The staff was very nice, professional and communicated with us throughout the time my RV was in for body work. We even got a tour of the hi-tech paint garage by the manager where they do all the spray/finish work. There are only 7 like this in the whole Valley! Cool stuff. When I got rear-ended on I-15 in Las Vegas in my brand new Toyota Camay I didnt want to take my car to just any shop. The Toyota dealership recommended 1st Vegas so I assumed they would do a decent job. My accident involved filing an insurance claim against the person who hit me. The insurance company hired an accident recon to inspect my car to determine the magnitude of the accident because I was claiming injuries. This inspection was scheduled to take place at 1st Vegas and they took my rear bumper off so a fair inspection and evaluation could take place. I was assured and trusted I was in good hands and knew I wouldnt be taken advantage of. 1st Vegas knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the inspection.I did end up at 1st Vegas again because someone hit my car in a parking lot while my car was unoccupied. They left the scene and I had to deal with my own insurance company to cover this loss. 1st Vegas took great care of me. They looked at the repair estimate from my insurance company and actually pointed out to them that my bumper and grill could not be repaired as indicated in their estimate, but that my bumper and grill had to be replaced.They are very professional, are well experienced in dealing with insurance companies and are equally trusted by insurance companies, which you want in a repair shop. MAJOR BONUS: If you have a repair you need and you dont have insurance or dont want to file a claim with insurance, they will take that into consideration and work with you on the cost of repair. They really care about people and their clients and although I hope I dont ever have to go back and see them again, in the event that I do, I will be excited to go!!! Steve was great! He did a diagnostic test and troubleshooted my issue which was showing as 02 sensor bank 1 this sensor was good and fpund this issue to be bank 2 sensor. He also kept us updated with everything he was doing. I will recommend this place to my friends. Thank Steve!

EXCELLENT! Highly Recommend!!! Took my 2017 Ford Escape in for a FREE auto body repair estimate, spoke to Kristine on the phone (Very Sweet) decided to go in same day because it was near me. I fell in love with the whole staff..everyone was so helpful, explained the whole repair process, they were able to help me with the out of pocket deductible which was a big plus, they also work with my insurance company(Geico). I decided ti do it next morning, they even had my rental ready when I arrived in the morning.Today I pick up my car and I SWEAR It looks brand new...they even cleaned and washed it for me..OMG I am so impressed. Recently has an accident and needed vehicle repaired. Kristina and her staff made me feel comfortable and assured me they will handle everything. They contact insurance company, arranged for towing and rental car and even arranged for transportation for rental pick up. Took less then two weeks to repair my heavily damage vehicle. Everytime I have damaged my car this is my go to place and forever will be . They are truly amazing . They know exactly what they are doing and my car comes out spotless every single time . Before going here, I went to four different places in Vegas for a quote. The other places quoted me more money and said it would take a week to fix my car, while 1st Vegas Auto Body Shop got the job done in two days, and my car looks brand new again! Not to mention they quoted me at such an affordable price compared to other auto shops. The people working there are honest and kind, and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

First and foremost, the employers of this shop are horribly wrong for the way they treat their employees. took my vehicle for a front fix and they did the worse thing possible by dirtying my headlights full of dirt on the inside and for breaking my side mirror and without letting me know and for damaging my rims and the employers were speaking their language as I discussed the problems and one of the male worker wanted to pick a fight by getting closer and raising his voice and paid so much just for a minor damage, so I definitely wont recommend this shop and wont be going back at all . ( Minus 2 stars ) if I may
