:) What and awesome facility and professional team. My family member only speaks Spanish and them being Bilingual made it so I didnt have to be there to translate all every time. They accept all insurance, including American access (most shops dont accept that insurance)They handled everything for us. All we did was open the claim and they made all the phone calls from there on out. We are now loyal customers!

Very polite, honest, and trustworthy. Located right across from the post office. I used to deliver mail here and im familiar with the people and they have excellent customer service. I had a minor accident a few days ago and I took it straight there and Gabe was able to work on it right away no hassle. Definitely recommend

Alfonso and his team did such a great job fixing a dent and a few scratches on my 2013 Toyota Tundra. They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. Im definitely very pleased with their work and will be going back to them for all of our body work needs.

What a great facility! The Customer service is excellent. Complimentary coffee while I wait? Friendly staff and a quick turn around time!I just about totaled my car and Gabe and Alfonso put me at ease during the entire process. They handled the insurance from the get go. I brought my car in on a Saturday, and they said they would follow up with a phone call and an email on Monday. They only emailed me a quote, not phone call. Then my girlfriend brought in the car on Tuesday to have the mirror replaced, but they only took a picture of the mirror for sake of comparison - which they had already done on Saturday, so essentially wasted a work day for my girlfriend. They also told her they were ordering the part that day, it would arrive at their shop the next morning and could be replaced then, as she had reinforced the sense of urgency multiple times. Upon wanting to bring my car in I learned my lesson with this place - call first. Thank God I called first. The sassy receptionist who barely speaks English could not give me a straightforward answer. I simply asked, Is the part in your possession? After her dodging the question she says let me refer you to the owner. She claimed they did not have the part yet ultimately. Upon speaking to the owner, he claimed they did have the part, then they did not, then they did but it was in some warehouse not on site. Their English being sub par was a big obstacle, there was a complete lack of both professionalism and competence, beside the language barrier, their communication (or lack thereof) was just awful.Guys, I had to get ONE side-view mirror replaced, one of the most common and simple procedures, and it took over one week to get where I started when I walked in there - nowhere

I went to a few body shops to get a quote on my Truck. Then I came here. They were quite a bit cheaper and Gabe was very straight forward with what needed to be done and how long it would take. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was referred to this place by a friend. Stopped in and spoke to alfonso. He gave me the pricing for all the parts I needed and paint I wanted (which was a customized color). The price quote was in my budget range. Dropped the car off and received it in a timely matter. I was very impressed with how everything came out. I did find a few touch ups that were needed and alfonso helped me with no hassle. I would recommend this place to whom wants a great paint job!

I just got my 2012 camry fixed. my door was smashed in and it needed to be replaced and let me tell you these guys did incredible they fixed up my door with another one and there was a little frame damage and they straightened it out along with the fender now it looks like nothings ever happened. There paint job was great and the front desk clerk Ernesto was so kind and they fixed it all at a great price. Im definitely coming back here if i ever need work in the future!!

Absolutely horrendous body work and never the less, very unprofessional. Straight up ruined a guys RX7 and had the nerve to use his car as promotion. Its a shame. Do not go to this body shop, let alone any body shop that puts TOUCH UP PAINT on your car.

Waste of time and money. My car is used in their promotional post, Its the red one they post on their facebook about. Dealing with them has its ups and downs. Mostly downs.First of all, we agreed on a price on the work i wanted done (I did not try to get a discount) and the date I wanted it finished on. They had my car for close to a month and they missed the deadline they said they would get it finished on.I get it back and video recorded the work that is done to it. There was red overspray All over the car, Tires, rims, suspension, moldings, inside the car. There was runs in the paint, pinholes, dust, scratches And the final straw was there was TOUCH UP paint over the places they made mistakes on. Yes they took touch paint and dabbed it over mistakes they made. Also the entire car had swirl marks on a Brand new paint job.The upside is I contacted them and they said they would fix the issues no problem, they went over the car to look over the mistakes (they should of inspected it before returning the car to me) and said they would repaint the car again. 2 weeks go by and I get the car back, They fixed half the issues with the paint. The paint still had pitting, scratches and swirl marks over the whole car.Up to this point, our conversations were very professional. Once i told them there were still mistakes, my sales rep says he is leaving the company. I was told to talk to the owner and he basically said you told me your main concern was the fitment, not the paint….What? If I pay for a paint job from a professional, I expect professional results. That was when i knew they were not capable of performing a good paint job. They lost my business.

They messed up a good guys RX7, its a shame. He made a video about it that went viral on youtube, on youtube look up SHOP MESSED UP MY RHD FD RX7 He will go into true detail of how they messed up on such a very rare car that should have received top of the line care.
