I got good service but its not finished yet I will review again once my cars repair process is complete.

Mike was great to work with. He was able to order the parts while I was out of town for work and was flexible to get my car in when I was back in town. The total bumper repair was timely and they worked with my insurance company. My car looks brand new. Very happy. Would recommend.

We got rear ended and my wife talked to the insurance company and they said to just take the vehicle in. Well if that is the case make sure you get an estimate first. The insurance company and the company did not communicate. Even though it was a waste a time I could see they provide quality work and their employees are knowledgeable and professional. Would give a higher rating but I have not seen their work yet. Will keep posted as soon as they repair our vehicle.

I wish they would be more up front about the length of a repair. Safer to tell the client 3 weeks and get it done in 2, then to tell them 7-10 days and it takes 2 weeks. Kyle did his best to make up for the delays and fix a parts problem that they caused during body work repair. If not for that, Id have given 1 star.

Someone hit my truck and Gieco gave me a list of thier preferred body shops.. but then I found out I could take it anywhere I wanted so I went to Collision Masters and after seeing truck fixed and the amazing service from the whole team Im so glad I used these guys.. thanks for treating Bertha my truck as if it was yours and doing a great job. Best body shop experience Ive ever had. Oh and the Carstar warranty on the work cant be beat.

I took my brand new, black truck after it had been hit the day after I bought it. I was concerned about the repair since it was a brand new vehicle and black shows damage the worst. I picked my truck up the day after dropping it off and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The paint, headlight and running board that had been damaged all look brand new. I couldn’t be happier with their work and their customer service.

Ive known the owner for years and wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. Very clean and professional. Its nice to see people with the right tools and knowledge to use them.

They said they sent over my husbands estimate to insurance company and never did till my insurance company called them!
