We went in for three items ALL have been out of stock or limited stock for months but one of the items said they were available. We went all though the store picked up a couple items.Then at checkout we had mistakenly selected a display item. The cashier with an attitude advised us of the display item turned around and throw it in the plastic go back bin behind her. Mind you the item is a clay flower pot. We asked her if she was going to ask for someone to grab another one. She said no we dont do that, no one is available. This was surprisingly cause we just walked through the store filled with associates that had great service support that were helping out customers find and locate items.My sister asked two other employees at the next aisles and they both said yes call someone on the radio. They were trying to be helpful and our cashier was getting more antsy like we were such a big bother. Finally a representative said that item is out of stock and to Go ahead and sale me the display. So, our cashier proceeded to grab the clay pot out of the bucket and charged me full price for it! She was rude and needs customer service training. I have always had great customer service when visiting IKEA until this day at this ikea.

I just love this place. I went in for one thing and had to get a basket because I didn’t have enough room in my hands to hold all my goodies!

Excellent place to buy everything you need for your home. Great prices, easily can find everything, the cafeteria is huge and the good is really good. I love this place. It’s like Disneyland for adults.

This was my first trip ever to an Ikea. I was astounded. I thought it was a great set up. I had fun and felt like a little kid in there.

‘Twas my first time in an ikea. Overall, I loved it, the associates were very nice and helpful, the food was better than most places I eat at on a regular basis, everything was pretty clean (considering how HUGE the whole place is, I was pleasantly surprised). I loved how everything was in sections and super easy to find. I will definitely be coming back, even if it’s just to walk around to kill some time and grab a snack too. I also love how the arrows are projected so that they don’t wear off the floor as people walk on it. Amazing. 10/10 experience

Its as nice as an IKEA can get I suppose. There was a good sized crowd, everyone wore masks, and it seemed pretty clean. Plenty of stuff to browse but the things we wanted were out of stock.The restaurant was open for take out only. Overall it was a nice walk.

I was excited about this place. We were looking for bedroom set, and at this place was cheap price for bedroom sets, also they have everything to your house, if you want anything special you can order online and it takes one month it will be in the store) I hope it helps)

Great if you dont have a problem. I bought a ton of furniture, so I got it delivered. They were missing a piece, so I called. IKEA does not have the order number, the do not list their store phone number to call and ask, and the REP refused to connect me to their manager so someone could look it up. Now I have to drive an hour out of my way to talk face-to-face with someone just to get an order number.

One of the most amazing places to shop. Themed and staged rooms and even whole flats for you to see how their ingenious inventory can be styled to fit any size room or home. All stagings are done with items exclusively sold by IKEA. Do t forget to check out the stairs bargain nook. Great deals all the way around.

Always a fun place to shop and take your time. Today unfortunately we came to pick up an item from the ware house. It was quick and easy, except for the line at the cash registers. Took a while, but after the painful wait, we walk towards the home deliveries. On our way there we saw the new self-checkout lanes..... doh`

HGTV on steroids. Unbelievably HUGE building for this purpose. Easy to get very lost, very quickly.Typical IKEA store. Affordable, Quality for the money.A must see if youve never been.

Had Swedish meatballs. Tasted so good. Grandson even liked the broccoli. Happy cafe open. It is clean. Tables are spaced. Cafeteria style was nice. Grandkids had chicken tenders they loved. It was good experience. Everyone was happy with food.

Huge store! Bring comfortable shoes. Prices are really good, you can find almost anything for your home at really cheap prices. The quality is decent and doesnt look cheap. Staff is really helpful and will help with loading if needed. Once food area opens will start doing family trips more often lol

Please try the Cafeteria up stairs it’s amazing, great tasting for for a awesome price, and you then go walk it off and shop for you home. You can’t beat it.

Set up was nice just like any other ikea I’ve been too. However, I would say 40 to 50 of their merchandise are out of stock. I guess no one makes furniture during Covid. Food court is still close but down stairs you have a cafeteria to pirchass hot dogs and drinks.

