this company.
It’s a mess come prepare to wait 5 hours
The ladies at front deck were really arrogant and not helpful. Signed in on the app for appointment, had to wait 25 minutes to just go get my things from the car. I left.
Angry customer service
Keep in mind that if you find a car on this action you will receive it with parts missing from those that actually appeared in the photos...... and Their version is to say that they are not responsible for the car be aware before buying on this action
My car was in a accident was towed to copart been getting the dam run around because I didnt have title. Wait 11/2 hours for them to tell me its a misunderstanding... now storage fees up the roof. Worst customer service, and que ever
After a suppose 30 wait, turns into 3 hours.
Great office people, loaders are fast. I was about tenth in line and still got out of there in an hour. This CoPart location does have it figured out. Lots of other CoPart locations should learn from these guys. I search their inventory specifically just because I enjoy dealing with this location.
I paid good money for a motorcycle at one of their auctions but at the time of delivery it was missing the keys. Their auction ad said it did come with keys and you can clearly see in the photo that there is a key zip tied to the handlebars. I called and asked about the key (Veronica answered and was very nice) but to no avail. What am I supposed to do with a keyless motorcycle? It will be months until I receive the title in the mail so that I might be able to get a key made at the dealership (which isn’t cheap). My other option is to purchase a used ignition switch somewhere (again, not cheap) but I shouldn’t have to do any of that. Copart’s stance on this is simply that “keys are not guaranteed with any vehicle purchases”. I’m sorry, what!?Shame on Copart for not accepting responsibility for missing keys, which apparently is an on going issue for a lot of people. It seems once they have your money they can care less about their customers and their silly missing key issues. I’m just lucky it wasn’t one of those ridiculously expensive chip keys, which trust me they lose those as well.
Alexis and Lucy were very helpful even tho I came in last min I really appreciate all the help thanks
Towed cars for this company as a provider in vegas with a flat bed roll back I did not make alot of money towing cars for copart. No perks on auctions access or given exclusive tows for there customersExpected to tow cars with no wheels or that are burnt out, or extremely smashed up and not operational at no extra cost, flat rate of $33 to $47 50 miles round trip per car.Company takes advantage of small tow businesses and will not renegExpected to deal with there purchase orders for buying cars off customers writing checks out paying shop fees etc, most customers dont know what they are doing and this can take up to 20 mins per car, also have to deal with title signing cars and deal with with cars with no keys trapped in parking lots and customers not available to meet you at set time copart blane you if you cant do a job it not cost effective to go get the other vehiclesHave to spend alot of time taking photos of cars, exterior and interior, clocks and keys and vehicles documents and update there dispatch app.Jobs can be dispatched on opposite sides of the city and have incompatible mix of vehicles so your next pick up could be a 50 mile round trip with cars 15 miles apartThe work is hard on your equipment all your profit is spent on fuel. Also they compare you and turn a blind eye to low baller providers who dont run proper equipment or have dot authority or commercial insurance to operate a tow business and thats what you get when you ask to reneg the ratesNot worth the time or effort i quit after a few monthsOnly the experience was worth it but if you want to make a living then think again
The wait is 3 hors
There was an electronic que system as the office is too small for social distancing. So, it took longer than expected but the staff was helpful and the process of our business was completed quickly.
Had a long wait but was busy so not bad
Metro police has your car towed to there 😡 even if you have tow insurance. There towing is VERY expensive (Copart). The people that work at Copart are good, but it takes a long time to get your car returned to you.
Copart Staff were prompt, kind, and understanding. Overall great customer service with from the desk to the guys that assisted outside and over the phone. They provided a jump box to power my vehicle to pop the trunk, had bagged the inside of the car prior to my arrival. Someone brought a cart around to help me move a few bags. Big help since I was on crutches in a slower condition. So long as the vehicle was stuck behind a bunch of other cars they said theyd be able to bring it to the front and they did. 5 Stars Thank You
I take it copart doesnt care for lousy reviews. Most of the staff is rude and the rest cant answer a question. As for the woman cringing in fear behind plexiglass, a mask, gloves and a snotty attitude, so rude not just to me but my 83 yr old aunt. Theyre supposed to be in customer service fat chance. Just to say if hadnt had to do business with them I wouldnt have been within a mile of the place. A word of advice if you dont have to work with them DONT.!!!!!!😒
Worst customer services I ever dealt with in my life been here 3 times in 1 week to lick up 1 simple vehicles and the workers are making it impossible and everyone at the hammer lot is rude and very mean
3 hour wait just to check in, 1 hour to get the vehicle from yard
Awesome service in and out answering all my questions
The ladies are nice but the place is a rip off. Takes for ever to be called.
That’s absolutely ridiculous! At this location they said I can only preview the vehicle with buy it now status which is mean I can not preview any other vehicle listed for sale. A tried to ask manager...same. it contradicts the policy. There is no any information about it and this is the only location with this funny rules.
I bought a car with 91k original miles. When i received title, miles were not original. They dont take responsibility
Staff is kinda rude
Super nice helpful people
Horrible wait time been waiting here for hours these people are on drugd
3.5 hrs to release an load car. . Staff was friendly.
Horrible customer service, I was hung up on when I called looking for parts, after being informed they dont sell parts, but its in the name of the company... If I could give negative stars I would...
Wait time can be DMV like without a place to sit. People were nice, especially to the little kids
Longer wait than the DMV.
Raymond made the process easier. Also, Roy @ 57 Storage was great Thanks to you both.
