We have bought several appliances from this company and every single time have had major issues with one thing or another. They and their appliances are unreliable. The customer service is disgusting. Dealing with the owner carlos, he tries to make things right and is a hard working man but his wife and the office staff is incredibly disrespectful to customers. I cant believe they are still in business.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! My husband purchased a fridge from here. It didn’t last a week. ALL of our food has spoiled because the freezer nor fridge is cooling. To top it all off, when we asked for them to come and take a look, they were a no show. Unprofessional and a scam. Waste of money!

Good service.. they have really good quality of use appliances. The offer refrigerator stoves ovens and maintenance and repair. All kind of appliances all kind of prices..also they prices are affordable. The stuff is friendly. They always there to help you and give you advice. Also they offer guaranteed for used appliances. I recommend this business

I rate them 1 star only because there is no way to rate them lower. The guy shows up at 9:30pm to set up a washer after waiting for 3 days to show up, and if thats not bad enough he brings his wife and 3 kids to my house. THE WORST SERVICE!!! Then 2 weeks later the washer breaks and have been waiting for almost a week for them to come fix this pile of junk they sold me!! To top it off you call and they hang up on you, they dont speak English and I seriously think they are here illegally!!

DO NOT do business with this company. VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate.. they deserve negative stars. I am very irritated my landlord decided to use this company to replace my broken stackable washer/dryer. MULTIPLE times they no-showed and never called.. kept using the excuse their truck broke down, and never apologized for taking up my time. Dont waste your time with these childish people.

Beware! If you are attempting to get repairs on your appliances, do not do business with these people. They took my washer and told me it would be a couple of days. Two weeks later I got my washer back only to find out that now it has sprung a leak from somewhere. After many promises that someone would come out to repair it, I am still waiting. I cant even call anymore as all my calls go straight to voicemail. They apparently have issues getting people to make deliveries or pick ups on base because the drivers dont have proper documentation. You would be wise to spend your money elsewhere. The receptionist will outright lie to you and play dumb. Very badly managed business.

DO NOT SET GOOD EXPECTATIONS TO WHEN THEY ARE COMING, WILL SAY THEY ARE COMING AND DO NOT SHOW UP, NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE, AFTER WAITING MULTIPLE DAYS ON THIS COMPANY, I BECAME FED UP AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY COME TO MY HOME THE SAME DAY I CALLED, AND WHEN I CALLED IT WAS AN ACTUAL BUSINESS PHONE, NOT A CELL PHONE!!

My refrigerator broke, and my property management company contracted this company to come out to my home. They called me and told me someone would come out the next day between 10-5, since they close at 5. I stated that was a long time to wait, and they said they will call 1 hour in advance before coming. That sounded promising, so the next day I waited all day until 5:30pm when I called their offices to find out how much longer. They then tell me that they close at 6 now and that the repair man should be there within 40 mins. Well by 7pm they still had not shown up! We get ready to leave for dinner and then the guy calls us after 7pm and says he is there at my house!!!! Without the 1 hour in advance call! I told him I waited 9 hours and could not keep waiting, and am not available now. He tells me that he will come tomorrow between 8-10 because the earlier the better. I said I will wait during those hours but I cannot again wait all day and cannot take the day off of work (again!), he says he will be there. By 9:35 I call him he says he will be there in 30 mins. I call him 30 mins later he tells me he is on the freeway and it will be another 20 mins when I can clearly tell he is NOT driving! I told him I cannot keep waiting and have to go to work, he says he will be there. I got a call 28 minutes ago from their offices stating they dont know why the guy is telling us he will come since they are sending out another technician out and he will be there within 25 minutes. So again they still have not called and are not at my house! This is terrible service and completely unacceptable! Stay away from this company unless you have all the free time in the world to sit around and wait for this shitty company to decide to show up!

My appliances did not work and this company would not honor their warranty. Liars, con men a nd broken appliances. Disgusting business.