Place is as you expect. Large, clean, and fun. You can see how everything looks in place and understand how items will.appear in your hole. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a pretty good place to find most of your furniture needs,, just remember some assembly required

It was the first time I went to the store. It surpassed my expectations. You can find things reasonably priced. Ideas for home decor at every corner. Their is a café (seemed like a concession stand)and a restaurant ( seemed more like a hospital cafeteria) we ordered chicken fingers which I recommend. It is very long to walk if you go there just to see what you can find. Leaving can also get confusing IF you go back up stairs(with a stroller and cart full of stuff) like we did couldnt JUST go down the stairs). Couldnt find very many employees in the beginning unless helping someone but they all seemed nice not intimidating to talk to.

This place is huge.I was looking for a bed.It took about 3 hours to walk around. Of course I was looking at other things as well.You can buy a cabinet and put whatever door or drawer you want in/ on that box.So you can do 2 tone or more cabinets.Or keep it all the same color.You want wood panels on your doors or glass. Its all very easy to do.It could get kinda pricey tho. $20-$30 each door plus$15 for the hinges and touch latch.But the box itself is like $50-$100So over all its not terrible.Whole kitchens are like $12,000At the end of it I was dizzy.I went back the next day to pay for a full size bed which ran $215 after tax ( no mattress).It took about 90 minutes to put together.The design was well thought out .Its a good enough strong bed.It came with metal side rails to which I added their recommend metal center beam and slats. Even though that added $45 to the price in TOTAL it was $215 after tax.For another$60 each you can add under bed drawers for extra storage.Its a nice set up.I build cabinets for a living and I cant do some of these things so cheap even doing it for myself.This is not hand down to your children kind of furniture. It more of I need a cabinet for this reason and dont want to spend a weeks pay to do it.The directions dont have any words its all pictures.Its really pretty easy to do as long as you dont rush it. Pay attention to details. Dont think you know what comes next do it in the exact order the directions tell you to do.I always count every piece of hardware before I start so if I am over / under anything I know it. It also helps you realize possible small difference in hardware so you dont use the wrong thing in the wrong place.And dont over tighten.If you use a cordless drill set the clutch so you dont over tighten and strip out a screw kind of thing.Anyway. Good luck

This is a fantastic location. Good parking, almost never so packed that you feel rushed in any way. Love the spacious food court as well. I wish covid hadnt shut down the mini food vendor as much as it has since those veggie dogs are an awesome cheap snack after a little bit of shopping.

Worst buying process ever. Item said it was available but warehouse did not have it and a worker said it will takes days and just come back and see.

I was there to return an item that I ended up not needing, my first time returning something, I walked to the station & was rudely asked if I was so & so, I said no, I was rudely instructed to get myself on line at a digital station in order to be called, and oh, there were two people in front of me. There are ways to instruct people without being rude but the clerk that processed my request had no interest on being nice. Customer Service skills are non existent at this store.

Everything we went there to buy, was sold out with no idea when it would be restocked. I tried to order the items online and got a notice these items are unavailable through online orders. So I wont be wasting much time here for awhile, at least till thi go normalize . Good luck to you if you go anyway.

1st shopping experience and possibly the last. Ordered a bunch of shoe trees for my sneakers and they were all brought out individually no bags. So I had to make 2 trips to get them all in the house.

This store is a great addition to LV. I used to visit the Burbank store a long time ago. Good selection of home goods. Got some shelves on this visit. And of course, delicious meatballs.

Its a very cool store. Lots of space saving furniture and household items. Always enjoy seeing what they have plus a cafeteria.

The pick up on 10/6/21 was fine. However, this was my second trip to IKEA because on 10/5/21 a little after 3PM when I asked two girls in the Workspace section where I could find a FREDDE Desk, they were busy complaining about their job and treated me like an interruption to be brushed aside. They didnt even check before telling me that the desk was out of stock. That being all I wanted I traveled 30+ minutes back home only to find the store had 5 desk in stock online, and I was able to immediately set up pick up. I wasted an hour of gas going to IKEA for the first time to be disregarded by lazy employees. This is not a good first impression and I dont know if Im ever coming back.

