Communication was excellent through out the search and purchase process. During my last purchase, the auction made a mistake with the vehicle repair prior to purchase. Southwest went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed immediately and the vehicle in perfect shape. I will come back to Southwest for every vehicle I purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Bought a car May 8th 2021 there are issues. Ive been calling for over a month they never return my calls, when I show up to the place of business doors are locked. I am contacting Nevada District Attorneys office.

The cars that I had looked at, and the sellers I had met with, were disappointing. BW helped me purchase a beautiful Infiniti, that looks and drives like a dream. It is spotless inside & out, with new tires, brakes and low mileage.Although subsequent buyers sought to purchase the vehicle at a higher price point, Southwest Auto Brokers followed through on their commitment to me, at the agreed upon price. Their ethics are impeccable, their honesty is unquestionable. The staggering part of the process was their willingness to be helpful with parts information, the registration process (during the COVID 19 shutdown), provided me with a smog test and ordered back-up keys and fobs (pricey)! Summary: Easy to work with/great service, transparent, and FAIR. Have now purchased 2 vehicles from them from 2 different states.Benefits:---I purchased both vehicles over email. Doesnt take a lot of time and you dont have to go to a physical dealership and negotiate for hours at a time (thank the lord!).---Cars are rated and all damage is detailed in a report. This report details items as small as little door dings and small curb rash under a vehicle you cant even see. Its very comprehensive. (We purchased a Lexus from the dealership prior to our current vehicles and it had unknowingly been in a minor accident, they didnt disclose this to us. We found out when we went to trade it in. Nice little surprise for me.)---You have the option of having a mechanic look at and test drive the vehicles right after the purchase with the option to return the vehicle if they come across an issue. I chose this option for both vehicles.---Instead of only being able to purchase from a small pool of cars on a single lot, your options are expanded. The pool of cars you can purchase is from all of the auctions and any vehicles that auto dealers have on their car lots all over the country. Im sure there are tens of thousands of cars a week if not more going through this process.---Can get very specific with what you want (make, model, year/years, color, etc.).---Southwest Auto Brokers offered to fix a small dent on one of my vehicles at their cost and wrap it into the purchase price.---You talk with them and set a price and options FIRST, then they find you a car.---You can purchase a third party warranty through them as well. Theyre a one stop shop.Detriments:---If you want a car today, this probably wont happen. If you can wait youll be rewarded with great service and basically getting exactly what you want.I cant speak highly enough of Southwest Auto Brokers. Ive now purchased two vehicles and theyve been incredibly fair and transparent during both transactions.After knowing exactly what I wanted (car, model, year/years, color, & options) and going to two dealerships I quickly found that I didnt have the time sit and negotiate one car at a time. Southwest auto brokers transacted over email. So I suppose you could purchase a vehicle from them in any state and you dont have to rush out of work to meet someone at a dealership. They will ship the car to your home as I live in Nevada and my first car was purchased from California and my second car was purchased from Texas. The whole process seems to save time and reduce frustration. Also, purchasing a used car from Arizona/Nevada/California is pretty valuable if you live in the Midwest/rust belt.Im glad they were referred to me and Im very happy with the results.