Everything went smooth. Long wait, but thats to be expected. You are allowed to get your belongings from the vehicle, but not take parts or any after market parts off of the vehicle.
To only have 2 people working the desk when there is a line to the door (easily 10 people) is frustrating. The staff was fairly friendly, if not particularly helpful.
Goo.servixe.quick service..
I had the misfortue of having an accident. It WAS an accident, nothing about the incident was intentional or preplanned. Our tow vehicle broke loose from our RV going south on interstate 95. Without telling all that occurred, which i would love to do,.Our tow vehicle, which was a 95 Jeep Wrangler, ended up in the Copart establishment. We were informed that we could go and see the damage that was done. Our auto insurace agent gave us an address of its location. Around Lamb and Craig.Well, it wast. Our Jeep, which had been our tow vehicle for many years, was in Reno. Because of a medical issue i was having, we coud not drive north to look at her. To make a long story short, their estimator mess up by assigning it with the wrong vin #. They totaled my sons 95 Jeep Wrangler. After my medical issue was taken care of, we went to ask more questions concerning the location and how to go about straightening all the mistakes that were made in the paperwork. We were asked, what Jeeps. When i gave them the vin #s they informed me that there has never been 95 Jeep Wranglers in their facilities with the Vin #s that i gave them.EXCUSE ME!!!!. WOW. and thats where i am at with this company at this time.
Had a joyous time with one of the young skinny tall guy. Wonderful service from him hope he remembers the in&out jokes we cracked together while helping my sid out with the retrieving of the plates.
Easy to navigate through
Had my car taken here after my accident. Whoever goes through peoples things and puts them into the bag better be watched. I had $60 stolen out of my wallet, everything else was in there except for the money. A big box of tools I kept in case of emergency that was in my trunk was stolen. And now a necklace I hung from my mirror in remembrance of my grandma who passed away is gone. Absolutely broke my heart. Can’t trust anyone with your car. And they don’t do anything about it. Just tell you to write it on a paper and maybe your insurance can take care of it.
For all you must know. here you will lose a lot of time. I lost two days from my life due to the poor work of the manager and staff.
I donated a car to Vehicles for Veterans. Copart was assigned to come pick up the vehicle. I spoke with Copart and was advised a truck would be here between 8am -5pm today (this was after they placed me on hold to confirm they would be able to pick up on a Saturday). I was also advised they would call about an hour before coming. I waited at home for 9 hours, no phone call and no tow truck. So frustrating! Dont waste your day like I did! Worst part is I still really would like to donate the car to Vehicles for Vets, but I have no interest in waiting around for Copart again. Update....the tow company showed up, albeit over an hour late, but the driver was helpful and friendly.
Dont go down to pick up a car on Monday after the auction they are busy but the ladies at the front counter are awesome
Great service
Its a fun place to be at.Get their attention or youll be standing around waiting for nothing.
It was a great experience excellent customer service very friendly and helpful people I was there yesterday and it was a smooth process very satisfied.
I had to get my things out of my car, it was 4:50, I just got off work still in uniform, which was 10 minutes before they close which is enough time to grap the three things I had in my car and the lady at the front desk told me they where closed and I need to leave. Very disrespectful acted like she couldnt be bothered.
Excellent service, went to pick up my personal belongings from my wrecked car, no problems at all. Good customer service from staff.
They were nice and understanding of the situation i had
Daisy is the best. Customer service was great!
Person in charge. He so polite. All person work at copart are so polite.
Great customer service. Raymond was very professional and friendly.
Terrible place. Had me going in circles calling the local yard and then the direct line. Horrible communication between all parties; theyre not helpful at all. Yvonne is a terrible customer service representive, very lazy and rude, wasnt interested in helping my situation. Jessica was better. Overall a very bad experience. Dont go here if you can help it.
I was dealing with this auction buying cars online, from out of state, many times and I was fine with it until May 2015. Unfortunately for me, I realized that Richard Cedillo, the General Manager at that time, is not serious in his business. He was more like a joke to me. Instead of showing pictures with the actual seating of the vehicle, they showed pictures with the interior full of black garbage bags with personal items. The reality was that second and third row of seats was missing. Nobody could see that in the listed pictures. When I contacted the manager, I realized that he is not taking his job seriously. The replacement cost was pretty expensive. Too bad that some managers act worse than janitors. Is it to hard to show ACTUAL pictures of the vehicle AFTER you remove the bagged personal items?
Our wrecked car was sent there very friendly very helpful
You probably have already had several panic attacks looking for your car and trying to find out what happened to the driver but before you come in the door just take a couple of deep breaths. Stand or sit they will see you and they will call you in order of appearance. Very calm environment. If you have the money and the documents you are in and out. You set the tone they just deal with it. So give them a big thanks for having such a high-stress job. After all at least youre getting your car back, they could have left it on the side of the road and you know what would have happened then? Thats rite, some of them Las Vegas sand fleas would have stripped your car faster than the robots who assembled it!!! ARRIBA!
Very professional, great customer service. Sometimes the wait can be long. But its ok when your getting great customer service.
I waited all day just to be told to come back tomorrow after I spent 2 1/2 hours in the sun in 111 degree heat with no regard for me or the heat I was standing in worst experience in my life for a customer
Bad costumer server, too slow
Clean place, friendly service.
I was worried about the place when I read the reviews before going, but the staff were very helpful and friendly!
Rude and dismissive staff
Every one was pretty nice, they let me get my subwoofer & amp out of my car, thank you for that btw.