Absolutely love this store! Got a bed from here and so far its the best one Ive bought. The displays show what amazing concepts can be accomplished with an honest dollar.

Always love IKEA. It was great to take our 2 year old granddaughter. She loved it and we came away with some very affordable educational toys.

This is where you can experience the desert in its full glory as you find the last bit of shade in the farthest parking spot; so bring a good sun hat, rash guards, camel pack and a Nalgene. If you make it into the store they will most likely not have what you want because the store is really busy. If you need to go, I would recommend you do your research on the items you want. Then call to see which shipment it might arrive. The bathrooms are well maintained and the employees know the products well.Grab some meatballs and dessert while youre there. Dont forget to stay hydrated for the trip back to the car.

Their food was delicious and cheap as always. The store was clean and there wasnt a crowd. Neat store.

A bit confusing at first but luckily I found my way around. Decent products but the price point of certain furniture pieces was a bit shocking. All in all I found many new and useful things for my home here. Would recommend to not look online first because many things will be out of stock in person. Spare yourself the disappointment and just look in person. I found some items to be better priced in store then online too.

I love everything I wanted to buy for my son and I. But 90% of the things we wanted arent in stock. So we have to wait a few months before they get restocked. I will return w further comments if they inform me when they get out future furnishings.

So I have to admit, for my first ever trip to IKEA, I had no idea what to expect. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Went there to enjoy swedish meatballs for #NationalMeatballDay and they were delicious. Then wondered around the stire and had so much fun imagining how things would look in my office and home. What an experience. Cant wait to get the items I ordered.

Cheap furniture that holds up so long as you put it together correctly.Also has a nice selection of home goods and decoration.You can get a new kitchen designed here if youre so inclined.They also have a cafeteria. The food is tasty.If youre hell-bent on being a consumer, this is a good place to do it.

Maybe is because Im comparing it with European ones. So many empty shelves, the area of bedding stuff was almost empty, the kitchen area was missing a lot of things too, they literally just have a few mugs for sale and some of them just one of each kind. When you go to the storage room many things are sold out. The food area also didnt have many options to eat like in other Ikeas Ive been to. Pretty disappointed.

This was a terrible experienceI asked for help to purchase an item, I was told to just go downstairs and look for it, I said could you help me find it, NO YOU NEED TO TAKE A PICTURE AND FIND IT YOURSELF, ok perfect so I ask for a supervisor Diane comes to assist all she does is explain the process of finding your own items instead. What she could have done is HELP ME find my items to assist but NO HELP JUST EXCUSES..I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

Good furniture and home decoration/organizing goods... usually at a very good price.. Most of the furniture and wood items need to be assembled after purchase. Most items are good quality, but some can be poorly designed or on the weaker side..

I came into the store with a very complicated return/exchange of the Pax wardrobes & accessories and I was met with very positive and patient energy from all the staff members. For something as confusing and sometimes frustrating as Ikea, the team went above and beyond to make it as simple and painless as possible.A special shout out to the Manager Jessica and team member Chris, you would believe they used to be zen monks by how positive and patient they are. I love to see it.

Extremely impressed. We were left, as a family of 5, feeling very left out that IKEA has no store nearby our hometown.We came for the shopping, enjoyed some dinner while we were there. Yes, we ate an impromptu dinner while there! That includes our two teenage daughters who are both gluten-intolerant. Everyone was able to eat a delicious hot meal, get full, and then shop with a satisfied feeling rather than feeling depleted and hungry throughout.Unfortunately for my pocketbook, everyone found plenty of things to buy. Then again, it saved me money from having to buy alternate items for much more elsewhere.The service was unparalleled and the overall experience was fantastic!We all highly recommend!!!

We needed a desk for my daughters room so we decided to stop in and see what IKEA had. Luckily my kid wanted something simple! We were able to get a seperate desk table top for $20 and legs to put on it for $4 each.

Now I realize that it may not necessarily be the stores fault but they had very little stock on a lot of the things that I normally get from there. The food used to be really really good and now its more instant than anything else

If your needing to add some steps to your counter this is the place. When I was there it was a little bare, maybe everything was off the coast of California hanging in the cargo ships, idk. It was still fun to walk around and abmire all the displays and enjoy some delish swedish food. Yum!

Amazing place to walk through. They put their furniture in room settings so you can imagine what it would look like in a home. They have a huge selection. Nice lunch area. Food was decent. The prices are great, very affordable. They have furniture, and anything you need to outfit every room of your home.

IKEA is simply wonderful. This is one of the newer stores. It’s clean and modern with a million options and friendly staff. I only ran into one person that wasn’t too kid and she was in the cafeteria. I had no idea that they serve breakfast before the store opens. It’s super well priced and just as tasty as their other meals.The only problem I have is that I came out of town to shop, got home, and I had only one box for my three piece set. The other two belonged to some other set. That’s partly my fault, but the cashier didn’t notice either and the boxes were in the wrong place as well. We had to drive all the way back a couple days later. The upside was that I got to try breakfast.

Walking through the showrooms writing down the numbers also taking pictures because everything said it was in stock only to get downstairs creational Warehouse completely empty shells and beans they did not have one piece of furniture that I wanted to buy. Their website is horrible gates in stock also when you go to check out babe out of stock. Extremely frustrating

I ordered shelves almost a month ago. The promised date of delivery is past due, hasn’t been shipped and the customer service wasn’t helpful in letting me know when, where or why my order hasn’t shipped at all yet. Still waiting, super frustrated and wishing I lived close by an ikea to get my order in person. They shouldn’t promise a delivery date if they can’t keep their customers up to date on orders and help answer questions.

The store is typical IKEA, but let me tell you. That food court tho. Clean, fast, friendly staff. Food was superb. Grab and go literally.

IKEA hosted an event for teachers. A good time was had by all. Easy parking. Bright clean story. Fun atmosphere. Great products arranged to spark your imagination. Breakfast and lunch available.

Great products you never know you needed. 1 star off because I wanted 1 thing and felt like I was bamboozled and purposely confused as to where I was and made to walk the entirety of the store. Of course they do have exit doors, which seem mostly hidden, but wheres the fun in that. The family loved it though.

Love so many things about IKEA. Their kitchenware (plates, cups, bowls etc.) Beautiful colors and the price is right. Kids toys, food and snacks. Always a treat and a good find when you go. And good experience, clean, nice and helpful staff. It reminds me of my days of being back Europe!

We had our Dog in a stroller covered up and they told us no dogs. Very disappointing. Also understocked. I drove 90 minutes for sheets and the shelves were empty. We had lunch and the food was soggy, the help was slow. The soda machine was out of 3 different flavors. No diet coke so I settled for coke. It was so foamy it took 12 small touches to fill the glass. The area was dirty. This is not normal Ikea standard.

IKEA is always the place to go if you want to find ideas for designs. They have a wonderful selection and the prices are good too. If you get hungry the cafeteria has delicious foods for a low price. You cant go wrong with this store.

Unexpectedly fun summer beach and patio stuff. FYI the main large restaurant is closed due to Covid, but you can still get a Swedish meatball meal to go on your way out by the exit.

Went for delicious lunch after church of Greek Salad and Swedish Meatballs plate. The view of Red Rock can not be beat!!!

First time at an Ikea! I have heard all the rage about it ! I had an amazing first experience! The check out guy helped me from check out to my car, even helped me take apart an As is couch I purchased! Yes, there is a clearance section on the all ready low prices . Excited to go back ! I had the full experience, even went to the restaurant to have dinner, amazing prices !

Ikea is great always offering great deals. It is clean unfortunately in the pandemic the deals on meals has been restricted understandable under the circumstances.

Food was pretty good, most was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is huge and has a very good selection with some decent discounts.
